The yogurt (which I call it ice cream) is super delicious and I love every time a new flavor drops. I've been going here for as long as I remember and inside there just gives me a good feeling and makes me happy maybe it's all the color s but its a very pretty place too. The people there are also very nice nothing wrong with service. I have left this part for the end so the manager or someone who works there can see and it is the fact that before the pandemic in 2020, there use to be a water dispenser with strawberries in it and it tasted super good for some strawberry water. But after the pandemic or in 2021 (I think) you guys removed it and it hasn't been seen since. I understand that it was for health reasons and totally agree but my question is only is there a reason more to the health reason for why you removed it? I would love to know. It's nice. I needed extra samples which the staff was nice to provide. I was unsure about some of the topping taste and she allowed me to try before buying. Great service. There is no free water dispenser unlike other locations. It is pricier than what I remember. 74c per ounce (it adds up). The bathroom is clean. However, there is serious lack of lighting in the bathroom- it needs to be fixed. It was way too dim. read more

Blueberry pancake is the best flavor known to man & it breaks my heart that it was discontinued. It was fully vegan! That flavor is just..... it HAS to become a staple. Kids love Yogurtland of all the other zillion ice cream shops around, I have no idea why. I guess the fun and thrill of choosing your flavors yourself and mixing them to them on your cup with all required toppings is very exciting for the kids and the adults too. Anyways, we had lunch at a restaurant nearby and when we were looking for a Yogurtland nearby for dessert, we found this place and stopped by. Plenty of parking outside, very clean inside the place, pleasing pictures, aptly matching the vibe of the place. Plenty of flavors to choose from. To the Gardena franchise Owner: I had some senior lady friends visit your store and when they got home, they noticed they were automatically charged a 20% tip. Is this something that your store is doing now ? I didn't see a sign that says this in front. It is a self-serve establishment. Typical Yogurtland location with plenty of indoor seating on a weekend afternoon. Staff were nice and they had plenty of different flavors and toppings. Definitely would come back if I'm in the area. They won't take cash so make sure to bring a credit card, debit card or Apple Pay type of payment. read more

TLDR: yes, I did go to Yogurtland two days in a row. This location was more spacious compared to other Yogurtland's I have been too. The flavor (Cookies and Cream + Vanilla) was amazing, as usual. This is a nice Yogurtland. You walk to the back and choose your container, either a cup or bowl. You choose what flavor(s) of yogurt you want and press the handle down to dispense it into the container. Then you get to choose what topping(s), filling your container. When you're all done, you pay by the weight. I never fill my container to the top because it's way too much food. They have plenty of indoor seating. No outdoor seating. Parking: plenty of free, shared strip mall parking. read more

This location is been going downhill for a while, just visited today, fro yo did not taste good, seem like I was the first to use it in a long time. Another annoying issue, they continue to be debit /credit card only, no cash. Some customers would prefer to use cash for small purchases, and it does say legal tender for all debt, public and private, on our currency. Finally, on the way out, had the pleasure of grabbing a sticky door handle, yuck. Disappointing. read more

After dinner dessert with the kiddos. I enjoyed my flavors as usual, but wanted to recognize a staff member, Paris. Some guy walked in the door by pushing it, instead of pulling it. It caused the entry carpet to ripple, which would result in a customer having a nasty injury. He looked back and saw his mistake but proceeded to make his yogurt. Paris immediately went to straighten the rug. After, she changed her gloves and began to clean tables until more customers arrived. I have to acknowledge this because of the integrity she demonstrated. This is a true example of quality customer service and doing the right thing even when you think no one is watching. Kudos to you Paris! read more

It remains a mystery to me, and I really wanted to know as it will be a hot summer, both my elderly parents, who are diabetic, would probably asked for ice cream, and I really don't want them to have a small each on their own, since it is still a decent size and they don't like the same flavor, so they can't really share a small one.
