Was disappointed today with how they made Blonde Flat White. Two days in a row it was perfect, a bit of foam and a lot of coffee. But today they put more then half of foam and a bit of coffee. It looks gross and it's not pleasant to drink it. Even taste was different. When I took the cup I felt it was more then half empty I asked to make a new. They made a new but it was the same. I felt Like I drank cheap latte and not grande but less then Tall size. Starbucks should have same requirements for all baristas to keep a good quality standards for all drinks. read more

You can be busy and that happens a lot. That's fine. What's not ok when a customer comes in no one is in line orders just the bacon sous vide bites, goes to the bathroom comes back to watch 10 people order food and drinks. See them leaving before she does then after 15 minutes ask for said bacon bites the food person, and another person asks for theirs and because they just ordered after her abs is impatient the food person says out loud "everyone's just gonna have to wait" she says "I'm gonna cancel" and she says don't I'll just make mercy wait" then proceeds to do everyone else's again. Have to ask again 10 minutes later. 25 minutes for sous vide bacon bites?! Because I asked once and didn't threaten to leave?! Wow. Nice service. If you expect quick service or any service don't come here. Here's the kicker I was here a month ago same crap. Twice of the not only the same service but worse?! This review was a long time coming. With so many Starbucks around hope you guys straighten up or at least use a little of what we are used to elsewhere: "I'm sorry for the delay" or that'll be right up and it's actually given within 5 min." There is an employee named Daniel here who is extremely rude. I order a iced coffee just about every other day, and he gets upset when I ask to lessen the strength. I sub milk for soy and he always tries to up charge me. The last straw was him attempting to accuse me of threatening him when I said that I won't be coming to this location anymore to order coffee due to their inconsistencies and over pricing. Other locations charge $3.95 they charge $4.45 for the exact same order. I would advise you to stay away from this location on the days he is here which seem to be Sundays. This Starbucks takes forever each time I come. Even if there are only a few people in the line, the amount of time it takes per customer is significantly longer than any other Starbucks I've been to. There can be 3 people in line and I'll still be there for 20 minutes. Not sufficiently staffed and extremely slow. Parking is a mess too. read more

This is a 24-hour Starbucks, definitely helpful considering my job requires me to sometimes be up and at work at about 1 a.m. there's usually a breakfast rush at about 9:30 am Monday through Friday. This is likely due to all the businesses that are nearby this particular Starbucks. This Starbucks does have the tools required to make nitro drinks FYI. Sadly they discontinued my favorite tea which was the peach Tranquility at this location. If you're planning to come here during the week I highly recommend using the mobile app to order ahead just to be safe. When it comes to the employees, they are very nice and accommodating as well as quick to get your order and Cliff to get your order out overall the service is fantastic. Like I believe all locations, there is Free wifi but it is very slow. If you plan to spend some time here, you may want to get here early or in between the rush hours. SERVICE: I have had very warm, genuinely nice and cheerful cashiers/Barista's AND I have also encountered grumpy, overwhelmed and curt ones. This is the closest Starbucks to my office and I've been here enough times to learn that it always has a line out the door during the prime morning hours of 7am - 9am. I now go over after I've settled into my morning office routine between 9:30am - 10:30am. There is no line (maybe, just maybe two or three people if that ordering) but that I believe is the magic hour. FOOD/DRINK: I believe I can speak for most that we know what to expect when we go to Starbucks in terms of the Java boost and tasty treats. I have not had a chance to try their hot breakfast sandwiches or panini's but I hear they are pretty good. My breakfast usual comprise of a Carmel Macchiato or Caffe Latte with either an Almond Biscotti, the Vanilla Scones or Classic Coffee Cake. I haven't had a problem with receiving an incorrect or bad order of coffee at this location so this location gets points there. Just today I asked for no foam in my Latte turns out there was foam. The barista (kindly and apologetically) offered to make me a new one but I didn't want to be "that customer" so I thanked her for offering and went on my merry way. SEATING: This location offers an outdoor patio area, has bar like seating inside and regular tables as well. I think this location caters to the business execs and people on their way to LAX which might explain the smaller seating area but large waiting area in the back. It's hit and miss at this location in terms of service but when I need my coffee fix or have to pick up coffee for the office, I will stroll over to this one. PARKING: While this Starbucks shares a big lot with Ralphs, Chase and Jersey Mikes, the design of the spaces and where the retailers are placed can make it pretty crazy at times. Especially during the prime hours of lunch and after work. People are always in a hurry and you must be careful of speeding cars, the corners and maze like lot. read more

