This Starbucks is HORRIBLE!! 1. I get in ready to order, pull out a hundred bill and the barista said she can't accept it because her supervisor isn't around to check the bill'a authenticity. Okay problem one: this has NEVER happened to me before. I am a loyal Starbucks customer who regularly breaks bills. Two: I can understand somewhat if they couldn't take my bill because they didn't have change, but for them to say "we need to check do it's real or not" is insulting! 2. With the 2 bucks I have in my purse, I ordered a tall regular with non fat milk on the side, and they gave me the coffee and I had to wait about 5 min for the "non fat milk on the side" what in the world?!?! 3. I left to break my 100 dollar bill elsewhere and came back a little agitated and I ordered a tall decaf and the barista said they don't brew decaf after 10am. OMG. Freaking?!?! so I ordered a tall Americano decaf instead. I also ordered a tall iced earl grey for myself and the barista said they didn't have any! I MEAN WHAT DO THEY NOT LIKE ME AT ALL?! The line started to grow, but he was going as fast as he could and was being very sweet and helpful even though we were holding up the line. ok who seriously writes a review for Starbucks? this used to be my spot, I'd come here a few times a week and the baristas greeted everyone and were super nice. notice the PAST TENSE I still come at least 2/3 times a month and literally every time they're rude. and it used to be just one girl but now it's a few of them. and it's not just me, they're just rude in general. Most of the time the service is good here! The reason for the three stars - I have had many times where I am picking up a mobile order, iced coffee with milk, where they put way too much milk to almost make my coffee white. I have tried to say 'light milk' but then there is hardly any milk in there, barely a splash. I worked at Starbucks for 5 years and I know there are measurements for how much milk to put in, so it is just a little frustrating. Maybe just make sure the baristas don't overdo it on the milk in the iced coffee. Otherwise, I haven't had any other issues here. read more

Space bad as it's hard to navigate in counter area with selling items right in middle of store. Big table for disabled but that takes up half the space of store. Drinks standard baristas okay. Just complains on space. Not ideal if u want to come here for work since space will be limited. read more

I went to this location about five minutes ago and the service was horrible! I had a 50% off a food item and wanted to make sure I could use it on baked goods. I believe the barista at the register was katelyn or kathryn? not sure but she just responded with an I think? She looked as though she hated her job and wanted to go home. She was leaning to her side on the register, didn't ask me for name, didn't say you welcome when I said thank you. I usually stop into this Starbucks before meeting up with friends at Empire Bikes for bike ride. Occasionally I show up here to work for a few hours before we meet up to ride. The service here has always been fast for me. I have no complaints there. The reason I'm giving this a four star is because they've refurnished the place which has actually decreased the amount of room for people to sit. There was once a long table that had plugs in them for people to work from. It's now gone and been replace with a handful of chairs. Seems to me like they don't want people hanging out there for too long. read more

Straight-up Starbucks goodness! You'll get the typical Starbucks feel from this location, however, it's in a pretty jumpin' shopping center with a nice outdoor seating area which is a big plus if you're craving some relaxation with your yummy Startbucks treats. read more

This Starbucks is tucked right next to Jollibee in the Chino Spectrum center. I usually like coming here with my fiance, my family or by myself if I want to get work done. Drinks are okay.... Standard for a Starbucks. However, during my most recent visit, I actually came by to try their *NEW* Shaken Peach Tea Lemonade, and it was DISGUSTING!!!!!!! The drink was too sour and tasted like sour plum juice, when it was supposed to have Peach in it... I will NEVER get that one again, they did it really bad! For a tall, it was $2.55 so I also felt quite ripped off. Next time I'm sticking to my usual Tazo Teas, sweetened, only $1.50 for a tall and way better tasting! Also got so-so/non chalant service. Kind of disappointed as this is my Go-to starbucks whenever we are in the Chino Spectrum..hm maybe I'll go to the Starbucks on Chino Ave. instead. There are plenty around to choose from!! read more

This Starbucks is one of the best. They don't have a drive-thru, and the parking lot is a nightmare, but that's not their fault. If you can deal with that, the service is quick and very friendly. I have been to this store five or six times now within the last couple weeks and I only had to wait for my mobile order once. I was surprised because I put it in a good 10 minutes or so beforehand, but stuff happens! This was the only time that happened and the staff were super friendly about it. The worst Starbucks that I've ever been in! The barista blonde boy he is very rude with customers, if he doesn't like his job why do you put him in there! He doesn't greet he even looks pissed off. I come to this Starbucks location all the time and I have never had a bad experience. With the exception of the one employee many other reviews have mentioned, all the other employees are friendly, always get my drink ready quickly, and they know my name :D I work in this shopping center so the location is super convenient. One of the girls there finally convinced me to get myself a Starbucks rewards card since I'm there so often! Haha. This Starbucks usually has great service- no complaints there! The lower rating is due to an eyelash or some type of mystery short hair found in my spinach wrap. Went to this Starbucks for the first time Yesterday. TERRIBLE service from the girl with the dark, a-line hair cut. I want to say her name was Kayla. Anyway, upon reading other reviews for this particular location, it seems I'm not the only patron to have had an unpleasant encounter with a woman of the same description. It's a shame, she is indeed a very pretty girl, but it seems that that outward beauty doesn't cross over to who she is inside. Wake up management! She is obviously bad for business. I can only speak for the morning employees as I haven't been any other time but they are awesome. April usually takes my order and she's always friendly! This is the worst service I have ever had at a Starbucks. The servers were rude. Even though no one was in line and there were three baristas standing around, I waited for someone to take my order, they gave me no receipt, and then I had to remind them about my sandwich.
