This place is the bomb. I love me some Pomegranate Paradise and Greens and Ginger! Get to know your Juice Angel and they will get your drink to your exact liking once you've come in enough. Tipping your Juice Angel is good karma too. To the fools complaining about wait time: you're getting a drink freshly made right in front of you. If you are the only one in there and there are no online orders it takes a few minutes. If there are online orders it could take a while. You are not the center of the universe and may have to wait, oh no! Chill the f out and be patient while your drink is hand made, or go to the market and buy some premade smoothie junk and complain about that. These Juice Angels take your order AND make it for you AND clean up after each order. Throw a buck in that empty tip jar, or at least your change! read more

Nothing like a good smoothie or juice in the summertime. I was looking for a refreshing choice and opted for the closest option, which was Jamba Juice. I have not been in probably five years or so and I was impressed by their addition of several healthier options. I still prefer Whole Foods and Lassen's, for my smoothie fix for quality and price, but I must say my juice and smoothie was tasty and fresh. My toddler and I enjoyed our drinks on their patio. For the price this is a good smoothie option. They also offer açaí bowls, food options and matcha. It looks like if you sign up for their app you get a discount on your first drink and receive rewards. I will definitely stop in again for a smoothie or a juice. read more

Came at 9am in the morning, bathroom was unkept. Out of toilet paper, trash overflowing, sink filthy. I told an employee, he replied that that was something that was done at the end of the day. I ordered a Tropical Green "freshly squeezed" juice. The guy only put a couple apples through the juicer, and the he just grabbed some spinach with his finger tips, two scoops of pineapples/ginger and small spoon of chia seeds, and the blended it. It just looked like a light green smoothies, instead of dark green sweet juice I always get for Tropical Green from other Jamba Juice locations. It turns out it should have at least kale and spinach. Instead, this guy just gave me blended spinach apple juice for the $8 I paid. Also, they are super slow. Never going there again, and advise everyone to stay away from this location - they don't give you what you pay for. read more

Normally, I don't like giving the full 5 stars to a chain. Especially, something like Jamba Juice. And that's why I just can't do it. I have to admit, there's nothing you can really complain about this place. Except for the fact that you'll have to deal with teenagers each school day because it's a huge hangout spot. The Roxy doesn't have any sitting areas for them to loiter around so the next best thing are the seats for Jamba Juice and the planters for the rest of the strip mall. Otherwise, this Jamba Juice would get the full 5 stars. But can't do anything about the loitering (as long as one of them was a paying customer). read more

We are a huge fan of Jamba Juice and stop wherever we find one. This one is terrible. Walking in, it had the worst smell of spoiled, rotten milk. None too clean restaurant or staff. However, the product should have been the same as the other locations. Due to smell, we took it to go. The Greens and Ginger smoothie was sooooo gingery that it was inedible. Love ginger. This was in improper proportion. Banana in a bowl was dark, soft. Ick. Jamba needs to follow up on this one. read more

I only ever seem to leave reviews for places when it's like 2 am but that's because I'm about to fall asleep when I realize "omg I haven't told the world about this One Place. They're all counting on me to leave an honest review". So here it goes: I really love their Parmesan pretzels. Now, if you've read any of my other reviews, chances are that you'll know how much I LOATHE Parmesan. It is disgusting. I would rather rip off my arm than eat a SPECK of Parmesan cheese. HOWEVER. The Parmesan pretzel thing from Jamba Joose is ridiculously delicious. If I die, I hope it's from eating too many of those little bastards. BUT WAIT, THERES MORE. The PB Chocolate Love is also amazing, which obviously isn't surprising because it's pretty hard to screw up peanut butter and chocolate (Starbucks is amazing at screwing things up, and luckily this isn't Starbucks). The other day I had an Overwatch tournament (it's a video game). I told myself that if my team came in first place, I would go buy myself the largest possible PB Chocolate Love and THREE Parmesan pretzels with my winnings. Well, I won. (Not surprising, I'm really amazing at Overwatch). Anyway I truly believe that Jamba Juice is a Godly Being that gave me the power to win this tournament and take my prize (which was like $83, not great). So the next time you have a big event coming up, like an interview or a test or a presidential campaign, bribe yourself into winning with a Jamba Juice beverage. read more

