Be aware, Pinkberry now has a food inspection ranking of B.
    Scott S.

This Pinkberry is one of those businesses that has been around forever. This Pinkberry has been a staple on the corner of Hawthorne and Torrance Boulevard for a long-long time. As such, it has been the go to place to go and grab your frozen yogurt style desserts whenever you're in the mood. Overall, this Pinkberry has done its job very well. It's open the usual hours, and you pretty much know what to expect. It offers all the stuff that Pinberry is known for. In terms of seating, they don't have a lot of it. They have a couple seats inside. Plus, they have a couple of outside tables. One of the things that I've always noticed about this Pinkberry is that they don't keep their outside tables very clean. I truly doubt that anybody actually walks outside and frequently or periodically wipes them down, because they're always at least somewhat noticeably dirty. I really think they should take this into consideration and actually clean their space a little bit better. The leads me to something I noticed the last time I came to this Pinkberry. Their health department grade dropped to a B. That's not good! That means that they're not keeping their facility very clean inside. Which means, you've gotta be a little concerned about what you're eating from this location. At least I am. I'm not stating anything that isn't displayed on their window. You can see the B anytime you go there. I don't know, it just makes me question a food-service business when they can't keep their health department rating up at the level of an A. But, if you want what Pinkberry has to offer, this is the place to go in Torrance.

Pinkberry is my personal favorite spot for froyo. I'm not super into froyo either but when I do, i go find pinkberry. My favorite topping from this spot has to be the chocolate crunch. From the texture to the creamyness, it's a must , despite the premium cost. Worth it every time. Service was good despite it being only one person manning the lin while we were there. Seating inside is limited but they had some more other side.

Far from the height of its popularity, sadly this is one of the few Pinkberry locations remaining in SoCal (Here, El Segundo, Long Beach, Anaheim....that's pretty much it) and unfortunately I don't live by any of those locations so when I am in the neighborhood I ALWAYS try to stop here since I believe no one does tart yogurt with fruit better than Pinkberry. It's just so refreshing! My go to order is the Original & pomegranate side by side with mango on top but they have many other flavors and toppings. This location has free and easy parking which sets it apart as better than other Pinkberry locations. I would come here all the time if I lived closer!

Just visited the 21157 Hawthorne Blvd, Torrance location and wanted to take the time to acknowledge one of your employees, Rolando. He was so kind and professional and took the time to fix my daughters order with ease and such gentleness! Also kindly answered some questions I had regarding your app. Definitely an asset to your store and just made me want to visit this location a lot more. Thanks so much Rolando! You rock!

I have not been to pink berry since 2021 Now i bring my daughters here and i love that they have kids size cup. The workers who helped us was a girl and a guy very friendly and had a team work strategy Going on. The place was clean i love how this location has a restroom inside. It gets a bit busy at night time. Perfect location for a dessert spot love how they have different varieties of yogurt with new flavors. I prefer pink berry over any other frozen yogurt place.

Whenever I am craving froyo, Pinkberry takes the #1 spot for taste, texture, and quality. Something about their yogurt is so airy, light, and refreshing. I got the ube and plain tart mix and it was the perfect way to satisfy my sweet tooth craving.

    Spiced cider - seasonal flavor
    Brenda L.

The good: I tried a small spiced cider frozen yogurt and chocolate hazelnut. The latter is a favorite of mine that I've tried at their other locations but the cider is a new seasonal flavor. The crunchy chocolate balls in chocolate paste is my favorite topping of theirs. This is my favorite chain of froyo because I think the quality of their froyo is superior. It tends to be less watery and more creamy. The flavors taste and look less artificial. They had fun Halloween decorations inside when I came today. There's a water fountain outside with a rim that you can sit on to enjoy your ice cream. There's plenty of parking. The bad: I wanted the suggested apple pie topper for the cider froyo but they ran out. Unlike other froyo spots, you're limited to 4 toppings for the additional price of $1. My husband doesn't like how this place doesn't allow you to self serve with the yogurt and toppings but I personally don't mind that. They accidentally put the order of the person after us in with our order. The interior was a little bit worn down in some areas. I wish they had a pumpkin related fall flavor as well. The interesting: The interior is similar to all of their other locations with the moody lighting, pebble floors and modern interior.

Quick service, polite and friendly staff. Yogurt that's not too sweet with a hint of tart. Great for those hot days. AC is excellent, actually really cold (bring a jacket). New green apple is just as good as the pomegranate. Get it side by side and adjust levels to the flavor you like more. Else, try the original and pomegranate. Easy parking and it is next door to Panda Express, so stop by after a meal to enjoy dessert.

This was the first time I've been to Pinkberry in many years. Came here this past Saturday around 4pm, and was a little taken back by the unprofessional service. One of the young female employees was dressed in a midriff top with an apathetic attitude to match. Unenthused and seemed like she could care less. However, her co-worker was very friendly and helpful. I could see one of the toppings was low, and he refilled while adding the new topping to my froyo. Got the small original tart which was good! The mochi topping tasted less chewy. Buuut he did a nice job of not skimping on the toppings. It's a small space, but can be re-vamped with better all around, consistent friendly customer service (along with a professional attitude and clothes not exposing your belly), and ensuring all the toppings are fresh.

I used to looooove Pinkberry! I'm not sure what happened?! This last time I went the yogurt wasn't the best. It didn't taste as fresh as it used to. My go-to yogurt is the chocolate hazelnut. My toppings are pretty basic, I add granola and Nutella. The granola tasted a bit stale as well. Luckily, I only got a small, so not a whole lot of money was wasted. But it was just very disappointing because I was craving it and it didn't satisfy me at all. The staff was nice and the inside seemed to look ok. If they can just keep up with the freshness of products, everything will be all good.

I especially love the Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream, which is always delicious. One of the reasons I prefer this Redondo Beach location is their generous portions. They also allow you to choose two different flavors on a sugar cone, which some other locations (like Glendale) do not allow, they require the same flavor. That flexibility definitely makes a difference. Parking is plentiful, the service is excellent, and the ambiance is nice since you're enjoying your ice cream outdoors. Overall, it's a great spot, and I highly recommend it if you're in the area.

I was right, but that still may be a bit unusual in SoCal, where we all scream for ice cream all year 'round. Large parking lot was mostly empty when we arrived and only filled in slightly for other businesses by the time we left, around 3:15pm. It took a minute for us to get noticed by the one person working, who we called out to a few times. She took our orders and got to work filling them. While we waited, I did a bit of inter webs research on why Bruster's resembled the same set up as Handel's. Turned out Bruce (the man behind Bruster's) worked for Handel's and had some of his own ideas about changes to the Handel's way of operating that, let's just say, Handel's wasn't open to trying. So Bruce went his own way, building on the same concept of ice cream made fresh daily in-house, unique flavors and a walk-up window. Interesting. Also interesting was the small portion in my waffle bowl. It was meant to be Medium, 2 flavors, but it looked more like a small, 2 flavors. In addition, the 2 scoops were offset with one flavor hanging over the edge, rather than in the bowl. Wonky. Lots of room in the bowl, why was it hard to aim the scoops into it? No one was being rushed, no line forming. This is a treat. Something special. Take a beat for the presentation. Especially if you're not giving full scoops. Make that bowl look like you filled it as best you can with the small amount you're dishing out. I haven't had this experience at other Brewster's, so maybe it's just how this location is run, or maybe just the person on this day. Don't think I'll return to find out. Cheers! "CC"
