She looked at the menu shrugged and said "sorry. We can't make it, it has peaches." My fiancé went into this store on Sunday Jan 26th at 6:24 pm asking for a juice to be made. At first they told him they were out of oranges so I asked him to see if they can make an apple cucumber drink with ginger. I am at home with a sick toddler so he's communicating this over the phone to me. He said when he asked about the apple cucumber drink a lady with no name tag said they clean the juicer one hour before closing. That is so messed up. Just because the employees don't want to do anymore work towards the end of their shift. I called on the phone to the store and asked for the employee's name that told him that they cleaned the juicer an hour before the store closes and a young girl answered the phone and she said they're not allowed to give out that information so I asked her for the store manager's name and she said she's not allowed to give out that information so I left her my name and phone number and asked her for the store manager not the shift lead to call me back because this is the second time that this location has done this to us. It's not right, especially when you're sick and want a healthy juice and have a sick toddler at home. Jamba Juice should be ashamed. The location on Rosecrans in Manhattan beach also does this... that is not the policy.... I left my name under Kirsten for the manager to contact me. This is crazy. The manager at this location tried to rectify the situation that happened by saying there was flooding that happened so they had to clean up early and that usually they clean the juicer 30 mins before closing based on their policy. My issue is if that was the case the girl should've never said "we're out of oranges" and "we clean the juicer 1 hour before closing"... she should've explained they had a flood and needed to clean. If that was the case we would've understood due to the flood. But that doesn't seem like the case it seems like a lie on top of lie. The manager called and offered us to come back and get 2 free drinks. I got a large orange supreme JUICE. Look how thick the "juice" is..... it's one problem after another. Literally I'm sick as crap at home just wanting a good juice and I get chunks. Thanks for the manager calling and to apologize about the situation. But the employees shouldn't have lied multiple times. If you had a flood and had to clean early, just say that instead of saying "we don't have oranges" " we clean one hour early" you see how it makes it looks like you all lied? Disgusted! So, this legit just happened today not too long ago at 9am PST. I'm about to order just was waiting for the kid to make someone else's drink (he was working alone). The kid rubbed his nose (I guess it itched) in the beginning of making the guys drink but did not wash his hands (this was before he put the gloves on). Love Jamba Juice but this location left something to be desired. They don't sell water AT ALL and they don't have the snack options that others do. In fact, it's completely barren and odd inside. The employees are extremely young as you'd expect, not super thrilled about their job but going through the paces. The smoothie was fine and I was happy they agreed to put it in my reusable cup but the location is just the weirdest I've ever been to. The parking lot is a madhouse. And getting into the parking lot is a maze, so consider the smoothie a prize. read more

My Wife and I have been coming to this Jamba Juice lately and we have no complaints. I've seen and read the specifically, bad reviews and see the 3 star rating, but it's been the opposite in our experience. A couple of staff members have even gotten used to seeing us, so they ask if we'd like our 'regular' when we walk in. It's Jamba Juice... if you're clear when placing your order and are sure they have your order correct, there's usually no issue. Not saying that at some point they won't make a mistake, but our orders have been perfect. We even get a little adventurous at times, requesting custom smoothies that aren't on the menu. The dining area is always clean and this location is never crowded. It's located in a strip mall type shopping center, so the parking lot can get a bit busy. read more

This is a very nice Jamba Juice and I am so happy that it is very close to my home. I always get the ginger shot but what made today special was Diana and Brian's service. They were very friendly, courteous and professional so I am definitely coming back for more. They messed with my emotions. First time here. 7/5/17 Saw Jamba Juice. Got super excited because I haven't had Jamba in awhile. Went in, no customers. Just all the employees laughing and having a good time (whatever, I do that too when there are no customers) however was not greeted. Put my order down with this guy who looks kinda Asian (but not sure, he is in the first few pictures of this yelp page) but he was super red, I'm assuming from all the laughing or he drank before work (I'm assuming drinking because of what happened). Went straight to the restroom after I put down my order. Came out and waited, as I was waiting, the employees were all laughing and talking. I saw one girl in the back, so I assumed she was making my drinks in the back? While I was waiting, one customer came in, ordered, paid, and got their drinks. (That's weird, right?) Saw a sign that says you can order on your phone and just pick it up when you get there. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed that customer ordered on their phone. 15 minutes: still talking and laughing after that one customer had just received their drink. My mood went from excited to I hope it doesn't take too much longer. 20 minutes: a hoard of customers came in, ordered and got their drinks within minutes, they were all in and out within 4 to 5 minutes. When these hoard of customers came in, all the employees scrambled to actually start working and making drinks. My mood went from hope to sad, that I just wanted a refund at that point. Went up to them to tell them that I have been waiting for 20+ minutes, the girl employee seemed sorry, another guy employee just laughed and said I can fill out a survey to get a free drink... I was not in a laughing mood nor would I come back for a free drink... but will definitely leave a review and survey. 2 employees are now making my drinks in a rush, while the guy employee was making my drink, he told the Asian guy that this order had three drinks in it. What the Asian guy said: "oh really?" WTF are you drunk or something that you totally forgot our order within seconds? The Asian guy tried his best not to make eye contact with us after that whole ordeal. We ordered 3 small drinks but they gave us 3 medium drinks to compensate for the wait (I didn't ask for it, but thank you). But since the drinks were made in a rush, it wasn't that great, plus it was now too much and my mood was ruined to even try to enjoy it. Funny thing was, while we were waiting, more than half of the time my bro and I were the ONLY customers sitting there looking at the employees while they laughed and talked. We made eye contact with the employees many times especially the Asian guy. None of them asked "Can I help you?" A simple question like that would've saved so much time and heartache. Because why would we just sit there, looking at you? Bottom line: make sure whoever is taking your order will let other employees know what you ordered so they can start making it, especially if you are the ONLY customer in the building. you should stand by the glass partition and watch them, make sure they got your order down and making it right in front of you. Lol Even though this is a ghettoish area, Jamba Juice is a franchise and all employees should be hired and trained with the same standards for all Jamba Juice stores. There are other Jamba Juice stores with employees who are more attentive. I won't go to this store anymore but this really upset me at the time, I just had to write about my experience and I hope you guys got some laughs out of this.
