Came across this hidden gem at the Aloha Waikiki Market on Sunday's from 8am-2pm in Waikiki. Met the owner, Brian who curated the whole menu with gourmet flavors- all handmade syrup with no preservatives. I'm super picky about my food and drinks, but let me tell you- this place is hands down one of the best coffee spots I have ever had. I tried the Pandan Latte and Banana Milk -10/10. Pandan Latte had a good balance of coffee flavor, milk and Pandan syrup (all pressed from real Pandan leaves) Banana Milk is super good and creamy. Brian said there's 2 bananas that go into each cup. Overall super impressed by the huge attention to detail that goes into the beans selection, brewing, hand crafted/ homemade syrups and perfect balance of flavors! Please check them out at Aloha Waikiki Market on Sundays from 8am -2pm or their pop up at Fishcake on Thursdays from 10am-3pm!

Ordered the biko special. Things like this do happen. I'll usually give more than one chance. I'm ok with just this 1.

The best pandan latte! I love when the quality and customer service match the price. Definitely worth a trip to wherever they pop up.

Mediocre coffee for the price. They pre pull the espresso shots into a paper cup then weigh out how much a shot weighs. Avoid.

The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between lively and cozy, with a steady buzz that still feels welcoming. The staff were kind and patient despite the rush, and even with a packed crowd, my drink was ready in under five minutes. Hapa Honey Matcha Latte: 5/5 Mixed with their local artisan honey lillikoi syrup, the Hapa Honey Matcha latte is topped with macadamia nut pineapple cold foam and drizzled generously with local hawaiian honey. The lilikoi and pineapple beautifully balanced the earthiness of the matcha with a bright tropical twist while the macadamia elevated the flavor profile with a creamy nuttiness. Every sip was perfectly sweet without overpowering the matcha's natural umami depth. I also loved the little "Aloha" written in honey on top of the foam - such a cute and thoughtful touch from the baristas! Poʻai absolutely lives up to the buzz with their creative island-inspired drinks! From the thoughtfully crafted flavors to the quick service even during a rush, everything felt intentional and well-executed. This cafe is the kind of spot that makes for a memorable last stop on a trip and is definitely my go-to matcha spot in Oahu. Highly recommend showing some love to this local gem!

Liv was so delightful and clearly the right person for the job so I knew I was in the right place. This is clearly a popular local coffee and snack shop so I will keep this place in mind since it's locally owned and operated and their decaf is processed via osmosis, not chemicals. That's a big plus.

Meant to be! I ordered the Royal Hawaiian. This was delicious! I also had a slice of banana bread. It was heated in the oven with a pat of butter on it. Sooooooo good! Said I'd come back for the pumpkin bread, and I did a few days later. Ordered the Royal Hawaiian again. Can't get enough of it and the pumpkin bread heated the same way. Lots of people getting coffee to go and food. It's in a great location! I was also looking for a new coffee supplier. I used to go to Downtown Coffee but the last batch I bought was not very good. I bought Guatemala, Columbia, and Hawaiian. Had them all ground fine. Each one proved to be a winner with the family! So happy to have found this not so hidden gem! It is now my go to for beans! The staff is great! The owner too! And it's a comfortable place to take a break at! Mahalo Joe!

I was first introduced to Neko Koneko from their bottled milk teas, hojicha, and matcha. I would see them at farmer's markets popping up, but their cafe really brings their drinks to the next level. I like how a lot of their iced drinks, when you dine in you can do a little pour over action so the ice doesn't water down the drink too much. This is for my catering experience with Tea at 1024…read more For Galentines, me and my girlfriends decided to take the experience to us. The ordering process was easy thanks to their amazing staff. Their guidance from online ordering to communication over the phone and text, they made our event successful and memorable. There was 5 of us , with a moderate appetite. So, We went with two orders of the "Catering - Sandwiches TO GO" and one order of the "Catering - Scones TO GO". Then our choice of their teas: 1oz Sakura Cherry Rose and 1oz of their Cookies and Cream, which is great with milk and sugar btw. 1oz =at least 12 pours of the tea. If you want 2oz =24 pours of tea. The sandwiches were also delicious, a cute tiny bite of flavor. Which to this day I wish I ordered more since I'm more of a savory girlie. You can choose the sandwiches from their catering or seasonal menu and it comes in 4 pieces. We ordered: Sandwich flavors 24 pieces 1 Sweet egg salad (4) 1 Smoked Salmon with Dill Creme (4) 1 Nutella & Strawberry (4) 1 roasted veggies & hummus (4) 1 Crab & Cheese (4) 1 Cucumber & Avocado (4) My personal Favorites were the Smoked Salmon with Dill Crème and Roasted veggies & Hummus. The scones only available flavors were vanilla bean & earl grey and it also comes with potted cream and jam packed in a to-go cup. If you decide to host a little tea party with your girlfriends, I highly recommend trying them out.

Unlike coffee shops, where food and drinks are purchased a la carte, tea service here is a set menu of tea, salad, sandwiches, scones and sweets. The menu can be modified for vegetarians, gluten free, etc. Of course, there's a wide selection of teas to choose from. My daughter's favorite is the sakura cherry rose. She is not a big eater, so the amount of food was more than enough for her. Normally, she can be a picky eater, but maybe the uniqueness and specialness of the place and occasion encouraged her to be open-minded to new things -- and she genuinely enjoyed everything she tried. Staff was especially welcoming and friendly. Located in Chinatown (Nuuanu street) so parking can be a hassle. If you're lucky, you might find street parking. Otherwise, there are a couple municipal parking lots nearby.
