Whenever I am feeling under-the-weather, this is my spot for a healthy elixir! The Flu Shots are part of my regimen to get over a cold/flu OR attempt to avoid one. Normally I'll do 1 Flu Shot daily, until I feel better. OR if I'm really struggling, I'll take 2 Flu Shots per day. The fresh pressed lemon and ginger juice, mixed with powdered cayenne pepper, and droplets of oregano oil is the perfect concoction. If the oregano oil is too strong for your liking, you go get the Wellness Shot, which has everything but the oregano oil. I've switched it up to those, since I have my own tincture of oregano oil at the house. I like to add a few more drops to kick whatever I'm trying to get over. The acai bowls are a nice replacement to your typical fast meals. My favorite is the Hawaiian, or Paradise. Once in a while I like the Blueberry PB&J. I ordered the peanut butter açaí bowl, which came with peanut butter, strawberries, blueberries, açaí, dried berries, etc. The bowl was supposed to come with bananas, but the cashier said that the only bananas they had weren't ripe yet, so I could choose another ingredient to put in the bowl or they would just fill up the bowl with the above ingredients. I am glad my husband ran into this place. It's located inside the Annex at the Collection. We go there almost every time we are there. I love the variety of items they offer - Acai bowls, juices, smoothies, etc. It's perfect for my family. Anytime we go we get a small fruit cup for my little one, my husband gets either an acai bowl or a smoothie, and I get my wellness shot. All the workers who we have encountered have been really nice and sweet which is always a plus. Because it's inside the Annex, seating/space is limited. Especially when it's busy.
