    Strawberry Sando ( ate half)
    D L.

Wonderful little spot! I loved my 3 baos, however I didn't like that despite being fully loaded, they still had paper on them so I had to peel it off of each one. The flavor was unreal - so much texture and a perfect balance of sweet and savory. We also got a bowl and pork bun but didn't care for them too much. The strawberry Sando was pillowy and delicious. I would definitely return!

Cute little cafe offering amazing Vietnamese/asian fusion food like Banh mi, onigiri, bao buns. Tried their onigiri which is part of their secret menu and it was delish! You get 3 kinds of onigiri per order and the portions were great. Enough to fill you up. Paired it with iced Vietnamese coffee. Overall, highly recommend this place and will definitely be back. Service was quick and every is freshly made to order. They also have a cute outdoor seating and the front facade is nice!!

Took my family to the Camarillo outlet and wanted some lunch so we found this place in old town! Such a cute little shop. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. Ordered two vermicelli bowls and the spring rolls. I loved the vegan ham! Also oolong milk tea was delish. Would definitely come back.

What a cute little place! I love how they decorated the store as well as the outside space, very garden like ambiance. I tried the vermicelli noodle with grilled pork and braised tofu. It was ok, the house special garlic peanut sauce made it taste much better. The Vietnamese cold brew coffee tasted like the much lighter version of the regular Vietnamese iced coffee. It was ok, I personally prefer the stronger taste of the regular version. Food came out a bit slow even though it wasn't busy. Nothing really wowed me so I may stick to the nearby Vietnamese restaurant instead.

Really cute local cafe in Old Town. Parking was a breeze. Seating inside was limited, but there are also tables and chairs outside. The drinks are creative and visually striking as well. My drink was not too sweet which I prefer. Onigiri was also great. I also saw several customers pickup bahn mis which I'm sure to try next time I'm back.

I want to adore this place ! And I'm sad that I haven't ordered anything that I love except for the fruit sando. Been here twice and ordered something different each time but they haven't hit the way I was hoping. Someone help me order something flavorful because that's what I feel when I come - things lack flavor. The spot is cute and the vibes are cozy. Everyone is friendly and helpful so that's a plus.

Kraft Vermicelli is a hidden gem in old town Camarillo. If you are looking for a cute cafe to get yummy drinks and Asian fusion food, this is your spot. My sister and I wanted to try the fruit sandos (fruit, white bread, and whipped cream). The strawberry sando was good, but it can definitely give you a food coma from all the sugar and carbs. We also ordered the Vietnamese coffee, which was strong and probably offset the food coma that we would have gotten otherwise. Do not sleep on the food. The spring rolls were refreshing, but filling and they offer plant-based options as well! The inside is small, but cute, and there is seating outdoors. This is such a cute place to visit on a warm spring/summer day in Camarillo. I'm excited to come back and try the other food & drinks!

Fantastic freshly prepared spring rolls that are completely customizable. Tiny restaurant with a cute sidewalk patio surrounded by pretty flowers. Service is not friendly.

This is a really cute little Vietnamese cafe ! I loved all of the flowers surrounding and inside the restaurant !! I initially came for the sandos which are filled with various different fruits and a lightly sweetened whipped cream on Japanese milk white bread , but after seeing the unique drink menu I decided to give one a try also and both of them did not disappoint! Super fluffy whipped cream not too sweet at all the bread was melt in your mouth , ripe delicious fruits! The smores drink was yummy with graham crackers , and Oreo bits inside a perfectly sweet and balanced flavored chocolate milk tea drink!! They also have delicious menu items for lunch, I'll have to order next time! The staff was very nice and helpful!

The spring rolls here are huge and so delicious! I looove their pork belly it's so good. The beef is really good as well! Unfortunately I don't live close to it but I will for sure make the drive just for this place it's very good and for sure my favorite spring roll spot. It's on a cute street with outside seating so the vibes are nice and the employees are nice too.

