This is not meant to be a negative review just honest feedback. The cake tasted ok nothing wrong with it. My thing is the price they charged didn't meet the quality I expected aesthetically. I reserved the cake almost 3 wks before I needed it and mentioned I have 4 extra toppers (blox fruit characters) on top of what was in the 1st sample pic which had 8 to make it easier on them and less work on their side. On the text agreement nothing was said that it would be extra $ for making the little weapons and extra blox fruit characters so it can be very similar to what I wanted just like on the sample pic. So when I went in the bakery to drop off deposit and the 4 toppers I bought, I was told by another worker that the little weapons and rest of characters would be extra to make, so I thought I'd prefer not to because 100$ for a cake plus extra $$ for the weapons/ characters is a bit too much for a single layer 6" cake. So the 2nd pic was what I received. I had to replace the paper "7" because it wasn't a candle I can light to blow or not edible either. The name was also paper didn't match my sample which looks edible/ better looking. My sample pic had 8 blox fruit characters, the cake I received only had 4 which was the ones I provided, you would've thought they'd make an effort to make the other 4 that was missing from sample pic for the money you'd pay. So upon receiving the cake I thought man this cake is way too plain looking for the price. Only custom thing made aesthetically was the blue bricks. The paper 7 and name on the cake made it feel like cheap quality, just my opinion. I feel like communication could be better when discussing details upon agreement, I expected a bit more effort for the price. One more thing about communication, pls let the customer know when it's ready especially when they already sent a message to ask if it is and had to follow up for the 2nd time on the day of pickup. I know I could've bought a better tasting cake with out the nice looks but for kids I think that's what matters more, the excitement of having a jaw dropping looking cake but he wasn't too excited when he first saw it. I would still recommended to try them out! Maybe the cake I wanted was too difficult for them to make.

They refuse to give a partial refund as well. I was given promises and held them to an expectation and they disappointed me on all factors on the food, customer service, and price. Cake wasn't worth the price. Tasted just like a grocery store cake. I immensely regret my financial decision in trusting this bakery to do a good service. Do NOT go here unless you really want to waste your money. You can buy their cake flavors anywhere else. Fuck off in all honesty.

Best bakery hands down!! The employees are so helpful and their prices are very reasonable! Found out about them just by doing a google search and decided to try them out and ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday party. I came in with a picture of a Bear Cake because that was our theme and they surpassed our expectations once it was time to pick up our cake! Aside from how beautiful it looked, it was also delicious! This will be our go to for any cakes from now on. My only regret is that I did not post this review quicker!

Basically everything in here is yummy!! And what's awesome is that a lot of the desserts feel very guilt free. To add icing on the cake (see what I did there) it's really affordable. I highly recommend.

Cute spot with the sweetest staff (pun intended ;P) Had to make a quick stop and they were so helpful. The cupcakes looked amazing (as per my picture.) I happen to get there right before they were closing, so didn't see the display but I really liked how the cupcakes looked. It's 4 for $10 or $3 each. I was being indecisive and she ended up giving me extras so I could taste them, so nice! The cheesecakes are good with legit graham crust, the cupcakes are not overly sweet.

I am so glad I found this hidden gem! I'm a huge fan and supporter of small businesses. The lady was so kind and took her time going over pricing and type of desserts I was looking for. I told her how many I was looking to order and then quickly sent me a quote. Talk about great prices!!!! The cupcakes and cake pops were not only delicious, but they were make perfect!!! I told her I already had the cutouts so I just wanted plain cake pops and sprinkled cupcakes. Everyone loved the desserts and was asking where I ordered them from. So of course I raved about them!!! I ordered a custom cake for my daughter's birthday and Vanessa made it exactly how I pictured it. The cake was very moist and everyone raves about it. The filling was not too sweet and tasted very fresh. They even delivered the cake to my home. Excellent customer service I will definitely order from them again. They had Lucy G reach out via message to say "obviously you're not patient". I didn't know waiting 5-7 minutes was not patient enough. Great customer service comes with owning up to the mistakes. I never like leaving a bad review unless it's warranted. You may not like what real customers have to say, but I was not the first to notice the same issue. Fix the issue and you'll have great reviews. It all goes with owning a business I never make bad reviews so it was easy to figure out where this message came from. Had planned to give this place another try and update my review but NEVER MIND!!!!! Responding to me as the owner and then changing your name to reply again, months later, shows that you are clearly UNPROFESSIONAL. I will NOT waste my money and time on coming back to give this place another try. read more

Kind of difficult to assign stars because, well, the bakery was not open even though their yelp listing indicated they were. Door was locked; no signage on the door either. Called the phone number, it was answered "hello;" I asked if this was the bakery and it was. Apparently they are having some work done but you can place an order over the phone. I was just looking for pastries or cupcakes so I suggested they update their yelp listing and I will try again another time. At least put a sign on the door! read more

