Once again Starbucks fail. I ordered a tall skinny caramel macchiato stirred and they failed to have it stirred. I have been ordering this drink for years and if it is not done as ordered they've corrected it. I order it stirred so the caramel is actually melted in the drink vs lumps of sauce. The barista Bri decides to swish it around in the coup with the caramel stuck to the bottom and the lid instead of correcting the order. I then ask her if she is not fixing it, her answer was "there's stir sticks on the bar". Is it this Bellevue area where the service just sucks? The ratings here prove its not just me. I loveeee this Starbucks! If I can't make it over to the U-Village location, I come to this one. This Bellevue location has: -2 hours of free wifi everyday if you have a Starbucks card (as long as you use/put $ on it once a month) - Great seating options: huge fancy library-like table for group meetings, window seating on high stools, smaller coffee tables for couples/single seating, uber-cushiony leather seats, and bench seats. - There are power outlets underneath the bench seat area-enough for multiple laptop-users! - The bathroom is not inside Starbucks but it's very clean and nice. - The workers are quick and are consistent in the quality of the drinks. - Convenient leveled parking lot with an elevator that can take you directly to the right level (great for lazy ppl like me!) - Surrounded by tons of great restaurants - And of course, it's connected to the mall! read more

This Starbucks is my new home. Since my license expired and I need to choose *one* place to study, I come here. Its great! I grab a seat, plug in, and study to my little heart's content. The baristas are friendly and I like the hustle and bustle. Not only this, but they have LOTS of plugs. PERFECT! Yah, it's a Starbucks, but its a lot better than some other coffee shops I've been to in Bellevue which will (in this review at least) remain nameless, but I will *NOT* go back to. read more

This is a pretty damn good starbucks. I tend to be quite the starbucks/coffee snob but I really liked this location when I went here to study. It is HUGE for me when I compare it to California starbucks. I love how they have the bar that faces the downtown bellevue way. It's large enough that you can walk to opposite ends of the store to avoid people (which is always a plus to me). My only problem was that there wasn't enough comfy seating. There were a lot of small tables...and a few couches, but for a starbucks this large, they should have more large settings. read more

Ambiance is incredible here. Their is a very rustic feeling to the store and the layout extends into a lobby with a fireplace. With the open feeling and extension into the Lodge lobby there just isn't enough seating. There isn't parking for this location but it's a good stop if you're already in or around the Bellevue Square mall (on foot). read more

My drink okay but I had to wait for the manager to finish sweeping before I could order my drink? Then my barist slammed the drink down didnt call it out but luckily I saw my name and grabbed it. worst starbucks ever. My daughter and I were in on sunday. there was a long line, but drinks seemed to be brought up regularly. We waited over 20 minutes for my drink, and after 45 minutes (and my daughter being told they couldn't "rush an order" when she asked about her drink) when I brought the receipt and showed how long it had been since our order had been placed, did they prepare and deliver her drink, without so much as an apology. This place is in Bellevue Square Mall and as there is always a long line. At times it can take at least 15 min to order a drink, then additional 10 to actually get it. Most of the time only one check stand is open, but they have 2. Drinks are the same as in other Starbucks shops and I have not gotten a rude or with bad attitude barista yet. read more

This Starbucks is very active during weekend and nice place to bring your friend and meet. Their lobby was bigger but now less space to hang out. Drink standards are there and employees are friendly. Lodge Lobby area is cozy and lots of people around during the weekend. read more

Good for studying as it has lots of plugs for laptops - although it can get crowded since everyone has the same idea. Service has always been quick, accurate, and friendly. Also has nice couches just outside the starbucks to relax or read a book. Same story as the person last month. Someone without Starbucks clothing chatting it up with the barista behind the counter. While she distracted Drew he made my drink wrong. He noticed it and grabbed it to remake it. Still distracted he made it wrong again and handed it over. If in plain clothes presumably not a Starbucks employee (or one that's leaving) let Drew do his job. There were plenty of employees that could have made my drink correctly while Drew could have taken a break to speak with this person. read more

I came in here not even knowing what I wanted a couple days ago, and I was helped by a girl named Mina (I think), She was very friendly and polite, I was very indecisive and she didn't show any frustration towards me at all, what a precious sweetie! Her and I went through different options and I finally decided to go for a Vanilla Soy Latte with only 1 and a half pumps of vanilla, I have to say, this was the best decision i have made for a while. Second time that I observe the staff not being able to handle how busy it gets. Might be all Starbucks though. The service at this one is as bad as going to 7-11 for your morning cup of joe. Except at 7-11 you don't have to wait in a long line. The reason for the 1 star is because I asked Hugh if I had to wait in line for a cup of water. He said he'll get it for me quickly. Then his coworker advises him otherwise and tells me I need to put my water cup in the rotation of orders. Approximately 10 minutes later I walk out with one small cup of water and a straw. I love dissin' on Starbucks, that mega-corporate coffee giant. Usually I find their coffee bitter and burnt. But today, in Bellevue, maybe what -- 10 miles from the original Starbucks, I had the best cup I've ever had at this chain. A tall cup of Pikes roast. I love Starbucks (Gold card member!) but this one is not one of the better ones. It's smaller now that they cut off part of it for their Evolution Fresh store. It's super unclear how to line up (apparently you have to go in the narrow lane between a bunch of baskets and the case of food) when your inclination is to just go straight out since they border the large lobby. Also found the barista a bit rude. The seating area in the store itself is also super cramped - better to go out into the lobby to relax and have a cup of coffee. read more

This is by far my favorite Starbucks in the Bellevue area. I live about 20 minutes away and have many Starbucks' in very close proximity, but I still drive here just so I can get coffee and do work at this one. The offerings are the same as any other Starbucks really but the staff is absolutely amazing - attentive, quick, and always in a good mood. They'll even come and take away your coffee once you're done and offer you some iced water. It's an amazing environment. read more

There are some employees here that are better than others. Specifically a woman named Janet at this location was rude when I asked for my drink when it was taken by another person and kept saying persistently to keep waiting, another coworker was kind and helpful and tended to us right away. Shortly after, she made eyes at my boyfriend and accused him of taking someone's drink. I'm giving this a 3 star because of Janet who truthfully doesn't uphold Starbucks standards and customer service and quite frankly was bitchy but i am thankful for the other employees at this branch who were awesome and helpful. read more

In need of more staff, however the area just outside in the Lodge Lobby is a pleasant and comfortable place to rest, or upstairs to have a business meeting. Very slow service. The staff moves at the slowest possible pace leading to excessive lines. The food cases are poorly stocked. The staff needs a triple shot of espresso. Having been a regular Starbucks customer at the Northgate mall location. I am shocked at the slow service here. Not only was the staff at Northgate much faster they are friendlier too. read more
