They are located right inside one of the open concept buildings right by a bar. I love that they had a bunch of different flavors including seasonal flavors as well. They also have creations they make. Sadly they do not allow sampling anymore and they were out of a lot of different flavors while I was there. I got a small which allows up to two different flavors. I went with their chocolate peanut butter and thai tea flavor. Both were pretty good but nothing crazy. The person I came with got their coconut and some other flavor they enjoyed. I love that they have unique asian inspired flavors and exotic fruit flavors. It has the right consistency and sweetness. A small was perfect for each of us. There is communal seating. It's more of a counter and you order and they just hand it to you. The place is very casual. Overall I would come back and try their other flavors.

What was confusing and frustrating was that the customer right before us got one, and then the customer after us was also able to get one. Another gentleman working there even confirmed that they still had it available. When I questioned it, instead of simply explaining the situation, the employee helping us seemed unwilling to make it and gave us attitude. I also asked to sample a couple of other flavors since the item we originally wanted was supposedly unavailable, and her attitude made the whole interaction even more uncomfortable. I completely understand that places run out of items and employees can have difficult days, but this didn't seem to be an availability issue when other customers were being served the exact same thing. It felt like we were simply being refused service for something that was clearly available. We came in expecting a quick, enjoyable ice cream stop, and unfortunately left feeling singled out and disappointed. I hope management looks into what happened and makes sure customers are treated consistently and respectfully.
