On a sad day they bought my mother a coffee. I can't say enough about the compassion they had for my day

Wow. The annihilator is INCREDIBLE. It's like drinking caffeine flavored bliss with all the sugar you can handle. It makes the caramel macchiato at Starbucks taste like dirty mush. For real. The service is lightning fast and the hopped up, happy baristas are really friendly, without seeming overbearing. If you haven't checked it out, you definitely need to. Delicious drops of heaven await you, just around the drive thru. Seriously, who the heck is Starbucks??? read more

Before I started going to this Dutch Brothers I was only a casual morning coffee purchaser... Three times a month I would splurge... To cheap to buy coffee everyday. I visited them opening week and Josh, Bree and Jasmine have won me over to a five to six days a week regular. I am pretty sure they are the busiest morning Dutch Bros. in Phoenix and the people are the difference. I love the Salted Carmel Lattee but it was way to sweet to drink every morning. Jasmine suggested I try a skinny... But I missed the chocolate milk. So now I get a Skinny Salted Carmel, 2/3 fat free milk, 1/3 chocolate, no whip cream. But I just get a large Brian. What is great is that when a co-worker offers to buy me a drink, they can ask for a Brian and the drink is always right, whether I am there to purchase or not! Why do I share all this? Because I am offended that someone would write in a review that they are only nice for tips, so far from the truth! Like I said before, I go everyday and I am cheap (tip maybe twice a week), and I have always been treated really well there. They are just plain good people who do their job well and with a smile! read more

I just moved to Arizona and have discovered the addiction that is Dutch Bros. The coffee is great but my favourite part about this location is the staff. Everyone I've encountered has brightened my day! One visit was particularly special because I was sharing that I was on my way to see my baby in the NICU and they were so kind to give me my drink on the house. Their kindness during that difficult time meant the world! read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - The staff kindly treated this NICU mama to my drink one morning! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

Dutch brothers has one of the best coffees hands down! I usually order and iced kicker and it never disappoints. There is always a long line but they have people outside who take orders to help move along the traffic. I wish there were more Dutch brothers around town and maybe in the future there will be :) The staff is always upbeat and I've never had a bad experience with their customer service. read more

Oh how I love thee Dutch Bros. let me count the ways! Hahah! One - your people are AWESOME. The customer service is seriously top notch...if you're having a bad day and you just need a positive uplifting experience, head to Dutch :) Two - their drinks are DELICIOUS. I might have a slight obsession and visit far too often...but hey who's counting? LOL Three - My kids love the whip sticks (whipped cream on top of a straw), so simple but it makes their day! See you soon...and often Dutch Bros. Thank you goodness for the stamp cards...I get rewarded for all that visiting! read more

Alright, as a level 10 caffeine addict, I have tried coffee shops all across town and of them all, Dutch Brothers easily has the best espresso. It's never burnt (ahem, Starbucks I'm looking at you) and it comes with a brilliant rush that I float on for quite a while. It's absolutely refreshing during the summer too. Of the few Dutch Brothers I've been to, this is the only one that always seem to get my drink right, no matter how it's worded (don't worry, that other location will get a review too). However, I'd like to mention that as a socially-awkward person, I avoid Dutch Brothers on many occasions because of the over-friendly staff. I know it's part of their job and I've been informed that they are sent home if they aren't friendly enough, but not everyone is into talking about what they're doing during the upcoming weekend on a Monday morning. I see a lot of people enjoy this and I'm glad their friendliness is effective, but I'm not a fan. If you've ever been forced to revive the dead carcass of a conversation, you know the stench and decide it's better just to plug your nose and keep going. However, this location generally seems to pick up that I'm awkward and leave me be, and because of that I prefer buying my delicious beverage here when I decide I can handle the onslaught of ten people synched together through a caffeine rush. read more

Amazing service every time I come here! They are always friendly, happy and have great energy! Katie was so welcoming especially when we told her we just moved from CA. She even remembered us and the conversation we had. The experience was outstanding! Thank you for having a fantastic staff! read more

Coming to Dutch brothers is now part of my daily commute. Every time I come in I get a compliment. "Nice glasses", :nice phone case", "I love your make-up", "where'd you get your tattoo done", "wanna touch my man-bun?" Who wouldn't like starting their day off with compliments from very attractive people. Oh the tea is good too. read more

