Over the years they've had some wonderful people, but the good ones don't seem to stay more than a few months. For whatever reason they retain anyone devoid of personality and energy. Product knowledge is virtually nonexistent. Enthusiasm? You'd think that the caffeine would wake them up, but no. It's like they are on heroin.