Here I go reviewing another Starbucks. I like Starbucks! I came by because I was at Chase and they didn't have a restroom so I had to come to Starbucks. + Lots of seating outdoors and indoors. Tall chairs and regular chairs. Yay tall chairs! + Lots of smartly dressed people discussing business or other smart things + Not so many slobby people + Line was alright, maybe 3 people in line at 2pm + Service was quick and efficient. I have weird orders so I was surprised that the cashier had rung me up before I got out my cards. + Lots of parking, shared with Ralphs and Chase - Not much seating inside - The bathroom is filthy! Filthy! It's a throwback to old supermarket bathrooms with the dim fluorescent lighting and pee on the seats. Filthy! - Don't call out names. Why'd you ask for my name then? Oh, I know, you wanted to know my name. Oh silly! - Baristas are polite but not friendly. They seem a bit harassed really. - A bit unorganized in the drink-making area - stems from having random things out on the counters. Maybe it's just because they're rushed. If I didn't have to use the restroom I would like this location a lot more because the patio area is just such nice scenery. read more

First off, this review is wholly about this particular location. Went in on a weekday evening around 5pm, not too late. Wasnt busy at all. Only a couple of people in line. There were two girls working. They were very catty and rude. After the cashier would help each customer she and the barista would turn thier backs to us and snicker and laugh. One can only assume that they are talking about the customers. But again, its only an assumption. My order is really simpile. Black iced tea, no water with sweetner. Almost comical for a coffee place, right?!?! Nothing extreme and any untrained barista could wing it. The cashier told me they were out of black iced tea and offered me the passion tea or green tea. Im a fan of neither. So I stood there looking at the menu for a replacement to drink with my dinner. Nothing caught my eye. Meanwhile the barista starting at me intensley hoping it would make me decide faster. Finally, I told her to give me a tall awake and a cup of ice. I would pour the tea myself. So thats exctly what she charged me for. I guess the barista was having some sense of remorse cause she told me she would do it for me! Overall, there are other Starbucks locations nearby. One close by on the north side of the freeway. They might've been having a bad day or something, but if your going to make fun of the customers, at least wait till we leave the store. read more

Waited for 10 minutes and counting for a cake pop, got my drink in 2 minutes which is great (hence 2 stars). Cool place to relax if you have to pick up someone from LAX and you are early . Very beautiful place with amazing patio . Service was little less personable than the ones I go. There's also not much in the way of seating... especially when you consider how busy it is. On the plus side they do offer plenty of outdoor seating but if you're hoping to charge your iPad or cellphone that doesn't really help you. This Starbucks is located on Sepulveda next to a Ralph's Market. It is very close to LAX and it always seems very busy. This store use to be very small and has thankfully been recently (2014) expanded. I believe that they expanded their backroom and opened up their old storage room into a bigger seating area. Rundown - They can't make a drink here Starbucks...it's really hard to screw it up so badly that you have to throw it away. Sometimes, they add extra foam or forget my nonfat milk. Sometimes they don't make it extra hot. Regardless, I usually take it and try to enjoy my coffee. I came here a few weeks ago and had the worst service. The guy taking my order could really careless about what I wanted. He was grumpy and miserable looking. (hey man, cheer up!! The holidays are coming and starbucks will have cute holiday cups!!). Not only was the guy taking my order not pleasant but the guy filling my order didn't know what he was doing. My vanilla latte was more like nonfat milk boiled with half of shot of espresso. Needing a quick lift for the morning I had found this Starbucks when I was staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. They told me just go to the Chase Bank on the corner. It is in a small shopping center with tight parking places. It is just past the Chase Bank parking. Lots of Limos and Taxi Cabs stage out of here so be careful. The morning crew was hitting their stride I got there before the line went out the door. Caters mainly to the local business crowd. I got my Grande Caramel Macchiato to go and was out the door in less than five minutes! read more

