2/24/26 Tuesday At 4:15pm. This would be my first time having an apple fritter from this location. I have often gone to the one at the airport and it was only through the drive-through sat in that lobby twice because of the free Wi-Fi and area to sit with a very small space . This location has a table top sitting area where you can plug in your USB cord and charge your phone and possibly use the Wi-Fi but I didn't go in there for that. I just felt in the mood for an apple fritter that was most likely one of their highlighted donuts for this location and I have had many different apple fritter donuts from other locations. (I've often had it from Kamehameha Bakery off Dillingham blvd) Now, despite the fact that it was and is late afternoon ... maybe this would change the quality of the apple fritter. This had a good texture it also had that noted Apple and cinnamon mix with the flavor there is that clumping that happens when you get towards the middle so that's always a nice thing when I eat an apple fritter and I also like that glaze that's on the outlet of the fritter normally they put it right on the very top and it's never on the bottom, but I will say that I've had an apple fritter that had the glaze on the bottom.... All and all... this is comparable.. it has competing factors that could be considered and I will definitely have to do a look at the "other" prices and offerings to see if I'm right and or wrong about this companies Apple fritter. Another thing to consider is that as I was checking out at the register, the young gentleman who was ringing me up by the name of Brandon had some small issue looking for the price because their system didn't exactly individually price the apple fritter so this also tells me that this could be put into the selection for the boxes probably for a dozen or half a dozen or whatever they sell their boxes. I don't know what the prices are for those packages, but I will say that I thought it was a just touch discerning to maybe guess on their part and then eventually found the price for it.. at $2.83 for one Apple Fritter... I sat in and it was pretty empty. Looks like a good location to use your laptop and sit for a bit for breakfast. That's always a good thing. This would be my 3rd time to this Dunkin' Donuts location. Came to Dunkin because I was craving something sweet. I decided to get their blueberry muffin. I also got the mango pineapple refresher since they don't have the berry sangria at this location..so disappointed. Service was pretty quick and crowds came in group at a time. Lol Inside is small. A few tables to enjoy your desserts and drinks. This is located on the other side of Pearlridge and on the second floor. Definitely worth a visit. read more

Dunkin' fun... Taking my gemini sissy for a therapeutical outing since our schedule vibed this week which is very rare and as adulting has taken quite beating between us I though to take her out of the town area and headed towards Pearlridge. We have just finished the Selfie Exhibit and she was instantly drawn to here and funny that the only thing she remembered was Fun Factory which shows how long and how much she really needed to explore. Such a thrill though sad to see how much she was at awe to see Dunkin' and you know we had to give them a peek. Looking at all the donuts lined up beautifully in the display case though we already had lunch it was just sips that we were looking for "Blueberry Donut Iced Coffee" we were giggling at though they were out...sigh! Sparkd' Energy looked promising though they were out...sigh! Talk about pivot times two she got the Chai Latte while I got the Dunkin' Energy Punch which is powered by Rockstar oo! I had just gotten my wisdom teeth removed and couldn't use a straw. I asked for a kids' lid with a sipping hole, but the employee refused and walked away before I could explain. I ended up spilling most of my drink trying to drink it. Meanwhile, Starbucks helped me right away during a rush and even drew a cat on my cup. I'm not a 3-star reviewer. In other words, if a place isn't a 4 or better, I kind of leave it. We were excited about this location when it first opened a few years ago. My family likes Dunkin' - the bagel bites and the bacon are typically their go-to. We used to do the donuts, but have come to realize that we like other places better. In the last couple of times we got food there, the service was a little slow. And just the overall vibe was a bit off. When it came to less than stellar customer service, I tend to make vows never to return. This last time, I drove away from the drive-thru with one order missing from the bag. My fault for not checking. I called soon after I got home and was greeted kindly on the phone. She said that I can get a refund upon return. We did...the next day...and I got my refund and then some. They were very kind and apologetic. And their service was good. Not fast, but good. I don't know if it was the team dynamics but they were more cohesive than I've seen. Hubby got himself an epic drink (it had a photo on the menu) and liked it very much. Too sweet looking for me. I had their cold brew brown sugar latte. That was good. So, you know what? Haven't been to a Dunkin' for a very long time. As I was passing by this place after buying dinner at the food court in Pearlridge by the theaters, decided to buy dessert. I asked the counter person what can she recommend. She said their Boston Kreme and Barvarian Kreme are most popular so I ordered one of each. My husband and I thought it was okay. Visited Dunkin Donuts at Pearlridge mall for some jelly filled munchkins! The store was clean and well lit. The trays were full of choices and the counter person smiled but clearly wanted me to hurry up with my choices lol. Boy do i love me some good Dunkins' mini breakfast!!! I love coming here especially when the ambience is just very calm. It's a nice go-to area for a small snack and a drink. I ordered their jelly donuts, their classic, and blue berry. I can't recall their bundles but it's definitely worth it for groups! Maybe 10-12 pieces of their mini donuts for $5-7 dollars. I also got their stuffed mini bagels, their maple bacon, and their delicious seasoned hash browns. We stopped by D.D. on my way to my doctors appointment. When we entered the location, there was a long line. The 2 ladies were working really hard. When we got to the front of the line, we ordered the breakfast empanada and the breakfast sourdough. Everything was ready in minutes. Piping hot and delicious. Hubby got an assortment of doughnuts that he shamelessly enjoyed by himself as I was in my appointment. The location was small and quaint. There's a few tables to sit and dine in. It's in a good location in the Pearl Ridge Shopping Center. We'll definitely have to go back at my next appointment. read more

