As a frequent customer, the staff has always been consistently friendly, attentive, and fast. I mobile order for drive through pickup about 99% of the time and I don't have an issue with accuracy nor timeliness either. This location seems to have more items in stock and I love their early opening hours and late closing times. Their chicken jalapeno pockets are a morning or snack favorite. Drink was good, it was different but good. One of the new ones. I do wish the barista could have made it sugar free however she said it couldn't be done. As I was sitting down drinking it the manager heard the conversation and came over to me and stated he could try to make it sugar free for me; I just thanked him and told him maybe next time, so he gave me a free drink card! A friend and I have met here a few times over the summer, and we find it to be a really nice Starbucks location. I have always been met with friendly baristas. Our drinks are always to our liking, and we don't order the same beverage every time. Other than an herbal tea on my last visit, all the drinks have been hot coffees or teas. Oat milk chai lattes, flat whites, Sunsera drip, etc. I really appreciate that when I order the Sunsera I get to choose how much oat milk I would like added to it (most places to not have oat milk carafes left out for customers to use). The acoustics are great. There are low and high tables to choose from as well as shaded (umbrellas) tables outside. I have two issues keeping it from a 5 rating- it can be hard to get a table with most of the tables being used by people with one coffee and plugged-in laptop that are using the location for their workday & that I would like there to be better vegan baked good options. We used to come to this location a lot. They renovated and today was the first day back to this location. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I e never been so irritated with the employees. I have a lot of patience but when I pay $10 for a drink I expect it to be correct and not to be argued with because it's incorrect. Not only that but the black girl ( no name tag of course) who was at the window tried to reprimand me for my mobile order because it didn't say drive thru on it. When regardless of if I put drove thru or in store pick up it gets out in the counter. Two extra steps for you and you want to make it an issue when the drink is wrong. I love love LOVE this Starbucks and the night crew!! Drinks are great, but honestly the outstanding customer service at night is what keeps me coming back (from Livermore). They are all so friendly, helpful, and hardworking! Even my 10 year old son asks to go here on the nights he knows his favorite barista (Kyle) is working. They filled my venti only 2/3 full and 2 of their employees stood firm that it was made correctly. I order a custom venti drink similar to a caramel macchiato. When I picked up my order, they handed me a 2/3 filled drink. I questioned them about my drink, since I ordered a venti, like "are you going to fill it up!?!?". They said, that's how your drink is. That's what you ordered. And insisted it was correct. I said can you check w whoever made it? She said I'm sure they're going to say the same thing. (!?!?!) She talked to whoever was in charge and they said, that's how we make what you ordered. We can add more ice or more milk if you want. I asked them to remake the drink. They handed to me 2nd time. There was still 1 whole inch from the top. (!?!?) I asked them to fill it to the top with milk. What in the world is going on here? If I wanted a 2/3 full cup I would've ordered a grande!!!! Per usual Starbucks is always good. This location was quick and so I was in and out! Came here because we were jumping on the road so I really appreciated their swiftness. It's clean inside the establishment. Unfortunately I didn't use the restrooms so I'm not sure how clean they were. It's pretty big inside this Starbucks so it was crowded inside and out. It's a little noisy if your looking for a quiet place to study or work but not any louder than your average. I'll be back the next time I'm on this side of town. read more

Perfect place to grab a cold drink on a hot day. I came by the drive-through and was pleasantly surprised by how helpful the employee taking my order was with helping me find just the right drink. I always come to this location due to me working near by. Two days ago O ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was a hair wrapped around the burrito. Which was disgusting. On my lunch I came in, and showed an associate my pic of the hair an their response was " that is so disgusting, we are sorry" no accommodations, no suggestions, justa refund. This Starbucks is located in the Fallon Gateway plaza. This is a busier area, but there is usually parking in the lot. This location is not as busy inside, since there is a drive-thru, so I would study here from time to time. Unfortunately, they are closed early, but this location is opened a bit later than most of the other ones in the area. My go to drinks here are definitely either the Iced Matcha Latte or the Matcha Frappuccino, but I lean towards the Matcha Frappuccino more. I usually order the matcha latte when I am feeling for something more creamy to sip on, but if I am craving for something more blended and sweet, I opt for the matcha frapp. read more

