Hot tea.

Staff is always friendly and profesional. Today I had the pleasure of meeting a barista by the name of Sarah. We had our own coffee mugs; we ordered coffee,, she is very detailed oriented. She wrote the description of our mugs on the labels to identify the drinks. (We both have two tone colored mugs). Awesome customer service !!

Clearly I loved this drink

Shout out to Ada in the drive thru!!! My stars go out to Ada for providing great feedback and customer service related to my drink. I ordered the Oatmilk apple crisp espresso but, upon receiving it, it came out looking more like, a cup of Oatmilk instead. Ada and I; both looked at the drink as if; it didn't look as if it were made correctly. Ada suggested that, I tasted it after shaking it before I drive off, after I tasted it and noticed that it tasted like a cup of oatmilk, Ada volunteered to make it over I love oatmeal but not alone by the cups. Ada suggested that, they remake my drink. The second time, my drink was made correctly; in which, you could actually see the apple crisp at the bottom of the cup which is the correct way that it should appear. Thanks to Ada I'm a happy camper! Please give Ada a raise and a promotion, as she definitely deserves it. Ada is such a comforting, and passionate human Side note to Ada: Girl I told you that, I got you girl, but I didn't tell you how YOU ROCK!!!

I stopped by today at this random Starbucks in ChandlerArea expecting the average service I've been getting lately... but man!!!, I was wrong!!! Surprinsingly I was amazed by the quick & attentive service, the clean enviroment, GREAT athmosphere and even the customers who stopped by while I was there were nice too. I got to talk to the new manager (her name is Angie, I believe) and she was very attentive & kind. I gave her my feedback personally about the great job & service they were doing at the store. She ensured the store was neat & tables were cleaned & wiped off regurarly... I as a customer really appreciate that. Lastly but not less importat, somebody that caught my attention from the team was Sterling. He was quick, attentive, clear when he talked and always greeting people with a bug smile on his face...That kid is a star!

The curve of the drive through going up a hill so you can't see the curb
Asher L.

Fix your effing drive through. This is the weirdest drive through ever. Is a lower car going up a hill and having to navigate (estimate) where you anticipate the curb to be. I have attached pictures and you can see the concrete missing from the curb edge. When entering (unless you enter straight on you have to curve to the right then the left. Pictures attached. I will never go to the Starbucks again because of the drive through design.

Amanda has absolutely one of the most amazing hearts I ever came across in my life . God bless her . She has a heart for the sick and was concerned on why I was so nauseous through the drive through. That's amazing customer service . Thank you Amanda. You are a good person !!!!!

They did not have much to eat on a weekday other than a simple pastry or a top level of scone. It was easily one of the best scones I've had in the valley - most taste way too sweet and are not crumbly, but this was a perfect dry, crumbly, more of a traditional scone with addition of some small chocolate chips. You might find it a little bit hard to get to, but don't be discouraged, right off of William Dillard Drive... you're gonna see a church campus on the right hand side, there may or may not be a sign out there about the coffee shop, but go ahead and pull up to the campus and make a left-hand turn and follow it all the way to kind of the north... And you will see the coffee shop. It has huge windows, and garage windows. You can sit inside or outside. With summer coming I'm sure that those will be shut in the air conditioning will be running in my understanding is that they have more food on the weekends. If you have children that have some extra energy and you would love to enjoy your coffee why they kind of tumble around, outside, this is definitely the place to go. I have a friend with a one year-old and he wants to walk and move around, he's getting hard to contain for our weekly quiet coffee. I told her we drive over to the church campus to enjoy a high quality coffee prepared well

I love everything about it--from the friendly service and flavorful coffee to the spacious layout and relaxing atmosphere. This spot is perfect for meeting up with friends, hosting group discussions, brainstorming sessions, or simply enjoying some quiet time alone. It truly has something for everyone. I ordered a Caramel Macchiato, my absolute favorite, and as always, it was perfectly balanced and delicious. The shop is open from Sunday to Wednesday but closes Thursday to Saturday due to church events. It's also a popular venue for weddings and large gatherings. If you're looking for a cozy spot for a special occasion or just a peaceful coffee break, this place is definitely worth checking out. As for me, I know I'll be back again soon!

I tried their special vanilla matcha, and unfortunately, I didn't enjoy it at all. It was overly sweet, and the matcha flavor was barely noticeable. I've definitely had much better matchas elsewhere. This place is so good!…read more The coffee here is the reason why I can't drink just any coffee. It's so flavorful and just bursting with fruit and spices. This time I had the Ethiopian, Mira Coffee, from Morkata Gata. I honestly could taste the mango and coconut as if I was drinking mango and coconut. Even though there wasn't a lot of people, the service was surprisingly slow. The staff were extremely friendly though. I ordered a Robin with Oatmilk and a fruit danish. The fruit danish was delicious and flaky, but it was way overpriced which I didn't find out until the barista was entering it into the cash register. Transparency for the cost of food items was lacking, there was no prices listed for the bakery items. The Robin with oatmilk was okay, the coffee taste itself was pretty good, but I couldn't taste any of the infused lavendar flavor at all in the drink. It tasted like it was a plain latte, not what they advertised. I don't recommend ordering this drink. Overall I personally wasn't impressed with Sagebrush, and I probably won't be coming back.
