Good jamba...situated in a rather ghetto area but it holds to its name. Now let's talk about customer service... Poor customer service. Jesse the Shift Lead was so rude while charging me. She seemed heavily irritated that their system was down. When I pulled out my credit card, I had to reach over to HER hand to hand her my credit card instead of extending HER hand to accept my credit card. I normally don't notice those type of things but I did this time because she was rude and was taking her frustrations out on me. Once she saw that her system was still slow, she asked me if I had cash. I did, so I handed it to her because I'm a human being and don't like to see people irritated. BUT she still didn't appreciate that I was trying to make her life less stressful. Once she charged me, she walked away from the register and didn't say anything. This place is the worst managed JJ I know, but I continue to go because it is whiting walking distance. They have a lot of employee turnover and they lack customer service training. They appear always overwhelmed and in a bad mood. I just purchased 4 ginger shots and the cashier seemed bothered because I asked for a receipt. I only asked because he charged over $20 but when I questioned him, he charged me the correct amount, $13. The guy making the ginger shots perfiles half of the shot containers with lemon juice, so less than half was ginger. What a rip-off! read more

I always order a pina colada smoothie (from their secret menu) and it's a drink I have has since I can remember. This is the only place that I've gone to that makes it exactly how I remember it. I've gone to other locations and they have to ask around if they do that. At this location, they knew and made it the correct way. The staff has also always been very helpful. read more

I am so happy that there is a Jamba Juice literally 3 minutes away from my house! I usually come here about 2-3 times a week! My brothers love the "white gummybear". I recently just tried something new "Apple'n Greens" smoothie! I absolutely love it! Another thing that I get from here is their Belgian waffle! Mmmmm... just writing about it makes me want to go get some! I like their waffle because it is so tasty! I do not need any syrup for it or anything! I can just eat it by itself. The bananas tasted rotten and the bowl was not made correctly. It tasted like an icee. I would've taken it back but didn't have time. I want my $7.99 back! read more

This location must have read the about the poor customer service comments on Yelp because I have never had an issue. Every time I walk through those doors I'm greeted with a warm hello and walk out the door with a yummy treat. Love that they open very early and the location is walking distance from my house. The only reason this jamba gets 3 stars is cuz Stephanie is awesome! Bri was a complete jerk!!! I came in and was NOT greeted by her and she had an attitude when I spoke. Stephanie came out of the back with equipment and greeted me! As soon as another customer came in Bri was all happy to speak with her...... wow.... I will NEVER go to this jamba juice again if they have children like her working there!!!!! Thank you Stephanie for making my drink and bowl and for being a pleasant young lady! Bri you need to learn how to treat EVERYONE with respect not just the ones you like or know. This locale just lost a patron due to the blatant disrespect displayed by Bri. One word= terrible! I understand this is a new location, but the employees should be well trained. This was my first time at this location, and they clearly do not know how to make drinks here. My friend's drink and my drink were not blended well, and did not taste how they usually do. I got a classic smoothie and omitted one ingredient out, and the employee told me I had to substitute the ingredient I took out or my drink would be short. I never had that happen before.
