Best spinach drink I've had, here, where I am from. It is so delicious. And yeah, I may have fallen in love with spinach due to Popeye the Sailor Man. No, I don't always think about your Dad, but I just love Asian culture as something which helps me remember what I am fighting for. So, as a Yelp Elite reviewer, I give Blenders five stars. It smells nice in there. Parking is easy. Hey Gal Gadot, there is a Diana's Restaurant right beside the "Blenders" Boba Spot. It's nice. One of my first favorite loves in Mexican restaurants in Carson, where again, I feel like it's diesel time because it literally has some of the largest oil refineries in the country. Mexican food is comforting. Tacos, tortillas, flan, chocolate, yeah! Without Mexican food or culture, I just love it. read more

Got a teriyaki and shrimp bowl and a chicken and teriyaki bowl. The meat was alright but the rice was not cooked properly. It was kinda hard and dry. Berly any teriyaki sauce. My bfs stomach started hurting almost immediately after eating so I would recommend having some pepto nearby lol. Service was friendly and quick. The quality was not terrible but far from the best. We got boba and it satisfied the craving but left some to be desired. Not the fresh ingredients we are used to from other shops. It was very calm inside and overall seemed like a good place to grab a quick bite or drink with friends. I went for some tasty Boba. Arrived a few minutes before 10am. Then waited to 10:15..10;20am..I left. If they open later than 10am, no big deal. But if they put false store hours on yelp and at store front, that's pure laziness. I called to verify hours. Got message nailbox full. Great. Time is 1 thing you can't get back. Blenders world is great food boba they have mostly every flavor you can think about. Also you can get it slushy or blended. My personal favorite is the green apple boba slush. They have great service always friendly and they even have food I have never tired the food but a lot of people order it. The prices are okay. The food is more like noodles,egg rolls and soup. The restaurant is always clean too and they don't take forever to make your drinks. I definitely always stop to get a boba when I'm in the area. Hope this helps. read more

My daughter likes to come here a lot for an after school Boba drink. She usually gets a thai tea boba or brown sugar milk tea boba. She loves the flavors as do I. I get the thai tea, no boba. We love it because this place is inexpensive. Service is sometimes slow because there is only 1 person behind counter making drinks and if there are more than a few people ordering, the wait time can be up to 10 minutes for your drink. If I can give them 100 negative, I would. I went there on Sunday with my boyfriend and we ordered a Crispy pork chop with rice and crispy chicken rice. First off it's 96 degrees outside and there's no air conditioning in there. When my crispy pork chop rice came the pork was spoiled and it tasted sour. I told them and the girls act like I lied. I told them to try it themselves. They only throw away the pork chop a d gave me back the rice. Instead of throwing everything away because the spoiled pork chop was on the rice they gave me back the rice and everything on it. I didn't even have the appetite to eat anymore. They did not say or even try to do something for giving me spoiled food. I will never go back to this place. I kept the receipt just in case I have stomach problem. This place is horrible. read more

The eating area is very clean. Staff is a hit or miss, sometimes you get friendly service and sometimes you wish you did. Food is very good but their portions have shrink a lot with inflation. read more

Oh boy...Slow service, pricey drinks for its quality, and bleh drink. I ordered the fresh taro, coconut, and ube smoothie. It's thick and slimy, with boba that is hot and sticky and bland. Sorry, I'm not a fan. :-( They have a selection of Taiwanese food like popcorn chicken, fried tofu,,and calamari, etc. That I have no interest in trying after being disappointed. read more

