She truly makes every visit enjoyable. That said, we've had a different experience on other days. At times, the service can feel less welcoming, and during our most recent visit, we were told the location was only offering to-go orders and closing early. When we mentioned the posted hours (which showed closing at 9:00 PM), we were informed they were closing earlier and that the hours online may need to be updated. We understand that things come up, but clearer communication and consistency in service would really help maintain the great experience we know this place can offer. We still enjoy coming here and hope to continue having positive visits in the future.
