@JambaJuice! October is one of my favorite months. Fall has begun, hockey season has started and there are delicious pumpkin goodies everywhere. Jamba Juice's pumpkin smash is one of those goodies. I've never ever had Jamba Juice ever but I've wanted to try it. When I saw the pumpkin smash poster in front of the store, I knew instantly that it would be my first Jamba Juice ever. The smallest size is a sixteen. One pumpkin smash sixteen is $4.25 and for my free boost I got soy protein. At the first sip, I instantly thought it was like drinking pumpkin pie. You could definitely taste the pumpkin flavor. Good taste at first sip. Further into the cup however, I felt the pumpkin flavor was not as distinct. Nevertheless the drink was pretty good. It's always hard to review locations you have a special connection with and this is no different. Fortunately, I've been a long time customer and have had nothing but good experiences at this location. The facility is usually always clean and open for all to see. They make all the drinks right in front of you, so you get to see the delicious madness. The staff is friendly, polite and helpful. Especially, when I ask questions or for modification. I no longer buy my favorite drink of the past (orange dream machine) and now try to get healthier options with more fruit and less sorbet. Recently I've been a real fan of their chunky strawberry bowl. Definitely a spot to check out. One of the few places I'd strongly recommend to my friends and family. read more

Bad service! Worst service!!! Never again!!!!! I've never been to a Jumba juice that take over 16min to make a drink. Having 5 employees there! Cashier never asked for names on order. Allowed guests to touch bags to see what pastry it is. When drinks are ready never calls out to say what it is. Workers aren't organized! One person came in saying order pick up. They didn't ask for his name or order number. Guy didn't even have his phone and they gave him his drinks n pastry. Went to car came back twice saying something was missing all while he touched bags on counter that weren't his. When I finally said I'm waiting in my drink. They asked what drink? I told them and they said "oh I think it's this one." While handing it to me. Really? You think? Other ppl waiting were upset too. One gentleman left cursing under his breath. I usually have great service from this location and their staff is great. No complaints about them. This morning I went in specifically for the advertised "happy hour" special- $2 pina colada style smoothie. I was going to get two.& had one last week and loved it. So, left home early on my way to work to grab one for myself and a coworker. The team member informed me that they "don't have it anymore." Well, it's on the front page of your website. And on a sticker right on their in-store window. So, I asked if there was a substitute. She said it was just a trial thing so they don't have it anymore. If the promo is not offered, don't advertise it. Instead of getting $4 worth of smoothies, I spent $12 because I didn't have time to get breakfast somewhere else. On top of that, I asked for a vitamin boost in one smoothie. Guess what. Out of that too. I understand that supplies run out sometimes. But don't advertise specials that aren't actually available. Horrible customer service in the mornings. The woman who made my drink was on her phone and had her airpods in while talking over the phone, so she ended up messing up my smoothie and making it extremely watery. She also seemed mad that she even had to make my order because it was distracting her from being on her phone and ended up giving me a broken lid - which spilled in my car once I tried to lift up my smoothie. I'm not sure if she's the manager because she was yelling at her coworkers; but if so it really shows just how bad their customer service is. Jesus M. has horrible customer service. I went to this location several times and each time Jesus was the employee at the register. No greeting each and every time. He would act like he is doing something else and completely ignore me even when he saw me enter the store. I was the only customer in the store each time and the store was not busy at all. Then after he purposely takes his time to get to the register, he tells me in a rude voice to swipe the credit card and when I had trouble swiping the card, he got impatient and almost hostile. On one occasion, I had trouble finding something on the menu and he just stood there and didn't even point it out on the menu or try to help. Pumpkin Smoothie? YES PLEASE I'm a fan of Jamba Juice. They may not make the best smoothies but they're definitely above average and much better than ones you'd get from fast food joints like McDonald's or Jack in the Box. Since it's now fall, JJ has brought back their delicious Pumpkin Smash Smoothies. They are not the best pumpkin flavored drinks around but when I get a pumpkin craving, you better believe they do the trick. I ordered an açaí bowl through the app ready for pickup. I found a flying bug with wings and legs floating around in there and threw out my bowl after two bites. I