Had a major craving for something sweet today and stopped by Baskin-Robbins. The staff was awesome and let me sample a few different flavors before I finally committed, which was super nice of them. I ended up getting their classic pecan and caramel flavor and it completely hit the spot. If you have a sweet tooth, this is exactly what you need. read more

What is your favorite ice cream flavor? This shop is located in a busy plaza along with other businesses. There are numberous parking spaces in various lots within the plaza. We usually come to this Baskin Robbins after eating an early dinner at El Burrito Jr around the corner. This is a pretty small shop with a few chairs and tables inside. Hubby's favorite is Cherries Jubilee and anything chocolate. My favorites are Jamoca Almond Fudge, Pistachio Almond, & Snickers to name a few. In Nov. of 2025, I got the Dubai Chocolate Ice Cream Bar for $9.99. It was a very well crafted frozen treat. I really enjoyed it! The crunchiness of the Kenafeh held up even after being frozen! For a while T-Mobile gave out coupons on Tuesdays for BR and I came here to redeem them a few times. If you join their rewards, they will send you a Free Kids Scoop for your birthday. Come visit on the 31st day of the month for a 31% discounted scoop. Service is hit and miss. Most of the time we get helped by polite & helpful staff. You can pick up pre-made cakes, bars, and pre-packed pints from the freezer cases near the back of the store. This is our go-to Baskin Robbins and will be back in! read more

The service here is honestly terrible. This review isn't about the ice cream, it's about the attitude of one employee during my visit last week. There were two employees working, and one of them seemed kind. Unfortunately, I was helped by the woman with the glasses and slicked-back hair. After my experience, I looked at the reviews and noticed that many other customers have mentioned the same employee and described similar interactions. I even saw photos showing her wearing an AirPod and Crocs while working, which was also the case when I visited. I've worked in restaurants for years, so I have a lot of patience and understanding when it comes to customer service. I know everyone has bad days. But what stood out to me was that despite multiple reviews mentioning the same behavior, this employee continues to treat customers with a rude, dismissive attitude. People are simply coming in to enjoy some ice cream, and there's no reason they should feel uncomfortable or unwelcome because of the way they're spoken to. read more

We ordered a Baskin-Robbins ice cream cake for our anniversary and it was absolutely perfect! Not only was it delicious, but the design was exactly how I wanted. It made the best anniversary surprise for my husband, thank you for making our day so special! The size was great too... it took us two whole days to finish, and we loved every bite (we definitely tried to eat it all at once lol). If you want a cake that's both beautiful and mouth-watering, Baskin-Robbins is the way to go. We'll be back for the next celebration for sure! read more

Mislabeled cake. I went to 2 different Baskin Robbin's specifically to find a nice girls ice cream cake with white cake because there are people in my family who can't eat chocolate cake. I paid $45 for a small unicorn cake that was labeled Oreo Ice Cream and White Cake. Once we cut it at night we discovered it was chocolate cake. So we wasted money on a cake and only ate the ice cream. It was pretty and ice cream was good but was way too expensive to be mislabeled. read more

Single scoop $4.99?? Double Scoop $7.99? Haven't been here in a while but prices here are super high. I got their double scoop in a cup. They do only put a small ball worth of ice cream. They don't give much ice cream in general for the price you pay. I rather go to Handels or buy large container at a grocery store for cheaper. Other than the price, ice cream is good and offers a good selection of ice cream. They also offer sundaes, cakes, and beverages. I ordered their beverage a while back, I remember it as overly priced and too sweet. read more

I always love going to Baskin Robbin's ! Tons of flavors to choose from and I enjoy the ability to sample them. The service team was not too social and seemed a little frustrated when I asked to try a few flavors, three total. But overall, they were respectful and did serve a good amount of ice cream. read more

I'd leave a zero of it would let me. Now I'll start by saying I realize we walked in close to closing time. 9:52 pm to be exact, after my daughter had a scrimmage and just wanted an ice cream. The young lady working on 1/13 during closing shift looked right at us as we walked in and continued mopping without saying a single word. She made her way to the back storage area and left us standing there for two full minutes Only to come out and sharply say " Sorry, we are closed". I replied with "how when the website says 10pm" and she replied "ya we had to close early"... ummm no you didn't you just shut down the store early so you could go home early. I told her I'd be contacting management and she said "whatever". Nice customer service!!! Again I get that it was late but if it says 10pm then someone can walk in at 9:59 and you better be prepared to serve them! read more

