Since going Vegan in December 2024 I have found it hard to find new options for treats. The Mega Mango was in fact a treat. Brittany, my Server, was very nice and helpful. Because I had never been here, I was unsure as to what to get. Also, being Vegan makes it challenging. She suggested the goodness n' greens options, and further suggested the Mega Mango. I am happy that I listened to her. The Mega Mango is sweet and tangy at the same time. Quite enjoyable. Her service was fast and pleasant and the decor and atmosphere added to the ambiance. I really enjoy this location. Upon entering, we are always immediately greeted. This time around, we used the kiosk to order, and while making our selections, a few other customers came in and a cashier was quick to take their orders to avoid a long wait time which I found to be excellent customer service. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of the girl who was in charge of the promotion 06-21-24. I found her to be somewhat rude as she yelled at me when I attempted to make an additional purchase for a smoothie bowl. Instead of apologizing, she merely corrected herself by stating that her register only had two buttons for the promotion. To my surprise, she allowed the male employee next to her to ring me up for the smoothie bowl. As a customer, I am unaware of what is displayed on the screen in front of her and I was not aware that there were only two buttons for the promotional smoothies. Being scolded in front of a line of people was inappropriate and unnecessary. Unfortunately, this establishment has a reputation for disrespectful behavior, which I find unacceptable. read more

I usually don't do reviews but walking in to this Jamba I felt the vibe. Racist. I made my order and I needed a small cup for my baby boy and Kayla who seemed to be a "supervisor" charged me for a small cup 25 cents. A minute later she gave a bigger cup to a white kid for free. That was shady what she did and she never apologized. I've been through many experiences to know what racism looks like. I hope they're not doing this continuously. read more

Every time we stop here they are out of something, last time it was cups, so we got served our smoothies in paper cups, this time it was pineapple. The staff seem miserable and are not helpful. Almost as if they are trying to talk you out of ordering. When I went to order, they said they were out of an ingredient for my drink, I asked if there was a substitute I could add, the employee just responded "no" didn't offer suggestions or options. When I then named adding more of another ingredient they responded with "fine" Not how I have ever experienced a Jamba Juice. First time at a Jamba Juice. I wasn't familiar with their blends. The employee was patient and accommodating. Once I decided on what I wanted to have, she made it right away. While I was deciding though, I kindly let the other patrons order. The whole vibe here is friendly and welcoming. This place is bright and clean. It can get quite busy and there is usually a wait for your drink. A longer wait if the person in front of you gets food. Staff is hit and miss, usually pretty good though and they do not push to up sell which is nice. I usually get something green to drink to replace breakfast/lunch once in awhile. I get the one with lemon, ginger etc and it tastes amazing. I love the mild burn of the ginger and I feel better after drinking it. Tangy, healthy and filling. (I get the med.) Once in a blue moon, I will get a wheat grass shot with a pineapple juice chaser. Not tasty but that too feels like a healthy thing to do. My only complaint is that this particular location is very small and always has a ton of customers! I have yet to try something here that I have not liked. My favorite drink, though, is their Peach Pleasure (or is it Perfection). The drinks are so refreshing especially on a hot summer day! Just order at the counter and a few minutes later, you will have an amazing, tasty, and healthy drink. Jamba Juice may not be the cheapest option for a drink, but they are good! Beats Starbucks! Before we went hiking this morning, we swung by Jamba Juice to pick up a promotional "whole food smoothie". It was only $2 for a small size drink (with coupon)! I ordered a "Kale-Ribbean Breeze" Kale, mango, passion fruit, fresh Greek yogurt, chia seeds Color was green, but don't worry - it tastes tangy and refreshing! You can't really taste the kale vegetable that was mixed in there, so that's a good thing; but you can definitely see the color green. I used to go to Jamba Juice very frequently in HS and college, but it's been a loooong time since I've been to one. I guess there are just so many other local smoothie shops / coffee / tea bars, etc. in LA/NY/OC that I used to frequent, that somehow - Jamba Juice isn't an immediate go-to shop. That's not to say that JJ is not good; it's quite tasty in fact. I've had over 6+ different kinds of smoothies at various JJ stores in the past and they've always been good. I enjoy getting a boost in my smoothie; they used to give "free boosts" -- such as multivitamin, protein, immunity, etc. but now they cost $0.25 each. One of the reasons I finally visited this JJ was because of a $2 coupon I had that allowed me to try their new "whole food smoothie"! Again, this flavor and this JJ store did not disappoint. The survey code may print for you but the guy or girl may not deem you worthy to receive it so they hang on to it for self or someone else. I am just sharing because I think it sucks and am going to find a new better smoothie place! The random act and chance of a survey was incentive for me to spend $15 - $20 at least twice a week! We came in to pick up our mobile order, and they lost our drinks and had no idea where they went. We waited 20 min for them to remake them, and they made 4 other people's orders who showed up after us before they remade ours. The guy, Brad, making our drinks was wearing a mask around his chin, not covering his nose or mouth. What is the point of that? I understand that everyone has a difference of opinion about COVID19, but if I'm required to wear a mask inside and you can't have more than 6 people in the store, why are the employees not required to take the same precautions. Upon arriving at this Jamba Juice establishment, there was no line, but people were waiting to receive their drinks. For three people working, they seemed a bit slow. I ordered a "Strawberry Surf Rider" and an "Orange Dream Machine" only to find out that my Strawberry Surf Rider was made wrong. It tasted like a "Strawberries Wild."
