I can never make tasty protein smoothies at home so this spot is perfect. They also have a gym inside so it's the perfect reward after a good workout. I tried the Mango Tango with over 20mg of protein and it was so nice and refreshing! Can't wait to make this a weekly treat! read more

The service was great. The price was good/adequate. The seating areas were comfy. I ordered the Mango Starfruit refresher. I thought it was a 4 out of 5. My daughter thought it was too sweet. When I return, I am going to order one of the peanut butter smoothies. This is located in the cutest part of town. It is next door to a thrift store. I plan to come back when the thrift store is open. Smoothies & shopping . Now that's a great combo. read more

I can see why this is a highly rated smoothie bar! It doesn't look like much from the outside, but it will surprise you once you step inside for the first time like me. Not only is it super clean, but the whole ambiance was inviting. Especially the seating area both inside and out, and its connected to a gym! I wish we had something like this in Santa Barbara. On my visit, I decided to try a refreshing Açaí bowl. I ordered a small which honestly was a lot smaller than expected, but it was still packed with fresh ingredients and they didn't skimp on the peanut butter. Despite it being half the size of what I'm used to, it still managed to fill me up. It also has nearly 30 grams of protein and at the end of the day it definitely did its thing and satisfied me. Although, I will say the Açaí tasted different but that's probably due to the vanilla whey protein powder. Next time I will skip it, but that is just my preference. Otherwise it was a solid Açaí bowl. Overall, a great place to check out if you're cruising through old town Camarillo. Bummed I didn't sign up for the latest Yelp event here, but at least I still got to try it! Looking forward to trying more on the menu on my next visit. read more

Old Town smoothie is tucked down a side street. It's right across the street from Dizdar playground. I came here years ago and I wasn't a fan due to the drink tasting like chalky protein powder. Fast forward to however many years later no chalky taste and I want to try everything on the menu! My go-to has been The Caffienator. Coffee plus protein is my weakness. I brought a Guava Glow home to share with the fam and my kids practically ran away with it, none for me ha! There is a small seating area. Paired with a gym, genius idea! I'm loving it being right next to the playground. Healthier pick-me-up treats with play, ideal parents time at a park. Service is always quick and helpful. Glad to see this place is thriving. read more

As other reviews have noted, Old Town Smoothie Bar is one of the best kept secrets in downtown Camarillo. I accidentally stumbled upon this spot walking downtown and I'm so happy I tried them because their drinks are delicious! This smoothie bar is connected to a gym which honestly is such a great idea and makes me a tad jealous my gym doesn't have one lol. The smoothie bar has been open a few years but the gym far longer. Such a great concept to incorporate the two together. I am in late morning and the smoothie bar wasn't busy at all. It was nice as it gave me time to really look over their impressive menu. Staff here are very nice and kind. I believe Fabian was working when I came in? I think that was his name. Nice guy, made me feel valued as a customer And was helpful answering all of my questions. He always whipped up drink quickly which I appreciated as if I needed to grab a quick drink before work this spot can get you in and out. I appreciated that he rattled off some of his favorite drinks when I asked him and I have some notes now for my next visit. There is great variety here. Protein shakes, smoothies and juices, I love how big the menu is. Something for everyone type of a place. Also unique ingredients. I had to try the mango starfruit refresher because 1. I wanted something that sounded light and refreshing and 2. The ingredients sold me (how often do you see starfruit and passionfruit?!) My drink was a 5/5. Delicious, refreshing and a good size. Their refreshers are so tasty and honestly I've been craving another one ever since I left. I need to get back here asap. The inside was very clean and spacious. Definitely you can sit here and enjoy your drink in peace. Even though it's partnered with a gym they keep those gym doors shut so it isn't loud and felt comfortable if I wanted to stay and relax. Really this place is a gem and reasonable on the prices. I can't wait to come back and support. read more

The smoothies are always delicious! A nice healthy lunch or snack alternative. The customer service is always wonderful and super quick.

I had high hopes based on the reviews but everyone was disappointed. The açaí was frozen and not freshly blended. The kids smoothies were so full of protein powder that you could not taste the strawberries and my kids refused to drink them. Such a waste of money. read more

came here as part of a fundraiser for big brothers big sisters and I will always love local businesses that are involved in their communities! I got a wellness shot and a meal smoothie. The peanut butter cup smoothie was good but the star of the show was the wellness shot. I just want an entire smoothie cup of this stuff- its spicy, sweet, warming from the cinnamon and cardamom. It's just freaking perfection. read more

Do not go here for an açaí bowl. Just don't do it. It also smells like sweat and rubber since it's in a gym.

Excellent smoothies-Wow! Placed my order online and it was there when I showed up. Fabian is friendly and knowledgeable answering my questions. Delicious nutrition! Highly recommend. read more

The smoothie bar has been opened for about a year and the business is normally known for the small gym training sessions they have (Get Cut Fitness) so the smoothie bar is a nice touch to add after a good workout ! Both times I visited I got very friendly family oriented vibes while Torea greeted us, her son served us, and her daughter was just a friendly familiar face. I'm so sorry for such a late review. I meant to do this sooner, but life just got away from me & today I had a few minutes to write down my experience. I got here pretty early on Saturday, Feb. 18th, just as they were opening & no one else was there getting smoothies. It was nice! Very easy to find, just off of the Downtown Camarillo Main Street & parking was easy. It was clean, bright & very airy. I was greeted by the owner & her lovely kids that work there. I love that it's a family fun business. Her teenage son works the smoothie bar after school & aside from his athletics. The ordering process is easy. You make your choice of smoothie, pick a supplements & they make it right in front if you. Aside from owning the smoothie bar, they also own the gym. The smoothie bar was actually the latest addition. It makes it easy for those on the run, who just completed a work out, to grab something healthy, delicious & easy. I really appreciate that. I got a Piña Colada smoothie & asked for it to be vegan, and they easily accommodated my request. I asked for an energy boost supplement. It was delicious, thick & filling! I'd definitely come back again when I'm in the area! Please support this amazing family-run business! read more