1 Star Terrible customer service! I went in to purchase a pre-made cake--literally all the employee had to do was unlock the freezer and grab it. When I asked him to write a message on the cake (which is standard for any birthday cake), he rolled his eyes and acted as if I was being unreasonable. Additionally, when it was time to pay, I didn't see where the cashier was. Instead of directing me or saying anything, he just stood there staring at me, smirking, while other customers had to let me know he was ready. The attitude was just rude and unnecessary. Given the other reviews about poor customer service at this location, I won't be coming back. Thankfully, Baskin-Robbins is a chain, and I can take my business to another location where they actually appreciate their customers. read more

The ice cream cakes taste good but the service and cake decorations are not. The man at the desk wasn't friendly and didn't seem to want to help which I don't mind as much as long as the product is good. The cake was for a birthday with the design of a button shirt and bow tie but someone clearly didn't care to make it look nice. The cake wasn't cut properly so one corner was cut off. The row of button was noticeable slanted to one side the the bow was much bigger one one side than the other. The shirt pocket lines were wobbly. I guess whoever made this probably did not have a lot of experience with cake decorating. The cake still tasted fine but don't expect much in the appearance of the cake. read more

It's hard to believe that someone is serving ice cream to two kids under 5 years old is in such a bad mood. I understand that they were loud and being KIDS but that's kind of what you signed up for. This worker needs to understand that if you're in the service industry, you need to provide SERVICE. If you are having a bad day, leave it at the door. There are kids in here trying to enjoy visiting an ice cream parlor and they were highly disappointed. Thank you for ruining our Friday afternoon with lack luster effort to serve some ice cream...out of all things. Not to mention, she has an airpod in her ear and she is wearing CROCS, which I know for a fact are not SERVSAFE APPROVED OR NON SLIP. SHE IS LAWSUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN. read more

Baskin-Robbins (aka 31 Flavors) is an iconic ice cream shop. I like the variety. Pricing is average for the portions. The quality is good. The best deals are the pre-packed pints and ice cream to go. My favorite is the "baseball nut" which is (or maybe was) a seasonal flavor. Parking is easy here as it's in an outdoor stripmall type parking lot near a supermarket and other retailers. The service was fast and friendly. read more

Not what i expected ice cream was ok but the serving size not up to par. Employees were very nice

Went tonight with 20 minutes prior to closing and the employees were rude and lied to us about being out of ice cream because they cleaned up early. How is it possible that one entire section of their most common flavors were all out of stock?! When I asked if they had any more mint and chip in the back they flat out said no. How is their flagship flavors all gone? They were lazy and rude and didn't want to serve us. We ended up buying a quart of it just so we could have the flavor. Never going to this one again...management should teach their employees that they are to serve the customer until the moment the store closes. read more

Decided to get some ice cream on a Friday evening, we walk through the door, and the stares of annoyance that we were there was overwhelming. No greeting, just standing there staring. Seriously where do you find your employees??? If you don't want to serve the public don't work in customer service, it's really that simple because anyone can do that job. Definitely won't be back! read more

I grew up on Baskin Robbins and it is still my favorite ice cream. However, today I went in there for their BOGO special which landed in my inbox this morning and the staff could not have been any ruder about it. They pretended to not know about the special in honor of National Ice Cream Cone Day and when my app didn't work to get the coupon, they were TOTALLY unhelpful. I was so blown away by their attitude I just paid the full price and left. While the ice cream is terrific, kind customer service is something that should be a part of the product as well. I left totally committed to never going to this Basking Robbins location again. Made me really sad. :( read more

Can't go wrong with Baskin Robbins ice cream. Whenever I think of ice cream cake I automatically think: Baskin Robbins. Ordered a birthday cake from here for the first time online, it's pretty self explanatory and a simple process. Granted we (my family) left the cake blank with no specific writing, would've been nice to have been offered a little better service for the final pick up. The following morning after ordering late at night online, we called to confirm the order was processed, communication over the phone was clear and helpful. Pickup day arrives and we call once more prior to picking it up, confirming it was ready. It was mentioned that it was for a birthday, briefly discussing the occasion & options for candles, etc (..they got it, was for A special birthday..or so we thought..) When picking up our beautiful (blank) birthday cake, it would've been nice to have been offered anything to add a little more "festivity" to the cake. ..OR would've been more than happy to have heard A simple: "Have A Good One." / "Enjoy" / even a little ":)" would've done the 5 star job. read more