Free coffee on National Coffee Day! I searched for a free coffee on 9-29-22 and found one on the Dunkin' Donuts app. Last time I was at Pearlridge Mall, I made a mental note to remember this location of Dunkin' - because I usually park in the covered area by Longs Drugs Store and go up the escalator to what used to be "Downtown Pearlridge". Located next to TonyMoly and across the way from the Hallmark Store, Dunkin' was a bit busy with kupuna sitting inside and enjoying their coffee. There were other customers and I let them go ahead while I figured out the app. The gal at the counter was really efficient. She could tell that I was a newbie when I asked if they have non-dairy creamer. They have none. I told her that I would need sugar in my free coffee. She asked me what I wanted to purchase because the free coffee comes with any order. I got a pumpkin donut - a seasonal item - soft and moist. Soon after I paid, there was a package and an iced coffee at the pickup area. I asked if that was mine - yes! I was totally surprised to get an iced coffee with three sugars. LOL! I would have preferred stevia, but I didn't know my options. (There were five kinds of sugar by the self-service napkin area: white, yellow, green, pink, and blue!) I have always been a fan of Dunkin Donuts. There really isn't to much to put in this revreview. The store was clean and the staff behind the register was super friendly. I had wanted a Chai Tea Latte but due to the machine being broken, I could not get it. The staff was apologetic and sincere. I ended up having a pumpkin spice coffee with an apple cider donut. Just went to Dunkin' Donuts and there is a fly in the donut case. That is super gross. We told the worker and all she did was just swat it away. The fly still came back and this time actually sitting on the donut. That is gross. They should not have a green pass for being clean when there is flys sitting directly on the donuts. read more

Bad night for Dunkin! Refresher machine broken, espresso machine broken...got offered cold brew in my latte...hmm.

If you like donuts, this is the place to be. Located in a mall, this location has everything a donut lover would like. It's got a wide range of donuts, including seasonal. As well as an abundant amount of coffee which compliment the donuts. Typically, I just get a large regular coffee with my donut. The service is friendly and will answer any questions to the best of their ability. And they do their best to keep things clean and orderly. Definitely worth going to if you're in the area. read more

I love Dunkin Donuts. This location is a couple minute walk from my workplace which makes it a very frequent hangout during my lunch break. The location is right inside downtown Pearlridge where the old Fun Factory was. I used to order the vanilla creme filled donut all the time, but my new favorite is the pumpkin spice signature latte. It's a seasonal item so I'm dreading the day they run out of the syrup. The lines here can get backed up but they usually move fairly quickly since families usually line up together to choose their donuts. There is also an app for Dunkin, which similar to Starbucks and Jamba Juice, you can load up your account and earn points for discounts. While these donuts aren't the best that I've ever had (sorry this goes to voodoo donuts), they are great for a quick snack. read more