First and foremost, this is a Starbucks, so you can expect pretty much the same level of coffee, food, and service you would get at any Starbucks. Pros: Location! It's the last Starbucks on your way to LAX from the South Bay, so I can grab that morning cup of coffee before a flight, or grab something on my way home without going out of my way. Cons: Smaller than usual Starbucks. Almost zero seating, no drive-thru, and they're often out of some of the bakery items. Definitely don't use this Starbucks if you plan to meet up with someone and sit for a while 'cause all three of their seats are always taken. read more

My review is based on the consistency of my drinks being ready and always being made right. I've been to A LOT of Starbucks stores in my 27 years of life. I can say hands down this is the best one I've been to. I wanna give a shout out to KENNY who I believe is the store manager here, or at least should be if he isn't. He's been amazing for the last 6 months that I've been coming here. I have been coming to this Starbucks for about a year. I usually come in the morning between 8am-10:30am. The morning staff is awesome! Great customer service. First experience in the evening. Worst customer service ever. There are four employees behind the counter, not busy at all. Only two customers waiting to include myself. The tall male cashier attended the person in-front of me and began preparing his order and ignored me. Not sure what the other three employees were doing. I left and went to another Starbucks, 310 E Grand in El Segundo and they always have excellent customer service. In the future, I'll Just have to drive another mile for better service. read more

Interesting set-up .. you come in and go far right to get in line. There's limited indoor seating and a big nice patio. I only go there on Thursdays evening and so far the staff is always really nice. My problem with this place is the temperature. It is FREEZING cold. When I asked the staff about it, he said everybody complains but the AC has been broken for 2 years. I don't know if it's true. I don't know if they keep this cold, so people don't stay inside too long since it is so small. Anyway, it's impossible to stay inside. Now with Winter approaching, I need to find another place to go because it will be hard to stay outside as well. read more

I'm writing this, as a former barista, this is the WORST service I have ever had at a Starbucks. I visit this Starbucks almost every day, for the last 7 months, and they've still not learned my name or my drink. And it's pretty pathetic when it's the same people helping me as well. I thought the point of Starbucks was to nurture the human spirit, one cup at a time. But with service like this, they're doing just the opposite. They're slow and rude, and if there was any other coffee near my office I would absolutely go there instead. Anything would be better than being treated poorly first thing in the morning. Maybe they should be retrained on the Starbucks service that is expected from customers. Wish I had a different location I could go to, so that I wouldn't have to deal with these people anymore. Working in the customer service industry is a place where we can make a difference in people's lives. You have no idea what people are dealing with in their personal life, but you have the opportunity to make a difference. In my years working in customer service, I've seen all sorts of people walk through my doors. I've laughed with customers, I've cried with customers, I've seen some go through divorces, and others meet their significant others and get have a baby (and I was one of the first people they shared that with!) I believe that it's a blessing to be able to play a huge part in those people's lives. Something as simple as remembering a name, or smiling at someone, or having a drink ready when the person is paying for it is just an extra touch that this store really needs. read more

Nice Starbucks with lot's of parking and a good size outdoor seating area. I've always had great service and drinks here. It's open 24 hours in order to serve all the late night travelers flying in/out of LAX airport located about five minutes away. read more
