Usually a line in the drive thru, must be good coffee right?, sign up on the app get a free drink for newbies, also they do bday drinks, free medium size what ever you choose. Staff is always supper friendly and bubbly. My go to drink is the blended carmelizer! My must have. Honestly haven't tried anything else, when you find something you like and it hits, it's hard to steer else where! They have outside benches to sit at no inside area or restrooms for public that I know of anyway.. grab and go or sit and chill on one of the tables outside. I usually just drive thru and go. I gotta say, this Dutch Bros location in Gilbert is top notch! The handful of times I've been through the drive-thru, the service can't be beat. All of the employees are friendly and they all seem to be genuinely happy. Whenever I pull up to the window to pay (with cash), the employee usually makes small talk instead of just leaving you hanging behind a closed glass door/window. They do have a variety of drinks and some snack items, all at reasonable prices. I'd suggest following @bellaxaguilar on the gram if you have an account. She's the chickI follow who is the Queen of the "Dutch 2 0" series. I've not yet been disappointed with any of her drink creations. Most of her large water drinks are under $3! WARNING: Do NOT use the Order Ahead option I paid for an order that was never fulfilled due to the Dutch bro's app going down (out of my control, fully on Dutch Bros). The store manager told me to contact HQ for a refund, but after two weeks all I've received from Dutch Bros support is the same canned response. No refund, No resolution. Their Customer Experience Team is a total joke. Very disappointing for a longtime customer. I'll be getting my espresso elsewhere. read more

Enjoyed visiting this Dutch Bros location after grabbing snacks while checking out the Heritage District. Cozy interior at this spot with a few tables. I didn't notice patio tables for enjoying the desert climate. Walked through the doors with the fam and we received a friendly greeting at the order window. Ordered some refreshing treats for the road on a sunny Sunday afternoon in Gilbert AZ. Had a moment to chat with Jacob while drinks were being prepared and learned of expansion stores planned for San Diego. I enjoyed the cold brew w/ soft top. Smooth iced coffee with a touch of sweetness. Didn't have a chance to steal a sip from the kiddo's drinks, but noticed some sugary menu items from their mobile app that made my inner A1C go OMG. Maybe some no, low, or reduced sugar options can be featured on the app? Or simply placing an order from the Home page. I appreciate ease of use from bubble tea shops with online customization, especially with ice & sugar. Kudos for friendly, quick service, and well prepared products. I came here for my birthday drink and it sure was tasty. I ended up getting a large iced tea with zero sugar coconut and peace syrups with a cap. This is our go-to Dutch B's in our area. Always a line but only because of their great drinks and friendly service, of course. My wife usually gets a 9-1-1 or a hot chai with the works. Lately, I've been stuck on the Fire Lizard iced lemonade. We just took our niece out to look at Christmas lights and she requested that we go here for hot chocolates as we drove around. I have been visiting this dutch bros for years now. A few years back I was having a particularly awful night, one of the worst I can remember. I drove down to this dutch bros for a rebel so I could continue to get my assignments done that night and cried the entire way there. I must have looked visibly tired and maybe a little unwell. The barista quietly took my order and made my drink. They handed me my drink with a note on the lid and told me they hoped my night gets better. The lady was taking my order was to in a rush but took her sweet time to talk to the car ahead of me . I asked for 2 kid smoothies and 2 large strawberry and peach redbull iced with extra soft top. I got to the window and it was the same lady who got my order . She got the 2 smoothies , but she gave me and only charged 1 redbull without any soft top . She charged me .75 for the 1st redbull . And I was waiting for my other one and told me have a nice day . When I told her again I order 2 redbulls when I spoke to you . I like this location for my coffee. They always have an impressive line, but it's not boring, and they always have someone outside taking orders for us so it moves smoothly. I usually get a nice hot coffee. But I'm pretty sure hubs is going to try everything cold and rainbro on the menu. Although, Starbucks is my place to go for my coffee high, I went to Dutch Bros for the 2nd time this morning because, I was in the neighborhood and because fb offered a free 16oz coffee of your choice. I usually drive by and the lines are super long but, after going here today, I realized that the lines go super fast! Dutch is going down hill hard. My sister and I get in line and ask for decaf coffee in her drink and we get in line after i already paid. they ask her if she wants another kind of milk so she took that offer. They had to completely refund me. and apparently a SMALL COFFEE is 8 bucks ???? it's completely understandable that an alternative milk cost more but why would you ask if I already paid for it? And they didn't make it decaf.. of course there staff is nice but for the past year there drinks and prices are horrible. read more

Same kind of drink they advertise for. Went less than a few miles away to the nearest Dutch, and was able to get my rebel with a soft top. Had no complaints, no we can't, and was told they could. All I gotta say is BOMB!! I'm a caramel person and I always order the iced caramelizer. I am always so impressed by the staff because they are so friendly and so energetic and they ACTUALLY make conversation with their customers - talk about great customer service! Although Dutch Bros gets pretty busy no matter what time of the day it is, they are really quick in making coffee. You'll see their drive thru line going on for a mile and same with the walk up line, but you'll be surprised how fast they move. Whatever system they have going on, it definitely works! I live maybe 15 minutes away from the nearest one and I'll drive those extra 15 minutes any day. I wish there was one closer, but this location will have to do for now!! read more

Finally a Dutch bros I can tolerate being at. Everyone was very nice & professional. That being said, most of my experiences at Dutch Bros is a nightmare. The coffee is always great but they have an extreme way of training their employees. They normally don't shut up and really over do the conversation while ignoring social cues. If I haven't had my coffee yet please don't ask me my whole life story when I'm clearly not interested in speaking. I refuse to go to Dutch bros when I'm not chipper enough to handle their intense energy. Now I have found a Dutch bros with normal employees.
