They spend so much money on advertising, why don't they spend some money on improving the taste of their drinks and food... First time trying Dunkin, yeah ... probably my last. Drinks tastes like a huge cup of artificial tastes from the coffee down to to the donuts. Donuts are so dense and once you bite it, it literally tastes like I'm biting and digesting a sweet chemicals and plastics. The donuts tastes like sweet crayons. :-( Perhaps I've been spoiled, but my taste buds cannot digest it. I don't know how or why Mr. Affleck does it. First time, last time at this location. Made an online order for their $5 two breakfast wrap and cup of coffee. I specifically ordered on the mobile app "no chipotle sauce". Disappointed, frustrated, and hungry since both wraps had chipotle sauce and I had to throw it away and my $5 plus dollars. I can't eat chipotle aioli or any condiments for that matter. I have allergic reactions. Management and staff need to be trained better and be more aware of these types of mistakes that cost customer money, time, and have health impacts. read more

Five stars all for the lovely woman who opens the store every morning! Every time I'm in she says hello even if she's not assisting me, and she always has a smile on her face no matter how busy it is. This type of customer service is a rarity these days!! Of course a chain is just a chain... What makes it worth going to or avoiding is the staff. I was pretty worried about this DD when they first opened as I had some really negative experiences with the staff competence, but now they have this wonderful lady who I've seen on duty multiple mornings and she keeps everything running super smoothly. Of course it is your typical Dunkin' Donuts, and this is a very small location with only standing room basically. You get your typical donuts and everything on the menu and they always have an ample supply in stock although I'm not quite sure where it comes from. It tastes the normal fake donut way.... I walked in this morning feeling great a little before 8 am and said good morning to a short latina lady behind the counter. She looked at me, we made eye contact, and then she proceeded to ignore me for three minutes. When another customer walked in she immediately took her order, skipping me. At this point all I had done was smile and say good morning. New Dunkin location at Manhattan Beach! Located in a new plaza along PCH. It wasn't busy around Wednesday lunch so there was plenty of parking and tables were empty. This is not my typical haunt, but I stopped by for a guilty pleasure of mine - a Sour Cream doughnut, my favorite flavor. And... the Dunkin Sour Cream doughnut is quite good. The sour cream kick was there, it was not too heavy, and it had a bit of that melt-in-your-mouth crispness that I crave. Cheap,, too. Definitely a winner. read more

Admittedly, it has been many years since I tried a Dunkin' Donuts. Perhaps the recipes have changed, but unfortunately the donuts are bang average at best. Honestly not any better than the ones at Ralphs or Vons. But the employees were friendly enough and the coffee was excellent. I would go back just for the coffee and can get my donuts elsewhere. Interesting to see what they finally did with this property as it was a gas station and small strip mall with a liquor store that had been sitting empty for many years. read more

Was so excited to see a Dunkin' pop up in the area. Had been patiently waiting for it to open for months, so was very excited that it now is! Popped in on Saturday around noon. It was pretty empty in there, but there must have been a morning rush because the floors were incredibly sticky and dirty. The menu was quite hard to read, being such a small font and myself being unfamiliar with Dunkin' offerings. Wanted a frozen coffee, but wasn't seeing any flavored options on the menu (as I previously have at other locations). Asked the barista and she said they could add mocha pumps to it for an additional charge, so I ordered that. Thinking the size would be comparable with Starbucks, I got a large, which was massive! Great value. The drink was delicious (surprisingly not too sweet). I'd go back for the drinks, but would like to see the cleanliness increase. read more

Ive tried this place a few times. Its on my way to work. Ill come here, when I am too lazy to deal with star bucks. The place is mid. Their coffee is also very basic, but it does the job. Always buy the small. The other sizes are just full of milk. The only thing that really stands out, is their jelly donuts. Avoid them at all costs. There is basically no jelly in the donutss. Probably less than a teaspoon of jelly in the jelly donuts. Finally, I had no problem with parking. On a side note there is a good sandwich shop, its just too expensive, but its good. read more

We go there often as my kids love their specialty drinks! We are very gracious and service oriented.

I have gone 3 weeks in a row and every time I had gone the staff didn't have any smiles or care in the world. Small cabinet where they had the donuts at. And to top everything off each time was a different total for the same half dozen vanilla frosted with sprinkles donuts. The donuts themselves were good but I don't think I will be going back anytime soon because of the rudeness and careless staff. Customer's like when you have a smile, enjoy what you do and like when you greet them when they walk in, not grumpy looking face and silent.