In spite of the crowd that was lined up for their orders, the cashiers were pretty much quick with taking the orders that they were on my small dark roast in no time at all. I came in on a Sunday, at around 10:15 am, so there was quite a lot of people seated. But I still managed to find an empty spot for me and my friend. The weather was hot outside, but inside it was cool. The place looks clean. The condiment counter was a little messy (from previous users who did not pick up after themselves), but it was immediately seen to by staff. The decor is pretty much the Starbucks standard. Price is cheap since I only ordered plain coffee. The specialty drinks, of course, will be a bit more. But I am just a regular guy whose tastes do not go beyond dark roast... My friends and I hung out here recently for a few hours after having lunch nearby. I love that you can finally go back inside Starbucks and sit at their tables either inside or outside. I had a nice iced chai soy latte. It was made correctly. I also got a piece of pumpkin bread. It was nicely warmed. My friends and I sat at a nice table and chairs outside. Nicely covered with an umbrella. Could have been cleaned a bit more but overall not bad. Clean restrooms with no lock code which some Starbucks have so that was nice too. read more

This is by FAR the BEST Starbucks I have ever been to in my life! I honestly don't know how the rating is so low here. Corporate needs to come evaluate this location because the way this place is operated is top tier. They have someone managing the mobile orders, baristas making great coffees, someone taking at the counter order, and someone taking drive through orders. There's nobody in the store waiting for their mobile orders! The management here needs to go train the Starbucks on Owens in Dublin because they take over 30-45 minutes to make coffee. I never have to wait for my coffee and I literally order it on my way to Starbucks and it's ready for me in less than 5 minutes!!! The staff is so sweet and professional. They messed up my order once and fixed it immediately! I am truly amazed by how this Starbucks is operated! Everyone deserves raise ! read more

I can understand why some people may be upset about this Starbucks, but honestly it seems like the best people work in the morning so that's probably when you're going to get the best service. Ian is great, he's probably my favorite person who takes orders and works the window. Very friendly and genuine. I've had only one bad experience here and that was with a petite dirty blonde/ light brown haired girl over a month ago who just had an air of attitude. Everyone else besides her is just wonderful. Sometimes they get drinks wrong, but not often. And when they do, it's an honest mistake (I.e., missing lemonade in a BTL, or no caramel drizzle on a CRF) Little things. Nothing to get all huffy over lol they always use a dairy substitute when I ask because I'm lactose intolerant. Made a trip here during this Covid pandemic. They are open. I used the app to pre-order and the app tells you how long it'll take and when your order is ready. You can walk up and they have people near the door to pass your order to you. I don't think you can go in and order the regular way at the counter or at least I didn't see anyone ordering that way. This store has a drive through and that is the other way to order. The drive through was quite busy on a Saturday morning. At least 10 cars deep. I was surprised how busy they were. Sorry, had to deduct two stars. Came to the drive through at 3:20, not morning rush hour, and didn't actually get our drinks until 3:50! The person directly in front of us took forever to order, then they sent their drink back (one drink), and it took another five minutes to get it. Had there been any room to escape, I would've hit "eject" 10 minutes into this nightmarish experience. But once you get in line, you can't get out. I usually don't complain when it comes to coffee but this time Im not too happy with my experience today I put a mobile order for 3 drinks and out of the three drinks I ordered a grande matcha latte and for amount of matcha latte I got it looks like it has been made for the amount they would be in a tall size. Especially for how much coffee drinks have been increasing in prices these days shouldn't we be getting our moneys worth for what we ordered? Usually when I get my drinks with no ice the drinks will be filled up almost at the rim of the cup like it is supposed to be, sometimes when I do ask for light ice I get more to where there is barley any of the drink I ordered.
