My friend and I came here to get a well deserved treat after a hot Pilates class. The service was friendly and welcoming. There were two employees working and both were kind and helpful. This place has a nice cheerful environment and seating if you want to hang out. We ordered the blue energy with collagen. It tastes like a tropical dream. It has protein in it as well so we used this as a lunch substitute. It was absolutely delicious and was made quick. Delicious, nutritious, and fairly priced. I loved this spot! The ingredients are fresh and flavorful. Our smoothies were a perfect consistency and I've heard great things about their juices. I think I'll order a cucumber and pineapple juice next time. We ordered the avocado toast and the strawberry + pb toast. Both were very good. I am EXCITED that Juice It Up is back! I remember back in the day when they were located on Coffee and was so sad when they closed down. Now that they are back, I can get my smoothie fix! The location of this shop is great if you also go to Orange Theory. After a session, I can pop over to get some protein in smoothie form and continue on my way. There is plenty of parking. I normally love Juice It Up! But this time, the two girls that were working there were gossiping and distracted, and they forgot to add ice to my smoothie. They didn't add the spirulina till the last minute and my smoothy was way too watery. It didn't have the slushy feel to it like it normally does. I recently visited the Juice It Up in Bakersfield California. I was actually very surprised with the service I received and of the products they are selling. I have been a long time customer of Jamba Juice but found Juice It Up out does Jamba Juice in about all areas of the Juice business. The juices I ordered were fabulous and a lot cheaper than Jamba Juice products. The staff at Juice It Up were amazing. They had a way to make you feel like you were the most important person there. All the staff greeted me when I arrived inside the store with a verbal greeting and giving me eye contact. There was a hostess at the front door who also made you feel very special. The staff was very professional and were able to answer all my questions relative to the products they were selling. One of the amazing things I learned was Juice It Up products are all natural with no sugar added, which is really awesome for all ages of customers and family's with children. I definitely recommend this business to all the people here in Bakersfield. I am no longer a Jamba Juice drinker, but will do all my business with Juice It Up for my juice drinking and bowls of fruit.
