Fresh from an early morning Saturday morning spin class and in dire need of caffeine, I went onto the app to pre-order my drink for pick up. Their new Iced Banana Cream Protein Matcha had caught my eye with their constant Instagram ads. Marketing works, y'all. And you know what, it was a decent drink. I didn't really taste the banana though but it could be my fault for adding an extra scoop of matcha powder in my drink. Drink - I had the Pecan Crunch Topping on my drink and I think the flavor was unique. It tasted like coffee but at the same time salty and sweet. I didn't have any coffee in my drink. I also scooped off the topping with a spoon to try it first. The Pecan Crunch Topping has a nice crunch. The Chestnut Praline Topping does not have much flavor. The Chestnut Praline Topping is overpowered by the sweet Caramel Crunch Topping if you have them together. Had the iced gingerbread oat milk chai. The flavor was very light. The pumpkin oat milk chai tends to have a slightly stronger flavor. This location was pretty slow of service for a spot that was not THAT busy. The drink was good and pretty consistent compared to what I'm use to but the staff was not very enthusiastic and the service WAS slow. Maybe they were short handed? IDK, but I always give the benefit of the doubt if that's the case. Anyway, being short staffed and "busy" shouldn't prevent you from putting on a smile for your customers. read more

This is the location closest to home, so when we do decide to get Starbucks, this is where we go. I have tried both the drive-in and the inside, and both experiences were great. Service is strong, orders are accurate, and the inside isn't overly crowded. It also isn't one of the bigger Starbucks, so if you're planning on coming here to work, I would suggest getting here early to stake out a space. read more

Shout out to Ada in the drive thru!!! My stars go out to Ada for providing great feedback and customer service related to my drink. I ordered the Oatmilk apple crisp espresso but, upon receiving it, it came out looking more like, a cup of Oatmilk instead. Ada and I; both looked at the drink as if; it didn't look as if it were made correctly. Ada suggested that, I tasted it after shaking it before I drive off, after I tasted it and noticed that it tasted like a cup of oatmilk, Ada volunteered to make it over I love oatmeal but not alone by the cups. Ada suggested that, they remake my drink. The second time, my drink was made correctly; in which, you could actually see the apple crisp at the bottom of the cup which is the correct way that it should appear. Thanks to Ada I'm a happy camper! Please give Ada a raise and a promotion, as she definitely deserves it. I stopped by today at this random Starbucks in ChandlerArea expecting the average service I've been getting lately... but man!!!, I was wrong!!! Surprinsingly I was amazed by the quick & attentive service, the clean enviroment, GREAT athmosphere and even the customers who stopped by while I was there were nice too. I got to talk to the new manager (her name is Angie, I believe) and she was very attentive & kind. I gave her my feedback personally about the great job & service they were doing at the store. She ensured the store was neat & tables were cleaned & wiped off regurarly... I as a customer really appreciate that. Lastly but not less importat, somebody that caught my attention from the team was Sterling. I went to this location yesterday June 3. Both my husband and I left very disappointed by how we were treated by the barista named Sara. My husband tried to order a mango dragonfruit and asked for light water and she said she would charge us for no water and extra base. It brought the total for the drink over $7. My husband then asked for a water instead and she told us we had to purchase something with it. We weren't close to home and I really needed to use the restroom so we just left and went to the gas station down the street. We've been loyal customers of Starbucks for almost 20 years. The barista acted with a lack of discretion and compassion that was unbecoming of Starbucks. Fix your effing drive through. This is the weirdest drive through ever. Is a lower car going up a hill and having to navigate (estimate) where you anticipate the curb to be. I have attached pictures and you can see the concrete missing from the curb edge. When entering (unless you enter straight on you have to curve to the right then the left. Pictures attached. Today I went through the drive thru with my mom and my new puppy, Poppy! We ordered some cake pops, ever so important, and I also needed some gift cards. I've made mobile pickup orders here every day for the past 6 weeks, EVERY SINGLE SUNDAY I have had to go somewhere else because the Sunday morning staff here decided it's drive thru only and locked the doors. With the open sign hanging up. With in store pickup as a mobile order option. Today was it, instead of having to drive to another Starbucks that actually honors the giant OPEN signs, I'd rather drink lesser quality coffee at Dunkin where the stores policies don't change based on who is working on a shift. What an awesome Starbucks! I went here while I was getting my oil changed at Brakes Plus across the way and sat inside while I did some work. The staff here is amazing...not only are they friendly but they're efficient as hell. This location was SUPER busy and they were pumping drinks out like a well oiled machine. Zoey at the front was super nice and knowledgeable about their menu. Some Starbucks around the valley kinda suck but this one is great!