Weekday evening! No line . You can self order via a kiosk or with the cashier/server. A variety of food options! I had ordered the folded buns and picked my own meats! My friend ordered the onigiri! For drinks I ordered the iced Vietnamese coffee. The bao buns were filling! There is seating inside as well as outside. Very friendly workers. Would try another menu item next round!

Was in the area and decided to try out some drinks and one of their dessert sandos. Consider this a new favorite of mine. Everything was so delicious and fresh. Not to mention the woman helping us out was very friendly and informative. I got their jasmine cream tea (I think that's what it was called) and it was perfect. The jasmine flavor was light but still very noticeable and the sweetness level was not too high or low. I'll definitely be back

    Holiday Hot Chocolate

Small little cafe that brings a lot of charm and a lot of tasty food and drink options to the foodie scene! Have been wanting to try this place for a while so was glad when we finally made the drive to Camarillo. Lots of great cafe drink options! Came during the holidays so grabbed myself a Holiday Hot Chocolate, which was not only delicious but perfect for the rainy weather outside. And you know their food looked too delicious to pass up, so we got lunch here as well! Their buns were INCREDIBLE - the pork and egg were so delicious, and the bun so fluffy. We got two but could have totally eaten more of these. I'm not sure if these were a special for the day or if they're always offered, but if you see them, snatch them up. Their Vermicelli Noodles bowl was also a great pick. They do seem to have a bit of limited indoor seating, but they do offer lovely outdoor seating as well. Great stop for a quick bite or a nice afternoon out with friends.

Order went through no problem. Trouble started this morning when my wife received a message from the driver that Tree Lounge doesn't have the order (first screenshot). My wife looks and sees she received a cancellation text for the order 1 minute after the driver's message (second screenshot). From the outside this looks like the driver walked in, asked for the order, they said they didn't have it and then cancelled it. So, my wife called Tree Lounge to see what is going on and was told that they cancelled the order because they were "in the middle of their rush". It's easy to see how poorly this situation was handled in general, but also clear no one checked online orders to prep the work for the morning. This order shouldn't be a surprise and the choice to just blind cancel it instead of making it because of what equates to "we're busy" is pretty bad. Takes a lot for me to leave a review. If you don't want to process online order during your rush then set those hours up in door dash. If you screwed up and just didn't check your online orders in the morning, then just make the drink as the next up order. I'm happy to discuss the situation - Tree Lounge, feel free to reach out to me.

I have been known to clear out the inventory at the Ventura (mall) location, #sorrynotsorry. They are THAT good. Trust me. I walked in and walked over to the far right where the barista was making coffee. There were 2 families in the building, I stood and waited patiently, drink after drink I saw everyone receive their drink. My order was to be ready at 732pm, it was now 739pm. All good no rush, nothing to do, I then noticed everyone had their drink and the barista, slender guy with no personality w/a beanie, deleted the last order from the screen and begin to clean his space. This is when I approached him and asked if he could check on my order, I wanted to be sure I wasn't at the wrong location, he asked for name on order so I gave it to him and told him it was an app order. He said app orders are on the other side (big long counter and I don't recall a sign that says orders or app orders or anything) so I felt dumb, naturally (I was not upset at all) so we walk over and I see my drinks and I said "oh sorry, my first time here, thank you" still feeling stupid. This is where he could've helped me not feel dumb and it all would've been fine and 100% on me, maybe even shared a laugh over my stupidity, BUT To my surprise he just walked away, he didn't even acknowledge my comment, nothing not a word, so I said "thanks" loudly since he was already 10-15 feet away and this time I was sure to be clear that I did not mean it. Anything that would indicate that he would give a rats butt about a customer who just waited patiently!! I manage retail so I understand long days and all but I can also not accept or understand how someone can just disregard a long time loyal customer of this brand, knowing there are no more drinks in queue, no one in line, nothing and just leave me standing there.