This local Carson boba spot is just one of my favorites in the city. They have an abundance of drink choices and food. They offer several toppings including protein powder. The blueberry shake with protein powder is one of my healthier choices. The cost is a bit on the pricier side; I usually would go for milk tea with boba. Calamari fried rice is a hit here for me and I'll upgrade the meal with a milk tea for $1. It would run up to ~11 Upside is they are not always packed and parking is accessible on the lot. They are also neighbors with other restaurant choices so you have options lol. Be sure you know what you're ordering because sometimes they mess up on the register.. Food here is always good, I just went today & got black tea with rainbow Jelly. I'm a bit disappointed, It had no ice & it had a weird taste to it. It even showed like the "sugar dust" or some kind of sweetener did not dissolve all the way. This is the grossest taro smoothie I've ever had and I think the boba was brewed last year. The smoothie had a pulpy consistency, with no milkiness. It was over $5 and it was the shadiest boba I've ever had. Never coming back again. Also all the lights are off, and it's a super hot day. It seems like they're trying to save on their electricity or like their a/c doesn't work and they're trying to keep things cool by turning off the lights. Yikes. The quality at Blenders has definitely gone down over the years. At my last visit I ordered a coffee milk tea and couldn't finish it. It was watered down so there was very little flavor and the boba was super mushy and bland. I was super disappointed and I don't think I'll be coming back to Blenders anymore. read more

Came in during my lunch break on a completely empty Wednesday afternoon. I waited almost 40 minutes for my order, which was a milk tea and fried tofu. After that while wait, the employee still forgot the boba in my drink. Instead of pouring a new cup, she cut off the plastic wrap on top of the drink and poured the boba inside. UM??? I had to ask her for a new lid TWICE because she kept trying to insist I take an open lid drink. I've never had a boba shop hand me a drink without a lid. On top of that, the drink tasted AWFUL. A thoroughly unpleasant experience and I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

I used to come to Blenders all the time in HS. Always had great service & yummy drinks/food but now the service experience has definitely gone down the drain. I can see why they received such a low rating here on Yelp. I ordered 2 drinks, 1 app & 2 entrées to-go. While ordering, the blenders were going off so it was hard to order. This was to be expected. Once we received our order, I noticed that they gave us the wrong bowl. I spoke with the cashier, who instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, replied with a "well, I repeated your order to you" *insert attitude* and attempted to CHARGE me for the CORRECTION. I asked to speak to the mgr & she graciously agreed to make the correct entrée. I felt very uneasy & still wanted to speak directly to the Mgr. I informed her of my experience & the cashier again - disrespectfully spoke back in front of her boss repeating what she said earlier. Because of this, I will no longer purchase from Blenders. The way customers are treated really makes a difference. Such a shame. read more

This place used to be good but once we had golden boba (at Honey Boba, Ding Tea Boba - this place uses really good tea, etc), my hubby and I can no longer go back to regular boba at Blenders. We do like their buy 2 get 1 for $1 deal but this place needs to roll with the times and start selling golden boba because there are now a lot of competition in Southbay area. Also they should learn to make the perfect boba since this places texture is on the smushier side instead of the perfect chewiness...and we all know the perfect boba texture is everything! read more

Overall just ok. My drink was one of their coffee smoothies w/boba of course. It was not great, but not bad. The food that I ordered was their popcorn chicken. Let me tell you, I felt like my name was David getting ready to slay the giant with a bag of rocks...definitely overcooked(photo attached). My Service was fair. When I walked in there was only 1 girl behind the counter. I notice she was busy filling condiments cups that were spread out over part of the counter right next to the order area...A bit tacky. The boba is okay.... It was fresh when they served it to me, and I did not have to wait very long for my order. I ordered a Taro slush with boba. My mom thought it was too sweet though, but i liked it a lot. The only problem i have with this place is the price. I think it should be at least one dollar less than it was. Also, I didn't like the taste of the boba balls...it was bland and yet had a weird aftertaste to it. Also, the boba balls were abnormally sized: I had to put a lot of effort to get some through the straw. Also, some of the balls lost their soft texture.The balls shouldn't be that way at all. =/ They could work on their customer service. When I went there yesterday, there was just one girl, and she knew I was there but rudely made me wait. I wouldn't have minded if she had just said something like "I'll be with you in a second," but noooo. And when she finally did take my order, she was just bland as the boba balls. I've been coming to this location for boba since when it was called Tapioca Express. The two girls working were really nice and waited for as I decided what to get. I ordered the icy milk with honey boba, egg pudding, and with the caramel sauce. They only had mini boba, which was no issue with me and it was actually pretty good. Not the best of the best, but it's an alright place to go to in Carson. Ps. The kale slush is really good too. read more