Great service with a smile. Drive-through is a big plus. I got the annihilator iced which was whipped up relatively quickly and I was on my way. read more

You know. We love the Dutch but if they just keep the chit chat to the very minimum the lines would not be so Loonggg Ugh it's been this way at all of them we go to Just blow them out ... and let us be in our merry way I get it they want to be friendly with everyone. But if you see the lines begin to build. Nip the chat read more

Service was good, but the girl at the window kept talking and would not let us leave! Plus, we ordered the 32 oz. (biggest size) Dutch freeze and received an iced coffee instead, which was lacking in any flavor. :/ Waste of time & money! read more

Workers a polite, enthusiastic and the drinks are great! The drive thru is not large truck friendly, it is very tight. read more

Drive thru line is always long, however with the fantastic service and the quick yet quality product it moves very quickly. If you need a true pick me up try the 911 or a quad shot iced coffee. Either packs a TON of caffeine and is a great start to a morning. Be sure to grab a punch card, every tenth drink is free, with the cost of coffee this may be the best promotion in town. Pets are welcome, and more often than not get their own treat while going through the drive thru. read more

Just a heads up, last time the girl gave me the check-out phone and just said "I just need a signature and you're all set!" And when she handed over the phone, it was already on the 2nd screen ready for me to sign. However, there was a $1 tip already put on when given to me. I went back to the 1st screen and removed the tip, signed, and didn't mention it. I'm hoping it was just an accident, but if it happens again I'll make a bigger deal about it. Don't get me wrong, I'm not against tipping and will usually throw whatever change I get in their jar. But taking it without my consent is pretty scummy. I've been going to this Dutch Bros since it opened! I've always loved everything I've gotten there. Some things are a little on the sweeter side, but that's just my taste palette! Yes, wait time is a little on the longer side but I would say it's worth it! Still a loyal Dutch Bros customer. read more

First off, I'm going to address the customer service. It's incredible. Simply put. They remember my name, always smiling, and more so they make me feel welcome. I'm not good at small talk and they can engage a conversation in seconds flat. I can't believe there are reviews where people are upset they're getting an experience plus coffee. Society. Secondly, the drinks. They make them incredibly quick and so far I've loved every drink I've ordered. Lastly the wait. Yes, you do have to wait. You know like at a register at target... Only at Dutch they talk to you and it moves effortlessly. There's a line for a reason and it's not because they're messing around taking their time. They are fast moving and engaging. Keep it up! I will continue to visit often! read more

I love Dutch Bros coffee. The special thing about this place is their Secret Menu. Google it. There's a bunch of other great stuff on there in addition to their already-solid offerings on their base menu. Would recommend coming back here. Only suggestion, and this probably goes more to DoorDash than Dutch Bros, but DoorDash does NOT offer the secret menu options which means I still have to drive to Dutch Bros. Not that I'm fully against driving to Dutch Bros, but anyone who has ever been knows that DB gets packed very quickly around any time around the day. This makes delivery services like DoorDash useful. read more

I love Dutch but this one is horrible. This was my second time coming here and BOTH times they made my drink wrong. It's really just annoying that it's like that considering you are waiting in lines of only 8-10 cars but the time is like 20-30 min and they're still getting your order wrong. Mind blowing. read more

Went to a nearby drive thru location. I was brand new to this coffee chain & still learning about it. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I told the sweet girl that was there that I've never been there before & she quickly introduced herself & the other 2 guys there. She also gave me a paper to fill out to get specials via email. Then she gave me a punch (stamp) card that was almost completely stamped. Love that they offer the cards, especially when times are tough and you don't see that very much anymore at coffee places. (2011) We've moved since I wrote the above comments & we still go back there to get our coffee. They remember us & our drink every time! They are well worth the drive. We normally get the Caramelizer with an extra scoop of chocolate. I also get texts from them about all the great specials they run. read more

