The frozen yogurt selection was abyssal. The flavors I wanted were unavailable due to a staff member cleaning one of the machines thereby removing 2 flavors. The second machine that was pulled didn't work. The staff member said it worked but the froyo came out so slow it got 2 small squirts of froyo. Then I went to another machine and the froyo came out liquidy. Ugh. Unless the work performed on the machine was required for functioning the staff member should've saved the unsavory tasks for after hours or at least block the dirt work from customers. I was looking for the Rocker Pop Sorbet but they didn't have it here. Was kind of disappointed that there is no consistency in flavor offerings between the various locations. We came on a Saturday night, when we walked in the workers were chatting and did not greet anyone. When we got a cup for our yogurt all of the yogurt machines were filthy! Yogurt was everywhere and look like it hadn't been cleaned in a while, crusty. Also more than half the machines were not working and the floor was covered in crumbs and toppings. The only clean part was the topping area. Then when I came to the counter the employees were chatting and making jokes and were not nice at all. I wish I didn't buy any yogurt. Tried this yogurt land as it was open later than other locations, it was one of the more disappointing visits. While I understand many places don't offer sampling because of Covid, being everything is still self serve I assume yogurtland decided to be cheap and stop offering this option. Disappointing as I had no idea what the flavors tasted like and was disappointed in the ones I got. Some of them came out goopy and not fully frozen which was the biggest disappointment. This yogurtland was actually really pleasant to visit! We went there for a post dinner dessert and this location was open till pretty late. When we walked into the store, it was bright clean and organised. There were gloves for everyone to put on so people could still enjoy the "self serving" activity while keeping everything clean. Staff were nice and very efficient. The flavors, to my surprise, were delicious! Our faves from what we ordered were the cheesecake, coconut and chocolate. The two cups we ordered cost about 9 bucks, so not the cheapest but it was definitely a fun experience and the yogurt ice cream was really refreshing after a meal. Sammy is the worst employee at Yogurtland. She was so rude and unprofessional. She was spraying cleaning products while I was serving my yogurt. After cleaning and using a dirty rag, Sammy did not wash her hands. Instead, she put the lid on my cup and grabbed my spoon. This is disgusting and unsanitary. I encourage the manager to review the cameras and address this issue accordingly. I will be reporting this to the Department of Public Health. read more

Really disappointed in the employee working tonight at 7:30pm on Tuesday 2/4/25. I was filling my son's cup with chocolate and only a small amount came out. I gave him a quick call to tell him I needed another flavor and while doing this an employee from the back filled up his cup with chocolate swirl from the same machine. I said oh that's odd the chocolate is working for the swirl but not the other tap , can you see what's going on? He replied "I'm on break!" Really rudely and went to walk in the back. I asked him for his name and he said "you don't need that!" . So when we check out I asked the girl behind the counter politely his name and she said I can't give that info out. And he yelled again "you don't need it!". A little respect goes a long way! We have been supporting your business since opening day. We will gladly spend our money elsewhere.
