I never write reviews but the guy handing out coffee was greeting everyone, being so sweet and making people laugh, and served me my order when I was sitting down. He was making the job fun and you could tell it made everyone working behind the counter have more fun too. Some Starbucks can be iffy but the coffee and egg bites were delish! Coffee (Starbucks) The Baseline: For a Starbucks it must serve Starbucks offerings well, be a clean cafe, and have good service. Food: I tried a Mango Dragonfruit refresher today and it was tasty. After it was gone I dumped a berry Yerba Mate with some ice in the cup with the remaining dragonfruit chunks and it was like getting the drink again. What did we have - 2 Tall Mocha Cookie Crumble Fraps 1 Venti Strawberry Acaí w/ Lemonade 1 Marshmallow Dream Bar Grand total $20.65 Drinks (my usuals) Venti Strawberry Acaí with lemonade, no strawberries, add peach juice Venti Green Tea with water, add 2 splendas, sometimes I substitute water for lemonade Grande Hot Chocolate w/ extra whipped cream, with a splash of vanilla syrup - kids temp :) Things to know: - No drive-thru. Inside has tables and chair - new decor alert. Pros 1. Love the new decor! It's a vibe :) - Open and inviting concept with nice wall art. 2. Drinks were made to the details requested, lol. Extra this. No that. Add this. The offspring and I have specific requests. 3. I have ordered inside and through the mobile app. They are spot-on for ETA here with mobile app orders. 4. This evening I came to charge my phone. Just that simple. Arrived (actually the receipt time) at 6:11pm stayed until closing. Dallas & CoCo set the atmosphere for your business during my visit. Their attitudes, working together, not talking loud, no joking, and Dallas was very respectful, doing their jobs with class and dignity. I'm a mother, grandmother & a great-grandmother. Today if Dallas and CoCo were mine I would be very proud of them. I don't do this for everyone bad or good, this made me proud of our young black people. read more

I've never been so disappointed in any starbucks. The service is always great and the baristas are always kind but this time in this particular starbucks I was so upset. As my husband and I walked in, I thought to myself, I only see one person working here...umm. To my surprise we were greeted with a smiling good morning. Even though there were a few guests waiting for their food we all got our orders quickly. As we sat inside, I noticed that the employee greeted each guest with a welcome or with their name! Horrible service. Workers have attitudes majority of the time and don't assist well. Drinks are always made oddly. Location doesn't even give ice water. Ones I got to my destination and tasted my coffee I knew there was something missing THE TWO SHOTS ... I always place the same order different locations. The service started off nice. I was sitting at a table, but the sun was shining in my eyes from a window. It has a blind that could be pulled down and I asked if they could pull it down and they refused citing safety reasons. They could've pulled it halfway down. Made me wonder why the shade is there in the first place? Made the experience unpleasant for me, and I had to move to the stools because the charging outlets are limited in this store. The high tables above the stools have less space and are not as comfortable. Starbucks you can do better! This is not an ideal location for working. Make sure your device is fully charged before coming here. read more

My morning started badly and so I decided to stop at this Starbucks for only my 4th time ever as I was just here 3+ weeks ago. Rude and poor customer service from Andrea lead/supervisor.As soon as I walked in she already had poor attitude. When I asked for a venti cup of ice she stated that there's a shortage on cups and couldn't give it to me with a smirk on her face. When I wanted to pay she didn't want to take my 100 dollar bill because they didn't take large bills. I asked for her name and corporate's number she stated she didn't have it and If I called they would tell me the same thing and laughed. I did call corporate and they stated that Starbucks does not have a shortage in cups and unless they have a sigh that they don't take bills larger than 20 she should've taken my 100 dollar bill. I have been a regular for this store for one year and 8 months. This went from my favorite Starbucks to now my least favorite. It's very evident that new management is in full effect and is running this place in the ground. I asked to speak to the manager to report a barista's rude behavior towards the staff and they said "she is the manager"! I couldn't believe it. Just not the type of experience I want to hear early in the morning to start my day servicing the public. Unprofessional and distasteful. Best wishes to this store. Very conveniently located, but if you are using this store for mobile pickup, expect to be frustrated. The mobile pickup is behind the counter, so you have to wait for one of the very busy baristas to have a chance to acknowledge you and look for your order. Seems like some of the locals know the game plan here and I think it's pretty common to just yell at any barista when you come in for your mobile order so that somebody gets on it. read more

This Starbucks is right around the corner from Bed Bath and Beyond and Costco. It's tucked away so you don't see it unless you know about it. It wasn't very busy when I was there this afternoon. I ordered a turkey pesto sandwich which they warmed up for me. It was quite good and filled with a large amount of turkey. One of the gift items for sale was a tumbler for $40 which would allow the user to have free coffee or tea the entire month of January 2016. The tumbler was nice and sturdy and this would probably be a nice present for a coffee or tea drinker who lived or worked near Starbucks. There was a large variety of holiday gift cards, so I picked up a couple while I was there. Nice baristas at this location. read more

Fast free-Wifi and plenty of little tables for studying, it gets crowded during the morning rush but most people want their drinks and to get to work not hang around. This location is right off the freeways so location is a win, also it doesn't feel as dicey as other nearby Starbucks, I see police routinely hang around in the mornings on the patio outside. I usually don't order fancy drink combos, so maybe I have less to be disappointed with or just very low expectations. The ordering to item-received time is fantastic at this location, I see great team dynamic and responsive employees. read more
