Finally a Dutch bros I can tolerate being at. Everyone was very nice & professional. That being said, most of my experiences at Dutch Bros is a nightmare. The coffee is always great but they have an extreme way of training their employees. They normally don't shut up and really over do the conversation while ignoring social cues. If I haven't had my coffee yet please don't ask me my whole life story when I'm clearly not interested in speaking. I refuse to go to Dutch bros when I'm not chipper enough to handle their intense energy. Now I have found a Dutch bros with normal employees. For the longest time I drove by and never gave it a second look. I'm not a big coffee person (shhh don't tell anyone). Then I discovered rebels! Game. Changer!!! This location is my absolute fave. I adore the workers and their big hearts. I took my daughter for a Dutch run after she had an EEG and she told them all about how she had to stay up late and woke up early, they made her cup super festive and peep that smile. The coffee is great, the rebels are great but the people in the stand are the heart, they're the reason people come back time and time again. They're a hit with all of our families! Staff at this location are friendly. Got my usual green tea but super disappointed with Dutch Bros' decision to change their lids. Seem super unsanitary as the hole on the lid is large enough for "stuff" to fell in my drink....which is exactly what happened as I was driving home. I requested a stopper or cover...nothing was available. I understand the desire to get rid of straws but if you plan to continue with these lids, the least you could do is cover the big hole! Not trying to make a big deal, but not worth buying drinks if One can't drink it :-( read more

Husband went there this morning and he ordered a White Russian for me. I get the same thing every time. It's milky white in color. I knew instantly it was the wrong drink and it tastes disgusting. I was pissed when I wrote this review below, but I'm changing it to 5 stars because I feel like one bad experience can be forgiven when effort is made to resolve what happened. Tonight I ordered a drink and looked forward to using my stamp card that had collected 10 stamps for a free drink. When I went to the window to give it to them, they said the stamps looked fake and they couldn't use it. They were 100% real, and the person, I wish I got her name, she had glasses and a piercing on her upper lip, told me I couldn't use them because they were fake. I understand from their perspective they must protect from fake stamps, but these were not fake, so it shows inconsistencies on their part. This is my go to Dutch. But today just really annoyed me. Why would the chick wedge my card in between the iPad and the iPad cover conveniently on the side that has the highest tip? Then while struggling to get it out without touching the screen I end up still touching the iPad screen giving the highest tip I didn't intend on giving for one coffee and don't have the option of hitting back to correct it? Well your card wedging works. I'm sure you're getting plenty of unintended tips because of it. Work on passing someones card back into their hand as they gave it to you. Yummers! I like the coffee here. I like it more than the large box franchise competitor. I think the coffee tastes smoother and not as bitter. I like the idea of a small kiosk seeming store with an option of drive up service. I wish there were more locations, but then again, if that were so, prices may go up to cover costs of expending. Drivers beware. This location is routing customers through a plaza parking lot where there is an empty built in planter you can't see. I crashed into it, the car behind me backed up and drove around it and the car behind it crashed into it. It's a road hazard that Dutch Brothers has not taken any measures to protect its customers. In fact, they blame the owners of the plaza. Just be very careful you don't get into a minor accident spending your hard earned money at Dutch Bros where their unsafe lot is not their problem. read more

I adore this location! I have to be honest, before I came to this location I was not big on Dutch Bro's but now I find myself wanting it more. You may have to wait somewhat but it'll be worth it. The staff here is awesome at keeping the line moving in a timely manner. The last few times I've gone here, I like to ask the staff what they like and recommend and they are quite helpful, and even ask what I'm looking for. My only wish is that Dutch Bros was closer to me! I've heard some mediocre things about the locations in Tempe, but I've only ever been to this location, and I've never been disappointed. The staff is always helpful, friendly, and amazingly energetic. The drive thru usually moves pretty quickly; when the line is long, they'll have someone run out and take your order beforehand so that your drink is all ready to go by the time you reach the window. If for any reason there are people going through before you that are taking a while or your drink is taking a little longer to be made, someone working will usually hang out by the window and chat. I had to wait for maybe 2 minutes one time, and the worker gave me 9 extra stamps -for the record, that's only one drink away from a free one! I'm in love with the white mocha and the annihilator, but the caramelizer and chai are pretty good as well. I also hear great things about the double chocolate mocha and their lemonade, I'll have to try those sometime. In my opinion, it's a little bit on the pricey side ($4.25 for a medium) but definitely well worth it. I can't thank my roommate enough for introducing me to Dutch Bros! If you have an allergy, DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. My roommates and come to this Dutch every month on the 1st to get their sticker. It's a fun Tradition for all of us. Normally we go in the early afternoon but yesterday we went at about 10 PM. I have an allergy to whole milk and my roommate has an allergy to every milk besides almond we ordered our drinks with the correct milk and when our drinks were handed to us we heard them ask someone is this the almond and she said "it's my best guess" and proceeded to giggle. This morning after drinking my coffee that I saved from last night I began to have terrible stomach cramps. I soon realized that the coffee I drink was not made with the correct milk. I have been in pain all day because of this mistake. I have never had trouble with Dutch Bros but after this experience I am wondering if they can be trusted to deal with an allergy. Use caution when visiting this location in the later evening. It was also very obvious to me that the employees were not taking our time seriously. When we got in line there were about three cars ahead of us the line took as long as it would if it was wrapped around the building. After we ordered the car behind us even started flashing their lights because they were tired of waiting. I felt bad for the girl who was taking our order. She had to ask repeatedly for them to start making the drinks and to grab a cookie for us everyone seemed preoccupied and not attentive. read more

Dutch brothers has one of the best coffees hands down! I usually order and iced kicker and it never disappoints. There is always a long line but they have people outside who take orders to help move along the traffic.
