On our Memorial Day weekend getaway we ended up in Camarillo. We were craving an açaí bowl and this place came up as a suggested spot. After reading a few reviews we decided to try it. We walked through the outlets until we made it to the spot. The ambiance is cute and quaint. They have outside seating and a small indoor seating area. The customer service was great. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Definitely a place to try. We are new to Camarillo but if you are at the outlets it's a great spot. They also have a special on Thursdays for an 8 dollar bowl. The prices are reasonable for the portion they give you.
Andrew was superb in assisting us with our bowl. Not only was he patient, he was very attentive to any questions we had. This location is clean, simple but inviting. We ordered a large Acai base 3/4 filled and topped to our hearts desire. While I don't usually opt for chocolate, my brother wanted to try it so we ended up with a surprisingly good mix of fruits and sweets. Definitely won him over as he wants to return again lol! They have a number of bases to choose from and while it's so hard to pick, Acai is my go to. Can't wait to return and try different types of variety.
Glad there's an Ubatuba at this location to get a snack between shopping at the outlets . There's seats inside and out front. The dessert size cup was perfect for my daughter while I had the small cup.

Googled closest açaí bowl place while heading to SB and this place did not disappoint. The young man working explained how to order since we have never been there and he was very helpful. There are many toppings to choose from as well as flavors. Our cups weren't full so they asked if we wanted an extra scoop of açaí, which I thought it was a very generous amount. It wasn't busy when we went in since we went late. There were indoor seating as well as outdoor, it was very clean and they had a water station which I thought was pretty neat; we enjoyed this place and we will be back!
I love açaí bowls. I am glad I found Ubatuba Açaí. What they offer was new to me when it comes to Açaí bowls in a good way. They allow you to build your bowl to your liking. They even have different bases other than açaí for you to choose. At first I thought it was weird but I did try their mango base and it was pretty good. You can mix and match bases, choose how much base versus toppings you want, what toppings you want. So it's pretty cool. Depending on what I am in the mood I've mixed and match bases or I just keep it simple and get Açaí. The employees are always so nice. There was even a day my son spilled water and we were trying to clean it up when an employee saw us and told us to not bother. They laughed not in a malicious way and said they were glad it was just water. We continued to clean while they grabbed the mop. Overall, delicious. It's become our go to spot when we are at the outlets.
We've been here twice and both times have been great visits. Tasty and refreshing treat if you want a healthy snack or meal. Venue: It's located in the Camarillo Outlets and has plenty of parking. The restaurant is very cozy and clean. The process of ordering is very organized and easy to follow for any customer. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. Service: Very friendly employees that are patient with customers ordering and crafting their custom bowls. The price is good for the quality of food. Food: Fresh and tasty acai bowls. The fruit selections are fresh and there are tons of toppings to choose from. It's also nice to have complimentary hot tea for customers. The real surprise is their empanada selection. If you order 3, you get a discount. My favorite is the pepperoni and cheese empanada. This is a nice business to visit and support locally. Prices reflect quality ingredients and good service.
This place is delicious!! This is my first time getting an açaí bowl from this location but I decided to try it on the suggestion of a work colleague. Great idea! You get unlimited toppings!! It was delicious and very affordable. I'm hooked! I love that you can choose your base as well. Delicious!
Not your typical Acai place. Rather than pick from a menu, you build your own. You start with the base (açaí, in my case) and decide if you want 1/3, 2/3, or full base. Then, you pick your toppings - from fruit, to granola, to fro-yo type toppings - until you've reached the top of the bowl. So, if you're a toppings lover, you may opt for 1/3 base. I opted for 2/3, and was pleased with the ratio of açaí and toppings. Add peanut butter drizzle on top and you're good to go. Service was pleasant and helpful - asking if I was familiar with their type of bowl. (I looked lost, I guess.) The store was very clean! Ample parking lot parking, as well. Can't wait to return!

Very unique point and HUGE plus about this location is that the açaí bowls come with as many toppings as can fit (you can choose how much base you want in the bowl to start). It's also really nice that they offer complimentary hot tea here, it helps balance the chill of the açaí bowl. I ordered a medium bowl and a beef empanada, both were absolutely delicious. The açaí base was just the right consistency without being too sweet, and the toppings I got (strawberries, blueberries, bee pollen, cacao nibs, goji berries, chia seeds) were fresh and good quality. The beef filling of the empanada was seasoned perfectly, can't wait to try the other flavors!

So it was nice to see that the two location are consistent. I have been to the Ventura location, which was great. I like the bright inviting colors inside. The service was great and friendly. Being able to try the different options lead me to order half mango/pitaya. I topped my 1/2 bowl with fruits, goji berries, honey, and bee pollen. I then ordered the samosa empanada. It wasn't my favorite. It was lacked flavor. Next time I think till try a dessert flavored. Thanks to our wonderful cm Jara and Ubatuba Acai for giving us Elite a great experience.
I loved visiting this location, from their decor to their bright colors that catch your attention. I got a large bowl and added nutella to it which was so good. You don't hear often of places that add nutella to acai bowls so this was a nice touch! I also had the chicken empanada which was very tasty and had lots of flavor. The only thing I was not a huge fan was the protein machine smoothie due to the hemp seed overpowering it too much. It needed a sweeter flavor in my opinion. Staff was very friendly as well and if you have any questions they are glad to help you out!