Long over due review, but I'm leaving a review now to remind myself that the staff is totally unreliable and not to waste my time reaching out for a quote. I was looking to find a new custom cake baker for my sons birthday party because our usual baker has gotten really popular and books up quickly. Looking on Yelp, based on ratings, reviews, and distance, I decided to call this place. I received a quote and was told to call back for more detail. I called back and was told that they would call me back, but they never did. I called them again a couple days later, but I was told by the same girl that she would have someone else call me back, but still never got a call back. I guess they're not worried about gaining customers, but I find it very unprofessional and I wouldn't risk ruining such an important part of a birthday party by trusting such unreliable bakers. read more

As usual customer service is great they make you feel welcome they even let me in though they was about to close when other places would have locked the door on you. Prices was great. Perfect cake for my son's outerspace birthday party. Cake was little too sweet to me but my son loved it! Great customer service! I didn't used it but she offer me free delivery service if i live near by. That was good! I also ordered dozen of cupcakes and she gave a free big size of cupcake to my son. Cupcakes were very good and fresh. I hope they do have more cupcakes on the show window. read more

I was in the area this afternoon and stopped by to see what they had to offer. I must say they have superb customer service, and I believe it is family owned so it has that "homey" feeling. Vanessa & Christina were there and they helped us they even suggested a few of the cupcakes we tried. Everything was amazing, the strawberry short cupcake, fruit tart and cheesecake were our favorites. I will definitely recommend them and will stop by anytime I'm in the area. read more

Absolute dream to work with. Thank you Vanessa for meeting with us after work hours. She helped us pick our cake size, decorations and also shared insights in which specific cake elements will go well with which style. This really helped in figuring out the structure of the cake. She also went a step beyond expectations and baked us several cupcakes for tasting. All tasted delicious and very fresh. We were totally satisfied with our cake flavors: confetti and strawberry shortcake. Our guests loved it too, many came back for second and third servings! They also delivered the cake on time! Unprofessional. I called and even though I was able to reach someone they never texted me back with a quote as promised. I then emailed and even though there was a reply they never got back to me with more information. It makes me wonder why but after two attempts I decided this place was not reliable enough and they probably weren't interested in my business so I decided to look elsewhere. Maybe they're tired of making Baby Shark birthday cakes. read more

I had bought several dozen cupcakes for my high end clients before and they all loved them. Now we were going to start making cakes for our customers so I called spoke to Vanessa stated what I wanted and sent email of a picture on the 11th of June, she did not get back to me until the 15th asked me about size and after that didn't get back to me until the 16th. I wanted to pick up the cake in the am on the 18th. Then sends me a quote that I found to be unreasonable. Industry standard cost for a custom sheet cake are about $3.50 a slice. On a 54 piece cake I expected an estimate of $189, even bumped to $200. We are talking a solid rectangle chocolate cake. Last minute I get a formal estimate of $245. Lack of response was incredibly unprofessional and excessive price tag said to me I really dont want your repeated monthly business. read more

LOVED working with Vanessa on two custom smash cakes for my little one! I sent Vanessa a photo of the first (unicorn rainbow) cake I wanted and she was happy to work with me. I went in to test her cupcakes and that helped me choose my flavors. I ended up ordering the cake and 3 dozen mini cupcakes to go with it. Then, I decided to order another cake for my baby's one year photoshoot. I sent Vanessa photos of her outfit and she provided several ideas of cakes she could design to complement the theme. The cake she made was gorgeous and she delivered it to my house for free. She even let me borrow a cake stand for the shoot! Both cakes (and the cupcakes) tasted great. I am very disappointed with my experience, specially considering there are so many great reviews. When I ordered the cake I was told it would be ready for pickup at 12pm, well when I show up to the bakery it is completely closed. I then called Cristina, who I placed the order with, and she had no recollection or note of my order. I was then told it would be ready at 2:30pm. I am absolutely positive that the cake was made after I called because it was the worst cake I could have ever ordered!!!! It was as dry as can be and had the thickest layers of frosting in between each layer. I literally trashed over half the cake because no one liked it!! SO VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Don't believe the other reviews when you read they are "delicious" because they are not and you'll be disappointed!!! read more

If I could I probably wouldn't choose another bakery in The SouthBay not only did they provide me with what I asked but they went above and beyond there attention to detail and the delivery was amazing . I happen to be taking my mom to pick up food in the little shopping center that this cute little pastry shop is located at, they were going to close within 10 minutes, so the kiddos and I decided to check it out, so glad we did! I chose cheesecake bites and a strawberry shortcake cupcake, so yummy! My kids had an Oreo cupcake and a Nutella cupcake, they approved! Will definitely be going back to pick up treats for my family and work! And Vanessa is the sweetest! WOWWW! This is hands down the best bakery in town!!!!! I was looking for a cupcake shop that has quality baked goods and this popped up. I was super happy to see it was a local family owned shop. As soon as I had my first cupcake, I fell in love! I went in with the intention to et 4 & walked out with a dozen. I then went back later that week and walked out with another dozen.
