I like this location because it's plenty of parking and the inside was spacious and airy. The staff were friendly and they even had bags for your items to go in (most locations I've been to don't have bags so that was a plus in my book). Hi Alex, I did decide to go back because I found out Crumbl changes the menu every week and I wanted to try the oatmeal cookie. So, I ordered the lemon poppyseed, and the Mom's Recipe (Oatmeal cookie for those that don't know). Mom's recipe was good, but not better than the chocolate chip cookie I had the other day. The lemon poppyseed was definitely undercooked. The edges were done, but the center was not. The center tasted like uncooked cookie dough. I popped in maybe an hour before closing and the store was still immaculate. Customer service was super friendly again.The staff didn't seem tired at all, even though it was close to closing. Cookies and cheesecakes oh my! First time at Crumbl Carson. Stopped by on a Thursday night, and there was no line. Ordered a mini 6 pack and regular sized cheesecake. Service was quick, ordered on the kiosk and cookies were out in less than 5 minutes. Overall the store was brand new. The store front was pretty small and the kitchen/ baking area was huge. I definitely can see this place getting busy on the weekends. I look forward to picking up more cookies in the future. read more

I have an addiction and visit at least once a week and shout out to this location because the customer service has always been friendly. They are very prompt. The store is clean. The coworkers seem to be really happy. On top of that they nail every single dessert. I'm not sure if they have true bakers in the back, but their attention to quality and detail is unmatched here. I ordered the 6 pack a couple of weeks ago because they had the weekly flavors of macadamia nut cookie, mom's favorite, chocolate chip, Oreo cake, strawberry shortcake, and banana bread cookie. I ordered those cookies and cakes the day before and when I arrived to the store, it was meticulously clean. The employees were friendly and attentive even though they were so busy with finishing orders. I shared my order with my co workers and they enjoyed the cookies as well. The cookies are amazing but the service person is really kind of a Dick. One time we showed up a bit late (talking like 3-4 minutes late, we had already paid and they had our order already prepared and sitting on the counter ready to go), which was admittedly very nice of the guy to give us the order we had already prepaid for anyway. We thanked him profusely and everything was fine and dandy. Then this time it could not have gone more differently. Not only were we technically on time, as in it was 9:59 still one minute before they were supposed to close, but the guy (short black hair) gave me this shitty attitude saying "this has happened before, don't come back to this store" as he shoved my cookies through the door as he was locking the front door (if you need any more proof that it was 9:59, the door wasn't even locked yet, that is what he was doing as he gave me the cookies. Given the wonderful service I've gotten at every other Crumbl cookie store in the past there is no need for me to come back to this store anyway, so I'm glad to oblige his request that I don't come back. Just wanted to leave a review so management knows the kind of attitude that the short black haired guy who closes gives consistent, regular customers, especially since there are many other Crumbl locations to choose from. Hopefully he didn't spit on my food, too. Wouldn't be surprised. read more