wasn't sure if there were more bugs in there and I couldn't eat it after that. If I was still in the area I would have asked for a refund and showed the store employees. I tried to call the number for Jamba that's listed on YELP to let them know and no one picks up the phone it just rings and rings. I've tried multiple times throughout the next two days and sometimes it's just a busy signal. I went on the Jamba Juice website to file a complaint so someone could get back to me and they did 9 days later! After a couple of days of not being able to get a hold of anyone, I filed a dispute with my credit card and received my refund. Even when I wrote Yesenia the District Manager back the same day and explained everything including the phones not being picked up...I just never heard back. I have been here 3 times, and all 3 times they have taken more then 15 mins to make a shake. This is not acceptable. It doesn't not take that long to make a shake. Seriously, every time I go here I have a bad experience. Tonight, I went there out of desperation, since I had just run 6 miles and the location in Manhattan Beach was already closed by 8. So I go in and order and see the useless manager walk out (see previous reviews). The cashier was nice, but when I picked up my drinks, I said, very politely, mind you, "I also had a cranberry muffin?" This is THE WORST Jamba Juice I have ever been to. They are slow as all heck here. Your smoothie will take 5-10 minutes to be made. Most of the time by the time I get in the car with the smoothies my kids are having major meltdowns. Lately I just make smoothies at home. It's faster to drive home and make a smoothie. that is sad :) To give them some credit, the staff are really friendly. But they need more. Whoever is staffing this place needs to fix it. Ordered Vanilla Blue Sky bowl and it tasted literally like blue color water, completely different than the same Vanilla Blue Sky ordered several times in the past from this SAME Jamba Juice (JJ) on Rosecrans in MB. Called this JJ several times without any answer and finally was able to reach the manager Justin the next day. Justin was not helpful. He was extremely rude, argumentative, unprofessional and his reasoning made no sense. He said that I should have read the ingredients prior to order and duhh, of course people read ingredients prior to order esp when you have food allergies. Really so each time your store uses diff ingredients bec why it tasted different this time? He also said to take a picture. How is taking a picture tell you anything about taste? This is sad but this manager JUSTIN made ZERO sense and then it dawn on me that I wasted my time trying to be helpful. Oh yes, he also blamed other stores for making this bowl with the wrong amount of ingredients and that was why it tasted different at his store. BTW I live near by and go to this JJ most of the time. This is very sad that this JJ may go down the endless cliff under manager JUSTIN because I'm certain that I'm not the only one with this problem. So far so good with all the Jamba Juice franchises pretty much remaining the same. The people who work here are nice and work with a quickness despite the large walk in crowds. I grab an original Acai Super-Anti oxidant with a daily vitamin, one soy protein for a full on blast of goodness. The protein expands the drink up a cup size so I wind up getting more for my money. It's hard for me to not give a Jamba Juice 5 stars. What can I say - I'm addicted. I am in love with their Blueberry-Blackberry oatmeal. When I don't have time to make breakfast for myself, this hits the spot. The oatmeal is creamy and not watery and the berry blueberry and blackberry topping is like heaven when it's combined with the tasty brown sugar crumble. So so good. My favorite wrap is the Chimichurri Chicken Wrap. The rest are okay but that one has the amazing dip. Yum yum. As much as I'm all on Jamba's jock, I must say I'm not that impressed by their California Flatbreads. They just aren't all that exciting. Love this location compared to the ghetto ass one on Century blvd behind Hollywood Park. Workers at this location are attentive and not loud and obnoxious like at the Inglewood branch. Drinks made quickly and yummy. Even with long lines, the service is good. Every five min or so, they are out on the floor wiping away and cleaning the floor so that's a plus as well. Corporate might want to consider giving this place a face lift though... Very empty last time I was there. I usually get the Apple n' Greens smoothie because it's a nice mix of veggies and fruits. I feel better knowing it has kale in it so I feel healthy haha. I do rather enjoy JJ. The prices aren't bad and the smoothies are consistently delicious. I do have to stress that not ALL of the smoothies are healthy tho. In fact, some are quite bad for you (which I feel is a little deceptive). So make sure you grab an all natural smoothie if you're trying to stay on the healthy side of the tracks. I recently stopped in to try their new bowls (we all knew it was only a matter of time before they jumped on this craze), and I was a little disappointed.