Matt was working this morning and he was awesome! He greeted me as I walked in and said he'd be with me in a bit because he was the only one working and was helping another customer. When it was my turn to order he helped me with suggestions and offered to make close to what I wanted. That sounded complicated so I just went with what was available but I was super happy to know he would accommodate for me. So nice of him. The place was clean and music was good too. I ordered two smoothies and Matt made them fast and served them with a smile. I like him and hope he continues the great job. I did leave him a tip too beacuse good service deserves a tip. I've been to this Jamba Juice a few times because it close to my school. I stop by on a Tuesday morning around 7am, to get my smoothie, mind you Jamba Juice isn't that "cheap," a large smoothie cost about $7. That being said when I received my smoothie, Jamba Juice likes to pile the smoothie on like a mountain, so when you get your smoothie it looks full. I decided to shake it down to make it even and it's missing about 1/4 of the smoothie. If I am paying $7 for a smoothie I expect it to be full. I probably won't Come back to this Jamba Juice because of the poor quality of product and also, the girl working I the morning wasn't that friendly if you can't be nice at 7am maybe you should rethink your work schedule. Jamba Juice, the alternative to caffeine and Starbucks. I have to say I have always liked Jamba Juice. I recently have been going to this JJ for wheat grass shots or a 'guilt-free' lunch when I forget the brown bag. They are just down the street from my office and I can get some exercise and walk my butt to them. The staff here is always smiling and quite nice. This morning I decided to try the new Jamba Oatmeal with Blueberry/Blackberry topping and brown sugar. I must say this is the first thing I have ordered at JJ and found it bad. The oatmeal was runny, the fruit topping was pre-made and sad and there was way too much brown sugar crumble. I love oatmeal but stay away from Jamba's. FAIL. That said, the staff have always been great. They always make a point of saying hello and goodbye, even when my rude ass is ordering while on the cell. (Yes I am one of those peeps). I will continue to patronize JJ but never again to the oatmeal. OH and I am definitely gonna be a dork and give them silly names like Brian S. does. read more

It's a Jamba Juice. If you've been to one, you've been to them all. I consider myself a smoothie king and like Will Smith in "Enemy of the State", I treasure my blender. Going to a Jamba juice is nice when I want some extravagant smoothie that I can't make at home or we are out-and-about and feel a hankerin' for a smoothie. Here, they are pretty consistent with the smoothies and the staff are super excited and say "Hi!" when you walk through the door. That makes me feel special. I love giving them fake names like Superman after I order. It makes me feel great to hear someone call me Superman when the smoothie is ready. Naw, JK. I'd never do that. It's a Jamba Juice, pretty hard to complain about one! It was clean, no line and my drink came quick. I must say I am a big fan of their oatmeal though, it's awesome for a quick snack over those over processed energy bars they offer. If you need a quick caffeine boost I recommend the 3G Energizer boost, don't bother with the all natural no caffeine energy boost. It didn't do anything for me. read more

I went in to order a Pitaya smoothie bowl without coconut. When I pointed out that the order was wrong because they had included coconut, they fixed it right away and were super nice about it. This location sucks. Went in at 8:50am on a Tuesday- one hour after opening- and there was one employee who didn't notice me until after a few minutes. The place was disgusting. The tables were dirty, trash was still full from the previous day, no napkins. I ordered a breakfast wrap and an apple and greens smoothie. The smoothie was fine but my wrap was still frozen in the middle. You'd think that when you're the only customer your order would be perfect. I'm very disappointed. They need to hire new employees who can actually do their job. The Thousand Oaks or NP Jamba Juice are worth the drive up the grade. read more

I stopped in because I wanted Starbucks and had my kid. So I got him a small smoothie. I used to work here way back in the day. It changed a lot with the menu, since it's all corporate now. If you have kids and don't want to get them a frozen coffee drink or didn't get any vitamins, get them a smoothie with a boost and they won't even tell it's in there.
