came to this jamba location for the $5 acai bowls on national acai bowl day! pb & nutella smoothie bowl - honestly for how small it is, i thought $5 was a super good deal. i probably wouldnt buy it at its full price. i was a bit disappointed that jamba doesn't have alternative butters for people who are allergic to peanuts, so i hope that's something that they can add soon, like almond butter. the cashier was super sweet and also told me she wished there were alternatives LOL. super helpful and quick with orders! the interior is very clean and the sun shining in through the window made the store very peaceful and lovely. read more

I had a great experience a Jamba Juice on April 22, 2026. The service was quick and efficient and the staff was friendly throughout my visit. The store itself was clean and well maintained, which made the experience even more comfortable. My order came out fast and exactly as expected. Overall, a solid spot if you're looking for a quick, healthy drink with good service and a smooth, hassle-free experience. The large size is over $10! Everything is higher now but still love the flavors and refreshing drinks. Our favorite flavors are: Aloha Pineapple, Mango A Gogo, white peach and strawberries wild. Finally finding a Jamba Juice was very exciting. I had been hearing about these places for a long time from Jen and had never had the opportunity to ever go to one. I have also always said that I would not want any of the green juice with kale or vegetables or any of that stuff you can get in smoothies, etc. However, now that I had finally arrived, it was finally time to put that aside and try what she likes to make fun of and call a "kale slurpee".....and I have to say, I don't remember the name of the green thing I chose, but it was outstandingly awesome, and if there was one nearby, I would be going several times a week, I'm sure to the detriment of my sugar health. It was almost luck that we stopped at Jamba as well as it just happened to be on our way to the airport. I almost didn't get to experience this fruit adventure that I had been hearing about for years, but luckily, it was there and our flight was late in the day! What struck me the moment we went in was how clean and fresh everything was. Not every place you visit, especially chains, have everything in perfect order, and having worked in produce when I was much younger, I tend to be sensitive to fruit and vegetable odors and will pinpoint them right away. Everything was great, and I even had fresh ginger peeled and blended right into my drink for a nice refreshing zing! I really really hope that at some point they open a Jamba Juice near to me, or that I relocate where one is. I am not sure if they are franchised, but if I ever had the startup money for a franchise, this would be it. I am all in and believe in what they're doing and the flavors and idea behind it. If you have never tried on, get to one and try a smoothie, especially one with greens. I never could have believed it would be so good and I felt full and bright and satisfied all day. The place was quiet and doesn't have much appeal inside as far as seating or music. They had so many items out of stock lol I have a picture of their list and the top three items I needed for each one of my three items I was going to order. I literally thought there was a problem like maybe the fridge was left open or something to this degree but when I asked the front girl she said nope. I needed a quick fruity pick me up after my wax so I stopped at Jamba. This location is located inside Manhattan Village Plaza where there is plenty of food places to choose from. I haven't been to Jamba in a while so I was surprised to have found out a small Jamba Juice is almost $9!. I ordered a small Caribbean Passion as I never seem to finish the large size. This location is rather spacious and clean however there isn't much seating available, just a couple of barstools. The staff were nice and welcoming and I didn't have to wait long for my smoothie. I love Jamba Juice just for the simple fact my smoothies are consistent and I get to watch them make it! I was really craving a smoothie, but I wanted something peanut butter and cacao powder and the smoothie, while the thickness is perfect. I love the freshness and taste of a Jamba Juice. Today's experience was not the greatest. We waited about 10 minutes to order because the employee was alone making another order. She looked very overwhelmed and when it was our turn, she seemed tired. The pastry case and ad ons were nearly empty. I ordered the small watermelon breeze drink for the first time. It was delicious! Very refreshing. I usually get mango a go go or aloha pineapple. Those are delicious as well. Love the taste but the service and overall feel and vibe of the place was not great. Popped in Jamba today for a morning bite. I noticed the new waffle parfait on the menu and had to try it. It was delicious, the only suggestion is I wish it was bigger! The waffle was warm and tasted freshly cooked, that with Greek yogurt, granola and berries topped with honey was a party in my mouth! Highly recommend trying this. The service was great, my order was out in a decent time. No issues there. The ambiance is basic, no where to sit, just some railings to place your smoothly on. I think they do that on purpose. Person working ran when he saw me park my vehicle. I pulled up at 843pm currently it's 854 and I'm outside the store. Hours posted are 9pm.

Showed up at 11.35 AM to order an açaí bowl. Employee tells me they don't have any spoons. Huh? CVS is about 70 feet away. Why wouldn't they just go buy some? As he's explaining about the lack of spoons and how they're not even setting up to make any bowls the manager is taping up signs that they're out of mangos, etc. Very poorly managed store. read more

So disappointed when you go for orange juice and hear we don't have any fresh juice. Even worse is when the customer service is not even apologetic for it. I only tend to go to Jamba Juice when I have a gift card. Today was no exception. I've been carrying around an old gift card with less than $1 balance and I didn't want to just throw it away. I ordered a small Caribbean passion fruit smoothie and it was very good and refreshing. I'm so sick of this Jamba Juice. Everytime I go they are either out of toppings for the bowls or are out of ingredients for PB chocolate love. I stopped by today at 6:15pm and was the only person in store. The smoothie took a few minutes and was completely off when I got it. It was basically chocolate milk. The consistency was watery and there was no peanut butter or banana flavor. It's frustrating as someone who has worked in this industry before that they wouldn't just let me know if they were out of ingredients for this smoothie. I've literally walked out of this store empty handed because they didn't have ingredients. Save your time and money and go to a nearby Jamba Juice instead because it's too inconsistent here. read more