I'm waiting patiently waiting for my order. They gave me the coffee that took about 13 minutes but didnt give me my hashbrowns I ordered. Once they gave me my drink, I was about to ask for the hashbrowns, but then they only put the hashbrowns in, making me wait longer. But as soon as it was done, they just handed it to me with no greeting.... no thank you for coming or sorry for the wait or anything.... Usually not super disappointed with this Dunkin' but today was pretty upsetting. Ordered a medium iced coffee with oatmilk (which I had to pay extra for), for them to leave 1" of space at the top of my cup. That shorted me at least 2oz of my coffee. The coffee was ridiculously sweet that gave my stomach an ache. I ordered a sourdough sandwich and received soggy sourdough bread, not toasted, a chunk of cheese inside, also not melted but cold and hard, and a seemingly defrosted egg. Yuck. Couldn't even stomach it and I paid over $6 for it. My boyfriend ordered Portuguese sausage sandwich which was what we paid for on our receipt, but received a regular sausage sandwich. I just finished lunch at a nearby restaurant when on my way out, I saw the bright, large sign "DUNKIN'." Ofc I wasn't hungry since I just had lunch, but what is lunch without dessert lol xD So I headed over to see what kind of goodies they had to offer. It's another DD. You would think after spending all that time on the East Coast I would be tired of DD. Well nope in fact, we had just finished lunch at Uncle's when the coffee craving hit. I know you read that review. Like any mall upgrade, this use to be a jewelry store and before that a sports store now it's a bakery. Pearlridge mall really has improved and gotten modern with the times. This DD has an abundance of seat that line the large windows that provide plenty of lighting. In fact, they must have one full time employee to clean the windows. You can easily watch people walk the mall while enjoying your beverage and snacking on a fat pill. I did with a smile. It's a standard DD layout with an Hawai'i flair. First the donuts aren't displayed on racks behind the cashier but next to the register in a glass display. And you can get coffee on the tab. What does that mean? Well instead of beer they have a coffee dispenser. This is genius!!!! Why can't they do this everywhere??? It the small things that make me go OOOOOO, AAHHHHH, OOOOHHHH!! Oh yea the coffee and donut was good. I forgot why I was writing this review. Overall five stars. Aside from coffee and donut the service was great and the place is clean. I will add to their mediocre 3 stars. It was truly a bland experience. Isn't all this supposed to be some kind of experience? I don't know. I heard that somewhere. Anyway, I gotta say tho that they weren't bad. So....the guy who was there was gonna give me a cup with water from the sink because they were out of bottled water like I ordered. Hey I'm all for drinking sink water too but not for $2.00 ‍ he did refund me but still no water. ‍ They have this item called snackin bacon or something like that for $2.50. The smell of donuts always lure me. I always try not to go overboard when ordering cause I mindlessly snack on them and then realize i just ate the whole box. So today, we come here for 1 donut, and 1 donut only. And then we walk away. Good plan. Curious to try the pineapple macnut shortbread donut. It's a regular Boston kreme donut sprinkled with some crushed shortbread cookies. Barely tasted the pineapple, barely tasted the buttery shortbread, i guess you need more than a sprinkle to actually taste the flavor of the shortbread. It just wasn't there. I guess it's fun to eat cause of the different texture it offers, but other than that, boston kreme flavor still overpowers the donut. So yeah, give it a try, only til October 31. My wife is a DD fan, loves their munchkin donuts and was sad when they left the island the first time. Well, she's happy they're back now. We stopped by this location today while waiting for a doctor's apt. Got a macchiato and a 10-pack of munchkins. Can't beat their current special--- 10 munchkins for $2.00. Also, the two ladies working here today had great customer service. My wife originally requested her macchiato with one syrup flavor but subsequently changed her mind and wanted a different flavor. Even though they were already preparing it, they re-did it and didn't charge her. No worries, we gave a good tip. read more
