Weekday morning crew is quick and knows their regs... Even if the line is at the door you wont spend much time waititng..

I had been here twice now and I had been to many Starbucks and this is one of my favorite. Friendly service from Morning crew.

Bad customer service - if you ask for refills coffees for $50 cents they will refused to service. They gave me an ugly face and said no.

Was at this Starbucks today and Nick was Super Amazing. I order a Chai Mocha Tea and he recommended that I order the Chao Tea with 2 pumps of Cinnamon Dulce. The drink was out of this world. He was very friendly and attentive it always nice to stop at an establishment were they have employees that care about their customers. If you are ever at the Chino Spectrum Starbucks ask for Nick I highly recommend him. Nick if you read this review you Rock! We had a long day and it absolutely ended in a good note. As an ex-Starbuckie I have to say this location moves the line pretty quickly. The reason I'm writing this review is because the workers helped restore my faith in humanity lol. I was running late for work and really tired so I came in to get a quick coffee before work and accidentally left my wallet and the workers had set it aside for me (Annalise and one other young lady working around 2:30 on 4/28). I wasn't worried about the cards or money but the sentimental pictures of my mother who had passed, I was so relieved after two days of backtracking my steps to finally have located my wallet with NOTHING MISSING. They deserve recognition and some praise. I will definitely be returning to this location JUST BECAUSE OF THOSE TWO SWEET GIRLS!! Thank you so much again, it really means a lot! read more

not my favorite starbucks. had a barista who was not friendly at all. i brought in my cup to get an iced tea and she didnt even give me my discount. i know its only ten cents, but its the principle. she wasnt even friendly about it when i reminded her. i hate to give a low rating to sbux, but this has been a bad experience when i am so used to getting great friendly service at all other sbux. i will probably avoid coming back to this location. read more

Just wanted to do an on the spot recognition to 'Ernie' one of the nicest, kindest Starbucks employee I've ever encountered on my way home. After a busy day and long hours. I have received stellar service as well as delicious drinks from this establishment, specifically from the manager Landon. I was greeted very kindly when I walked in and felt very welcome. He was the first ever Starbucks employee to know what the drink I ordered even was, and he took great care to ensure that it tasted right. I just stopped by for a soy chai in the middle of my 4 hour drive from Ojai. After driving for two hours, I was dwindling fast but Nick's attitude and friendly disposition cheered me right up. This Starbucks is really disappointing every time we come. I either get a high amount of attitude or poorly prepared drinks. I am a very nice person and never understand why I get eye rolls or vague answers when I have a question. The other Starbucks on Chino Ave is much better! read more

This location used to be my favorite one. However, recent visit is just disappointed me so much. I order Hot chocolate in Venti and suppose come with topping mocha drizzle and whipped cream. I am okay if you forgot to do that but why fill up my hot chocolate only a little more than half way. Super chill super clean a ton of employees to speed up the process only bad thing is it has no Drive Thru

I have been coming here almost every day for 4 years, and they still don't know my name. I always order the same drink and they still cant remember. The employees are like zombies with the exception of a girl by the name of Alysa and a younger new guy that works mornings. The older Lady that works there (and I use the term Lady loosely ) has the worst attitude. The only reason I went here so much is because it's in such close proximity to my old work. New job, so that means I will not be coming back here at all! read more

I love this place the staff is very friendly and they know what I'm there for they can get a little busy at times but they still provide the best customers service they can even when it's busy I feel very welcomed anytime I walk in even if it's just for water I have no complaints they are my favorite location to go to and I have many options but I stay true to my favorite location I would definately recommend this place to anyone read more

By far the best starbucks I've been to. I work down the street doing 12 hour shifts so I'm here almost every day. I've never had a drink made wrong never had a bad experience and always greeted right when I walk in. Tyler, Tamara, David, and Jacob are the best. I even trust them enough to make me random drinks to try when I have a free drink after 12 stars. Thank you guys for helping me survive these long days. read more

I love Starbucks, but this location needs to make some serious changes. Employees are rude and often get the drinks wrong. The wait times are ridiculous! Took 22 minutes to order and make me my two drinks (only 3 people ahead of me with 3 baristas working). When they were finally done, one drink was completely wrong. The barista told me what I wanted "wasn't written on the cup" but clearly said what I wanted on my receipt. Someone even left while waiting for a coffee they had already paid for because they were lagging so much! Company needs to help boost employee morale because they seem to hate it there. read more

Great customer service! I was quite surprised. Usually, I'm half-expecting the staff to be unenthusiastic (which would be understandable since Starbucks always has a huge, consistent wave of customers throughout the day; who wouldn't get tired?). However, these staff members seemed like they genuinely enjoyed their job. I don't remember the names of the other two making the drinks (one guy; one girl; they were also doing an awesome job), but Nick (the cashier) was consistently pleasant to every customer that approached the counter.
