Located off Hawthorne Bl in Torrance in the Del Amo Village a couple of stores down from Yogurt Land. Parking is shared with the stores all around the area. I totally forgot about this location and was always going to the one in the Torrance Crossroads center off Crenshaw and Lomita I feel this location is closer. I did mobile order but they didn't receive it somehow but the gals were really cool about making my drink since I showed my confirmation for this location. I did order my usual Aloha Pineapple. Overall a good experience here now that I saved this location on my app I'll get my Jamba from here. read more

Awesome customer service. And the young man wished me a "good rest of my day...". Aaannnddd.... He gave me my extras like they always do. NOT like the Jamba Juice in mid city on Venice. Where the older black gentleman with the glasses sitting on his nose refused to give me my extras, stating that the rest of the Jambas that do that "are not supposed to do it". I used to come here almost every week last year. Now that I came back, their large smoothie is over $10??? that really surprised me. I like coming here after working out at 24 Hour Fitness nearby. Wish this place opened longer because 7pm is early, I don't finish working out by 7pm. I usually order the Peanut butter mood or the peanut butter love. Not sure what the difference is to be honest. The large size is $10.29. Their service is quick and the smoothie is really good. I would love to see them blend it longer since there's still small chunks of bananas, which clogs the straw as I try drinking it. Interior is clean, noticed that recently added a kiosk so you can order without a cashier. Noticed a new fridge as well in the order. There aren't seatings inside but there's some chair outside. Parking is plentiful and can grab and go drinks. Just really shocked to see the prices go up. Their large drink is the same price as a double double combo at In N Out. read more

usually come to this location and have no issues. However, today when I came in, there was no one up front. I tried using the iPad at the front, but it wasn't showing what I needed. There were no employees visible when I walked in or while I was attempting to use the iPad, although I could hear people talking in the back, so I knew staff was present. I waited for a bit, but when no one came out, I had to call out "hello" loudly enough for them to hear me. Once they came out, they took my order and were fast and friendly, which I appreciated. I would suggest having someone stationed up front to greet customers as they walk in, or possibly a bell at the door so staff knows when someone enters and can assist right away. I don't want to judge since I'm not aware of their job duties during downtime, but it did appear that one employee was following another around having a conversation that didn't seem work-related. read more

Got the strawberry surf rider in a small. It was OK. Prices were very steep for the quality that you get. 8 bucks for a small smoothie is a lot of money. Service was good. Staff were not friendly nor mean but got the job done fast. It's alright inside but has little seating. read more

Jamba Juice opened at 730am today. At 915am the store was completely empty with 2 employees. I was trying to step in and grab a quick açaí bowl to go especially since there was NO line and 2 staff. When I walked in a nicely said hello to the staff, each one of them told me to wait and that they will get back to me. They weren't busy except for putting one piece of bread in the toaster. This Jamba Juice is great. The place is in a cute strip mall. It may take a minute to find parking but you will. The place is ever so clean and I mean spotless. That is important to me. The service is so nice and friendly. They will get your order right the first time and you will be very happy. They prepare each order just for you so it takes a minute. I am easy, I just love their orange juice. It is the best I have ever had. The others in my group like the more complicated items, but I always get a taste or two and I can say that everything I have tried there is great. Their smoothies are so good. My grandson's favorite is strawberry with banana. my husband loves anything with berries in it and they make a smoothie so thick with berries you may want a spoon, but your straw will do just fine. They also have bowls of fruit with nuts, oatmeal or whatever you want on it. It is all healthy and super good. read more

I would go to Jamba Juice a lot when I was younger but haven't gone lately, however I decided to go recently to redeem the T-Mobile Tuesday $4 reward. The prices of the smoothies are very expensive now, with the cheapest adult size classic smoothie being $5.59. I think that's a bit overpriced but at least you get a free boost with it and can substitute the juice/yogurt and fruit ingredients. The mobile ordering was very convenient to place orders ahead of time. The cashier was friendly and offered a drink holder for my 4 drinks. There's also a coupon for $3 off $10+ order when you sign up for an account. I noticed when you order on the app it charges tax but if you order in person no tax is added.. The orange dream machine and creamy smoothies are good but I feel like you can get fruity smoothies better at non chain places or make it at home with a blender. Came here to get a smoothie and cold brew but they don't carry the cold brew at this location :( it would've been good to know that beforehand. I got a matcha instead. They called my smoothie out to me when it was ready, I saw my matcha ready sitting further back behind some things on the counter, but I had to wait another few minutes for the employee to let me know it was ready even though it was ready at the same time as the smoothie. The matcha also upset my stomach after drinking it all sadly, which has never happened to me after drinking matcha. read more

I ordered a bowl and asked for no coconut. Of course they put coconut anyway. I asked them to fix it and they were going to make a new one. I said just take the coconut off the top and remake the top part which she did. I've been patronizing many Jamba Juice locations over the years. This particular location has ample parking, is clean and had a friendly staff. A few times I've gone here the location either opened late or closed earlier than the time posted. Once I was told that the sign was wrong. Good location, ample parking. That mini-mall can be rather busy with the Starbucks there, but the Jamba Juice side is a lot more empty. Unfortunately, this Jamba can be a bit slow at times. With the mobile orders, our smoothie order took a good 10 minutes. Order mobile, and you're set! read more

The recently changed their menu and removed the Amazing Greens drink--no!! But if you ask them they can still make it, which is nice. But why oh why take it off?? It's like removing the Meximelt from Taco Bell's menu! Anyway, the place is clean and usually orders are made quickly. This location is the definition of mediocre. Since the supply chain shortages their menus show a lot of items they no longer carry. Clean location with mediocre service. Have been here at times when they are only carrying one drink. Twice in one month ... I've had issues with their oatmeal. The first time, it wasn't ready, so I waited for it ... when I arrived at my office less than a mile away to eat it, I quickly realized that it hadn't cooked long enough, it was gross. The worst Jamba Juice smoothie bowl ever! I ordered the island pitaya bowl and the only fruit topping that they put was just bananas! I looked over the menu to see what the island pitaya needed to have and there was no strawberries and blueberries. I told the person why my smoothie bowl didn't have those two fruit toppings and he responded that they no longer made the island pitaya and needed to pay extra if I wanted strawberries and blueberries. That's really dumb. If you aren't gonna make this item anymore then cross it off the menu to let the customers know this smoothie bowl will no longer will be made at this location. Customer service is also impeccable specifically to Ashley, very welcoming and always does above and beyond. I always have one specific order and she always make it extra special.