I love that this place is like Chipotle for acai bowls! They have a huge selection of toppings and I was excited that it was unlimited! The frozen acai was a little sweeter than expected, but that's just my personal preference. Still very tasty and refreshing and the small size was perfect! Very nice accommodating staff and a good amount of seating inside and outside! read more

Quick service the guy taking our order was nice enough. The bowl itself was very delicious and they have lots of great topping options. They did forget to warm up our empanadas so they came out after little while after we had finished out açaí bowls but they apologized for the wait/inconvenience. read more

Had an awesome experience at Ubatuba! The staff was the best part about it. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the ingredients and any questions I had along with great-tasting recommendations. It's a quick order, sit down, and leave type of place so you're likely not to stay there for too long. It's a nice, bright place for a quick snack or a 1 hour catch up session with a friend. Would 100% come back here or any of their other locations for their fresh tasting Acai and toppings. I loved that I could customize my bowl based upon how much base or toppings I'd like. I also tried the spinach empanada which was warmed up and created this really nice cheese stretch. read more

First time having Açaí. This place Was super easy to find right off Ventura Boulevard in the Camarillo Outlets. Was Greeted by Penelope, told her it was my first time there and she was happy to help me. Instructions are posted to create your own bowl. Select your size, select your base. Then select your toppings! The portion was plenty enough for two two share. I treated myself to an empanada with ham and cheese. Penelope warmed it up for me and it was super yummy.!! As we waited to pay I noticed a sign on the wall with a quote from the Gracie family. I asked what the connection to the Gracie family was. And was told that the Gracie family for the first to bring Açaí to the states. Clean quiet little spot with a Cute dining area offering several tables inside and out. read more

Food was phenomenal! I usually make Acai at home, but there is something about their Acai that tastes like its from Brazil. The service was exceptional as Roberta is extremely attentive and super friendly! Awesome vibe too. Will be coming here as my go-to spot! read more

Im in Camarillo for work for 10 days and have eaten here 8 days. The place is always packed but it's worth the line, avoid the after school rush. The staff is super friendly and even though you can see they're being stretched in many different directions, they were patient and attentive. The ingredients are super fresh and filling. You also get the choice of how full you want the base, 1/2,3/4 or full full! All the standard toppings you'd like to set off your bowl! That makes for the best part all around the ability to customize your bowl to your liking! The empanadas come in tons of variety from savory to sweet and even plant based options for everyone!! The dough is dense enough to hold the filling and light enough not over power the meal. All in all a great place for a snack or you can make it a full meal! read more
What a perfect location for this place. Ubatuba is located across from the vans store in the outlet. So you could do a little shopping , and then stop in for a refreshing smoothie or Pitaya bowl. This was my first time here. And I'm glad I stopped in after doing some shopping. I ordered the protein smoothie. It was perfectly blended and very flavorful. My oh my.... Where do I start? This is my favorite place to go eat Açai bowls. I love everything about Ubatuba Acai. The service is off the charts! Every visit, I have been welcomed with amazing hospitality and charming personalities. The atmosphere in here is very calming and welcoming as well. Good music always! My goodness. Right in the mix of the outlets in the further set of them you'll find ubatuba in the same area as chipotle. There was a bench with tables on the inside, as well as a good amount of seating outside. I like how this one you are able to choose how much of the base you wanted as well as the toppings. I got fresh fruit, cacao nips and almond butter on top of my acai bowl. read more

Build your own açaí bowls? I don't think it gets any better than this. The base was delicious and the toppings were so yummy. A fun suggestion would be to have a couple preset bowls that some people can pick from (if they crumble under pressure!) Recommended topping: bee pollen & condensed milk read more
Finally had a chance to try Ubatuba Açaí. Located at the outlets in Camarillo, this is a nice healthy refreshing option. I was impressed by the cleanliness and all of the yummy healthy toppings. Beyond the typical fruit, nut and regular toppings, they offer, overnight oats, hemp seed, flaxseed and chia. I love finding healthy spots to take my toddlers to, especially places that are this good. We didn't try an empanada but will next time! I love all the options, sizes and customer service. I enjoyed their outdoor seating. My only very slight complaint is the size for the price, but overall a great healthy and tasty option! read more
Absolutely delicious! First time here and loved how clean it was & how friendly Kat was! She was very pleasant and explained all the great options available along with providing great suggestions. I absolutely loved the numerous Vegan based options especially the delicious Green chile plant based chicken empanada! So good I brought some home with me for later! My daughter enjoyed the Nutella empanada. I also got a chia pudding with overnight oats cup topped with fresh strawberries and blueberries and my favorite goji zberries! I was immediately addicted and knew this would be one of my new favorites! I already recommended this place to several friends and family! Can't wait to go back! I just wish they opened earlier than 9am since I'm out and about early. Thanks Kat for your great customer service! read more