I went for the first time with a friend. The barista was helpful and gave us really good recommendations. I got the Java Jolt. It was creamy and delicious. I liked how clean and spacious the room was. There's also a nice patio outside and it's right across the street from Dizdar Park. That will be a great draw when the park reopens after the renovations. read more

My first experience with old Town Smoothie Bar was fantastic. The place was bright and clean and very pleasant. I was greeted warmly by Savannah who had a smile that never left her face. Good place to relax with a cold smoothie. Great people. Outdoor seating is comfy and clean.

Lack of fresh fruit, protein over-powered the flavor and almost made the drink undrinkable. It tastes healthy in the worst way possible. Points on its nutritional value though. read more

This is my first time coming here. I asked the staff for a recommendation and got the giant smoothie with adding some fruit. It was so good I ended up finishing the drink! I'm not a big smoothie person because other bars would pack on the sugar, but I didn't feel that way this smoothly place. Also, the shop is so clean and they have a cozy seating area. I think it's always nice to have the owner onsite and it was nice talk to her and meeting the family. I visit Camarillo often, so next time I want a smoothie I'll be sure to come here! I'm always an advocate for small businesses, so please support! read more

The smoothies are SOOO good!! I was a little worried going in, knowing that all the smoothies have protein, but the smoothie exceeded all my expectations. So delicious and fresh AND healthy! I met one of the owners while I was there and found out that this spot is a family-run business. They manage both the smoothie spot as well as the gym in the back. She and her kids so sweet and helpful!! Will 100% be back to support this small business in Cam! read more

A new smoothie bar in Camarillo! Located in Old Town in the same building as Get Cut Fitness, Old Town Smoothie Bar offers whole-food nutrition based smoothies. What makes this smoothie spot unique is that they use purées and freeze dried fruits and vegetables, along with several supplement and high quality protein options. Driving through Old Town, I noticed a sign promotion for a new smoothie spot. I am always looking for tasty and healthy options for my toddlers and I. Got to get those veggies in! Lucky for me they were running a promo, if you buy one regular smoothie, it came with a child's size free! Super clean, friendly staff, and cute trendy decor. They seem to cater to gym goers, offering many protein based options (they are located in a gym so makes sense). They do not offer any juices, but there are several smoothie options. Overall, I enjoyed my smoothie. I went with the Green Giant a cleanse and detox smoothie and added glucosamine. I had never had a freeze dried/ purée based smoothie and it was a little different than a traditional smoothie. Not a bad different, but a little more liquidy and slightly tangy aftertaste. Not heavy and very refreshing. My toddlers enjoyed their Hulk green smoothie too. Overall enjoyable and tasty. Very pleased to have a new healthy option in Camarillo and look forward to trying new smoothies! read more

I've been meaning to write this for a while now. It's the only place I will go when I'm craving a smoothie or after my workout for that recovery fuel. If you're in the mood for a refreshing and nutritious treat, this smoothie bar is the place to be! Their protein-packed smoothies are a game changer - not only are they packed with wholesome ingredients, but they taste amazing too. Whether you're looking to fuel up after a workout or simply want a delicious, healthy snack, or a meal replacement, they've got something for every taste. The smoothies are rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of sweetness. Plus, they offer a variety of flavors that are both energizing and satisfying. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to suggest something based on your taste or nutritional needs. Highly recommend stopping by for a smoothie that's as good for you as it is delicious! read more

I LOVE these smoothies especially after an invigorating workout! My personal favorite (although they are all super delicious) is the PB Cup Lite because it's chocolatey, super creamy, and peanut buttery. Sometimes, I even add espresso beans to the smoothie. When I want my smoothie to be a meal replacement, I select the Mt. Everest with delicious bananas, spinach, and peanut butter. It seriously keeps me full for hours! I have a dairy intolerance which means I can't have whey protein; but the baristas are very careful to use a vegan protein for my shakes. Their vegan protein is NOT chalky nor does it have a nasty taste. The Old Town Smoothie Bar has a hip, inviting vibe with bright colors, comfy chairs and attentive baristas who always make me feel welcome. I especially look forward to seeing Dez and Marion! What a perfect Old Town place to hang out with friends read more

Lovely local spot located in old town Camarillo. We had a delicious light berry smoothie which one of the servers helped me choose. Although it was light - it was still creamy in texture and very satisfying. Super friendly people, great selection and fresh ingredients! I guess it's a secret. This Camarillo smoothie bar has been open a while, yet there are almost no smoothie customers. Get this - it is absolutely spotless inside; the smoothies have zero added sweeteners or other unnecessary stuff; the smoothies are perfectly balanced as fruity but not unnaturally sweet; did I mention it is a brand new business, clean, healthy and focused on the products they create. Don't tell too many folks because it is a very pleasant environment inside those doors. ... but you've got to go in to discover it. Parking is pretty easy and some of it is shaded. I like to go there in the morning and take a very pleasant break. Amazingly - their Monday through Friday hours are 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturday 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM; Sunday (closed). Soooo... instead of some other drink for your morning commute (they are two blocks from 101 on ramp) give dees a chance! read more