Yum. Yum. Yum. Yum. Yum. That was regarding anything I've ever had here. Then there was awwwww how nice was that! The staff here is outrageously special. They come out to your car in ridiculous heat and take their time with you, especially if its your first time. They are always smiley, attentive, and on top of it. AND FAST! I've never been through a starbucks drive thru in this much time, and the drinks are better and better priced. LOVE! read more

today was my first time trying Dutch Brothers. I was in the area, so I decided to stop by. i pulled up into the drive through, and was greeted by a great smile, and greeting!! I told the girl that I've never been here before, and she made some suggestions. she then told me she'd let the drive through window know to let me try a sample. I get to the window, and another happy, smiling, friendly girl!! they sure are super kind there!! she gave me a blended sample, I then order a coconut, blended drink. so good!!!! she gave me a punch card, and I'll definitely be back from the customer service alone- even though it's a good 20 min drive for me!!!! read more

I love Dutch Bros Coffee & Tea. Today I was in the area of the McQueen shop so I went to this one. I got a full cup of ice and hardly any tea. It was a small but only 3 sips? I would have went back but it was rush hour traffic. Very disappointed! I tried to call and let them know but their phone is not set up yet. Really? From now on I will go to the Dutch Bros. I usually go to on Gilbert Road. read more

Been here three times this week - and three times they got our order wrong !!! It's lovely that they are chatty and interested in our day, but maybe focus a little more in listening to the order, repeating it back and then listening to check it's ok. Today we repeated our order four times and they still tried to turn our drinks into some Frankenstein mix. Won't be returning to this location. read more

First time in Gilbert, on the way home from a Hazmat endorsement. Wife heard the place was top shelf, so we strolled up to the walk-in window, and she was right! Young Milennials, but they were helpful and knowledge, ultra-friendly like they really cared. Wife got something sugar free and I got a zombie or something, their recommendation. Anyways, the place is awesome and made the ride back to Yuma worth it. Will go again for sure. read more

Friendly staff. Love the variety of hot tea especially on a cold day . Drive through can be a bit slow but worth the wait.

This location is the worst in all of AZ. Longest and slowest line, no one ever out tanning orders. I witnessed the girl scoop ice off the counter into my cup with her bare hand then when I asked for a new drink they argued and said she didn't do it when I literally watched her. The drinks were subpar, kids cup filled 2/3 then I asked why and she said it's for the ice. The cup already had ice in it so I assume they only filled it half with actual liquid. Stay away from this location on McQueen and Guadalupe. read more

Caramelizers, Pocahontas', and Snickers' oh my! Ask about the secret menu. This is my favorite location as a die hard DB drinker. They churn people through the drive thru with a quickness, only use the walk up if the line is bonkers and few in line. Otherwise drive thru always faster! If you're really lucky you might see a guy dancing and playing flute in the parking lot. read more

I miss DB.. I live in LA. SoCal doesn't have DB. Whenever I'm in AZ, I only come to this location. These guys never disappoint. Everyone is always so friendly. I spent a few minutes chatting with Nick & TJ. The absolute SWEETEST!!!! If you went to this spot in a bad mood, you'd leave in a good mood with bomb coffee. Def deserve 5 stars. read more

I love the coffee, this location is pretty great. at most of the other locations it is faster to go through the drive thru (even though there are 15 cars) than it is to walk up. Not this location walk up seems to be faster. I come to this location EVERY day (yes I have a problem and no I don't want it fixed so don't judge! lol). Yes it's by my house but there is another location in the vicinity as well. But I choose to go to this location because of the people!!! Excellent customer service! They all know my name and my complicated order. And they make it perfect EVERY time! Well I lie, maybe once or twice it was wrong buuuuut it was a new person sooooooo. But they all know it after that. lol I went as far as to tell the district manager how awesome this DB crew is. So why wouldn't you come here? Great drinks, great staff, quick service (yes even if the line is long they move pretty quickly), they know my drink by heart AND my name??!! What more could this girl ask for!!! read more

Great customer service! Aside from their strong coffee's and latte's I think the staff is what sets them apart from the rest of the coffee chains. They are super energetic and fun! I love how they always have great specials unlike Starbucks. I like Starbucks but would prefer Dutch Bros over them hands down. The quad iced kicker is not only delicious but it gives you the perfect caffeine rush. My kids love the smoothies and I appreciate how reasonably priced they are. I also like the reusable cup that they come in. The other day I ordered a peach passion fruit Italian soda because I wanted something refreshing and that is what the barista suggested.
