I have made it a habit of stopping for by for breakfast every other Friday, when I am off work. This time I ordered oatmeal with blueberries with a chamomile calm tea. It was light, healthy and perfect for breakfast. I love that I got so much dried fruit and blueberries. Friday after next I will be back. read more

I usually stop here on my way in or out (sometimes both) of town.The wait can be a little long, so if you see more than two cars in the drive-thru it's better to just park and walk in. I've never had mind blowing exceptional service, but I get my coffee or tea fix for the long drive home. This has long been my go-to Starbucks spot for a few reasons. 1: It's smack in the middle of my house and work, so it's incredibly convenient in the morning and 2: it's got a drive thru. Unfortunately, the staff has changed lately and they've gotten SO SLOW. Seriously. Even when there's not a line, you're going to be waiting a solid 10 minutes. When you get up to the window, you see the folks bumbling around, sometimes chatting, and never moving efficiently. I'm not sure what gives as the previous morning crew was REALLY on point and generally great--- and if you did have to wait for any reason, they'd give you a coupon for a free drink. By comparison, I was in the drive thru for 15 minutes this morning-- and the drive thru wasn't even full. Unacceptable for a fast coffee spot. read more

This is the only Starbucks that I have gone to that consistently doesn't have Blond roast. I am always told they don't have it or the only one made is Pike. I've been here twice over the course of a few months and the drinks were horrible both times. The last time I visited this location I returned my drink (due to poor taste) and the replacement was identical to the first cup of swill they served me. The staff is friendly and the service is adequate. The problem lies in the fact they don't know how to make their drinks properly. When you pay five bucks for a cuppa coffee it ought to taste exactly the same as all the other Starbucks in the universe. Really upset at this location. I am constantly mobile with my job so I will buy a coffee in the morning and get my refill later in the day. I have never had an issue with this until today when the barista said no refills unless I sat there to drink the coffee. I have never been denied my refill until this barista refused it. When I told her that I buy my coffee everyday and get a refill everyday she simply said it was against policy. It has never been against policy before today so I am curious what has changed. My favorite Starbucks to go to. Every time I go whether on my break or to study the workers are always friendly and greet you. It is by a freeway entrance so the drive-thru is busy frequently, but still maintain good service and have yet to mess up on my orders (happens a lot at other Starbucks drive-thrus). Worst experience at Starbucks ... I arrived and place my order at 8:50AM, I ordered a dirty chai latte and a sausage breakfast sandwich. I sat down, my sandwich came out first ... I waited ... and waited for my chai. After 20 minutes of waiting I asked the barista if she knew how long it would be for my chai, she stated that she hasn't even taken the sticker out of the machine for it ... my drink wasn't even in the queue of drinks on the counter AFTER 20 MINUTES. I told her the wait time was ridiculous and left. I had an event to go to, so I didn't bother asking for a manager or for a refund ... but I will NEVER go back to this Starbucks. I don't take the excuse of it being busy as valid ... since I have been to plenty of Starbucks shops in the morning when it's busier and have never had to wait that long. They should reconsider retraining their employees or hiring new ones. read more

This is the WORST Starbucks in town! This Starbucks is on my way to work but every time I go, they don't get my order right and they don't care! The first bad experience was about a month ago when I went in & there was no line so I thought that it would be fast. So I walk in and the Asian guy was talking to a male customer about what college he went to. The problem was that the Asian guy was the one that was supposed to be making all the coffees but instead was standing there talking. It took me 20 minutes to get my coffee and when he handed it to me, he said sorry for the long wait and they were real busy. Another time when I went in, I ordered a grande raspberry mocha with 4 shots of espresso & 6 pumps of raspberry syrup and I got the same Asian guy. When he went to put the 6 pumps of raspberry, he didn't give me 6 full pumps of syrup but only went 1/4 way down real fast 6 times and so the drink sucked and didn't taste like raspberry at all! The last time I went in, the lady with the black hair (I think is a manager) & the employees was leaning over the counter talking and when I walked in, they didn't acknowledge me and just kept talking. Then they slowly went back to work and I ordered my drink. The overweight balding guy and two other girls were by the blender talking and then he slowly went over to the coffee machine and started making my drink while yawning.