This Location is almost 5 stars! I've never had to wait long and it's not dirty inside. It's a little hidden in a corner of a shopping center. On my trip most recently, I got mint chocolate chip in a sugar cone and the scoop that Alex gave was amazing! I was not disappointed in the amount I received. Alex was friendly and kind, had a smile and was courteous to all of the customers. I enjoy going to spend my money and people are happy you visited. That's starting to be a rare thing. There are a few chairs inside and on a nice day or evening there is a area to sit outside. I would say that this is a safe place to take your family to get ice cream and be treated with good costumer service. read more

Amazing customer service, with plenty of patience . One of the best locations to get 31 flavors! Thank you

It is a lot better then it was a few years ago, much cleaner. With COVID the only that is terrible and has been keeping me from coming back is that they do not give samples! I know some may say it's COVID but they are still scooping the ice cream so I do not really understand the difference, it is not like they are using the little spoons over and they are wearing gloves, doesn't make sense at all. I knocked a star off because of it and that the last few times I have gone in they never have the log cakes, they said I could order, they said it is the fastest selling cake, well then maybe they should have a bunch of them then. Parking close can be a challenge due to construction in the strip mall and also some popular other restaurants in the mall area. read more

The owner was really sweet!! Haven't had Baskin Robbins since I was a kid so it was a nice nostalgic treat, great customer service as well!

Baskin-Robbins is known for their "31 flavors" slogan. Implying that technically one could eat a different flavor every day of any month. Born in 1945 by brothers-in-law Burt Baskin and Irv Robbins, they're the world's largest chain of ice cream specialty stores, with more than 6000 locations in 49 countries. If you can answer my next question, I will definitely consider you an ice cream genius. WHAT ARE THE ORIGINAL 31 BASKIN ROBBINS FLAVORS? Don't cheat, cause I know you have the internet, and your conscience is watching you. Banana Nut Fudge, Black Walnut, Burgundy Cherry, Butterscotch Ribbon, Cherry Macaroon, Chocolate, Chocolate Almond, Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Fudge, Chocolate Mint, Chocolate Ribbon, Coffee, Coffee Candy, Date Nut, Egg Nog, French Vanilla, Green Mint Stick, Lemon Crisp, Lemon Custard, Lemon Sherbet, Maple Nut, Orange Sherbet, Peach, Peppermint Fudge Ribbon, Peppermint Stick, Pineapple, Sherbet, Raspberry Sherbet, Rocky Road, Strawberry, Vanilla, Vanilla Burnt Almond. If anyone got that, then you must either be the Rain Man, Sheldon Cooper from the Big Bang theory, or have an eidetic memory. You nerd... With more than 1000 different flavors introduced since 1945, I eat ice cream on days when Pinkberry simply can't get the job done. I search on YELP for the closest BR location, for either a Large Cappuccino Blast or a scoop of Jamoca ice cream, held ever so gently by a waffle cone. ICE CREAM - it's what's for dinner. read more

I've gone to many Baskin-Robbins locations. This one is the least inviting of all I have patronized. Homeless people hitting you up for money going in and coming out. Skateboarders almost running into you as you approach or leave. The same scam artist who needed $5 to get back home to Pasadena, which she describes as being in Orange County. They you get inside. Many of the ice cream containers are empty. I usually do not see the servers washing their bare hands which they use both to handle currency and serve ice cream. A few time I have seen servers sneeze on their hands and continue to serve cones with their virus laden hands (that's when I usually walk out). I've seen complains about their prices but I don't see that as an issue. I just see poor, unprofessional service and a location where one would not want to sit outside and enjoy your ice cream unless you like being asked repeatedly for money. Don't take me wrong -- I post a lot about the homeless problem and want solutions. But this location is by a large supermarket parking lot and is inundated with people begging for money. It's a consideration that would make some people try to find another ice cream establishment. read more
