Wowzers... I am actually surprised that I got a non burnt coffee at a Starbucks ! I got a hot white chocolate mocha and it was tasty. I bought a white mocha for my client as well. I am not a Starbucks fan . The only reason I am typically at a Starbucks is for meetings with clients. Location is busy but not as busy as others. We got our coffees pretty quickly . Staff is sweet . Stop at this location for my afternoon caffeine pick me up. Caramel macchiato is my jam unfortunately the coffee tastes burnt :-( just didn't hit the mark. However the mango pineapple lemonade refresher was quite tasty. Baristas are always friendly at this location and helpful. Small interior compared to other locations and can be extremely crowded depending on time of day. read more

I have been coming here regularly for about 4 years. I must say, generally I am disappointed in the customer service. The store seems to prioritize drive through and mobile order over walk ins. I regularly stand at the register, with no line, for over a while without being greeted. I remember a time past when being a regular at a Starbucks felt like being a regular at a local coffee shop. Staff knew your name, cared about your life, were kind, etc. Sadly the poor service has been my experience for some time at this location to the point that I started going to a different location for awhile (it wasn't any better) However, recently there has been one barista who is warm and friendly in all the ways I'd hope. Briana has been gem the last few times I've gone in while she working. If her spirit, heart, and energy rubs off on the other staff there all will be okay. I've not left a review before but they would all be 1 star. This one is for Briana so 5 stars it is. read more

If you say anything about your order not being right, no matter how nicely you say it - they will sigh, roll their eyes, and complain about you to their coworkers in your face so you can hear them. I've only spoke up about my order because the last time my order was wrong, Starbucks told me to tell the barista as soon as I notice. This time, I did just that, and the result was teenage attitudes with terrible customer service. I'm hesitant to return. read more

BAD customer service (specifically Erik and staff with no name tag/a pink hair). Coffee drink was made poorly. Worst ever tasted. The pastry was dry and not warmed up like asked. The bathroom had no toilet paper, dirty, and had malodor. This place is not worth my money or time. I won't be coming back. So many other locations that can handle a simple task like making coffee and warming up a pastry. All while managers sit at a table. read more

Great Vibe and Stellar Service! Spent the week in Ventura county and made this Starbucks my home base. Great ambience and surprisingly not crowded inside; I think a lot of their business comes from the drive thru. The people who work there are really nice and really knowledgeable about coffee in general, and Maddie was particularly helpful to me when I messed up something with my Starbucks app. This particular Starbucks is my new go-to when driving up the 101 from LA! read more

Crossroads Starbucks at Lewis and Las Posas is my favorite due to the awesome baristas and the location. It gets pretty busy though because it is right by Rancho Campana HS and at the bottom of Upland Rd. It's a very convenient spot unless it's packed. read more

Visited this location for the first time...I remember when it was a "Jack-n-Box"...there is nothing left of that... looks like they razed it to the ground and started new; not sure that's what they did but looks like it. I stopped by because I wanted some Nitro cold brew and was happy they had some. The barrista's are nice and courteous; minding their "thanks you's", "Hi" and " have a good day"( even for mobile customers). This location does have a drive through with seemingly lots of parking. Lastly, though the ceilings are very high, the foot print isn't huge because they do have a limited amount of comfy chairs and even tables( for laptop use). WORST Starbucks! I've been to this Starbucks a couple of times because of its location and we always have a super long wait. Today confirmed it wasn't a one off, they are truly terrible. Waited 25 minutes for them to tell me they were out. They were rude too! He said, "we had it when you ordered it." And gave attitude. I will definitely not be going back. I am not too impressed with this location they are very slow and since Covid they have been closing early. Also they seem very flat and rude when you order sometimes and the drinks are really water down and they put too much ice in your drink and the taste is bad. I like the other Starbucks location by sprouts it's way better and I highly recommend that location and others the one on las Pisa's is no good. read more

I ordered two drinks and both came out watery and almost pure white in color so I immediately knew that something was wrong, as these are drinks I order from different starbucks locations regularly. I tried them both and they had no flavor to them whatsoever. I waited to get the attention of the employee making drinks and told him my issues with both drinks, he then asked if I normally order something different and that's why the taste was so off. I said no I order this every time so he offered to remake them. He made them exactly the same as before (completely watered down lacking flavor) When I tried to say something about them still not being correct he shrugged and said "well that's the recipe so" and walked away. I've never had such a huge issue with the consistency between other Starbucks locations while making these same drinks. I don't like confrontation so I just walked out without taking either drink and drove down the street to the Starbucks on las posas and Arneil where the drinks were made correctly the first time. Definitely would recommend going there instead if you want a good drink and much more pleasant experience with staff. It's worth the couple extra minute drive. read more

Since my last review the morning manager that I see almost everyday noticed my review and took it upon herself to make it right... I felt a bit embarrassed but she explained that she would personally make sure employees follow the customer requests on the tags as well as have them follow a standard of measurement. All in all the manager is amazing! After 5d straight if making the oatmeal properly and consistently... I had to change my review to reflect the change in service. It was only right. Best staff at any Starbucks in Camarillo. Always remember your name and order, greet you kindly and if anything is ever wrong with your order they cheerily re-do. The drive thru is a little tight so be careful, and the parking lot can be crowded when school is about to start but these are small inconveniences. This should be the store that they train all new associates out of. read more

The nicest and friendliest Starbucks. I've been here on multiple occasions and they've all been very good experiences. Once, when I had an online order, I accidentally sent my order to a store in Santa Barbra. I showed the store here my receipt and they still helped make my order. Another time, they double checked my order to see if I had any dietary restrictions or allergies, which I really appreciated. In the most recent experience, I was sitting outside in hot weather and they checked in with me to see if I needed ice water. Not only does this Starbucks are friendly with the customers, they always seem to have post it's with cute messages or drawings with encouraging quotes or art. :) read more

This is the newest Starbucks in Camarillo. It is located on the corner of Las Posas and Lewis. I stopped by on my way home from work because I noticed it was now open and I wanted to check it out. It is smaller than some of the other local Starbucks locations but it is very modern looking. It has beautiful subway tile decorating the back behind the counter. There a few smaller tables and one larger table that would be good for group work. Since it is fairly new, it is not terribly busy. My drink was ready quickly and was good, nothing spectacular but nothing to complain about either. Overall it seems like a typical Starbucks. I am excited that it has a drive thru since the other location's drive thru is always so busy. read more
