Came back after a long while and it's still good!!! Went for a ton of boba this time. While I thought it was expensive, I see why after getting my drinks! Well worth it and has more to it than other boba shops around town. Matcha was great, lots of effort placed into my drinks, so be patient while they prepare your order!

Cafe Tori has not disappointed. The Korean Shaved Ice is absolutely delicious. They have a great menu with lots of options. Staff are always friendly and informative. The shop is always clean and the decor has a high end feel.

This place is one of my favorite spots for a sweet treat. My favorite is the Mango Bing Su and the Strawberry Bing Su. the mango has such a refreshing and sweet flavor that doesn't feel overly sweet. The fruits always seem fresh and the condensed milk and shaved ice are a nice compliment along with the syrup and whipped topping. It takes some time for them to construct the Bing Su but the presentation and the flavor overall more than makeup for the wait. Overall the place is nice, there isn't a whole lot of seating and it may be difficult to find a spot to enjoy since the bing su is a dine in only option but definitely try it out!

Fun cute and unique spot that services Bingsu a Korean style shaved ice of many flavors like taro, mango Oreo an so many more! The service was amazing! My eyes were hungry and they were super patient with me ! I ended up going with a going with the chocolate mocha blended coffee and wow! it was made with so much love and sweetness, it felt like a whole experience in a cup. I had to rush back to work, so I couldn't enjoy a bingsu this time, but trust me... I'll absolutely be back soon!!!!

Such a vibe! Love the interior designs and how most of the items on their menu are displayed by the counter. The bingsu was okay. I ordered the mango and asked the cashier if their mango is sweet, to which she immediately said yes. When I got my order, the mango was not ripe enough and ruined the experience for me. Had the mango been sweet, I would have bumped another star to this review. Their taiyaki was good though. I will give this place another try when it's mango season or choose a different flavor of bingsu next time.

I've come to Cafe Tori a few times and I've always found everything delicious. I don't like my desserts or boba drinks overly sweet. I like how all the drinks are extremely customizable so you can alter the taste to your preference. They have a kiosk where you order now. It's strange because last time I came in they didn't have all the bingsu flavors they serve available on the kiosk and even though I was standing at the counter the employees were not asking if I needed assistance. After flagging someone down they eventually took my order at the counter. There's some seating inside the restaurant. I appreciate this place is always clean however there have been times that it's been really hot inside. I don't know if I caught them during a bad time but they don't seem to turn the air on even during the summer months. If you're coming here for the first time I highly recommend trying their bingsu flavors. My favorites are the strawberry and mango flavors. They're refreshing and unique to this cafe. I don't think we have anything remotely like this in town. This is what truly keeps myself and my family coming back.

I've seen the signs for a while now but never paid it any mind. Oh man have I been missing out! A friend took me here for some bingsu, and it was life changing. I got a strawberry and he a mango, but shortly after I devoured mine I ate some of his! the shaved ice with condensed milk was a new texture and taste for me but of man was it good! Service was a little on the longer side but they were super packed so understood. Wasn't too crazy of a wait. We sat at a table that was nice and clean. Even when busy didn't feel like you were crowded or pushing up on anyone. Overall a great first time visit. I will be back!

I give this restaurant5 stars for cleanliness. Staff is very nice and polite.. My kids enjoyed their "fish waffles" . I will definitely be back to try some of the other items they offer.

We stop by this cafe on our California road trip because I want to try Korean coffee. The cup looks like all the other Asian coffee (think 85 degrees) but the flavor is definitely unique. The coffee flavor is mild but pack a punch. We also order their version of taiyaki (Boong o pang). Delicious! Service is pretty speedy and the cafe is nicely decorated. Will come back to try other things!

First time here, great refreshing modern spot.. easy to read menu, kiosk to order and pay. Service was friendly, despite the fact that they were all busy. I am definitely coming back again to try all things MATCHA!! Highly recommend this spot!

Dessert: 4.25. Came by because I just happened to be in the area and will always want to try new bingsoo places. Place was mostly empty when I arrived but got much busier later. Seating is inside only. This place uses the other spelling of bingsoo (bingsu). I ordered their popular mango bingsu ($15.16 after tax). They only have one size. My order was ready timely and looked very appealing. I did have issue with the bowl used. Mango pieces were close to falling off and did a couple times when I tried to eat the dessert Mango was very flavorful but a little too sweet compared to other mango bingsoo I've had. Staff was efficient and friendly. Pricing was comparable but the size is better suited for 2-4 people.

The fish shaped pastry boong oh bang are freshly made for you, served hot, and were the perfect level of sweetness. Crispy on outside and soft and gooey on the inside. You do need to order 3 minimum for them to make it but it's so worth it because you will finish all three but also great to share. My favorites were the matcha mochi, red bean and custard! Acai bowl, small starts at $9 and was yum. You can add fruits for an extra dollar each fruit you order. You can't go wrong with these. The Korean coffee was surprisingly on the sweeter end but everyone who tried it loved it. You don't have to mix the cream on top all the way so you can control the sweetness yourself. Service: Order on Kiosk. Confusing because some things that show on the screen weren't available on the kiosk itself so confirm with someone at the front if there is something you want that isn't on the kiosk. There are "best" labels that recommend drinks/desserts that are most popular to help you decide. They'll call your number when it's ready from the receipt printed at the kiosk. There is some seating where I saw lots of groups of friends and family hanging out. Some people even working on their laptop. Parking: Huge lot shared in plaza, no problems finding any

My new favorite place for a SWEET treat! Love their drinks and their mango bingsu is life changing! A fun vibrant place to hang out or study in. In a very busy plaza but is spacious for its small space! My new favorite place for a SWEET treat! Love their drinks and their mango bingsu is life changing! Do you have bingsoo?

Yes! We have bingsoo and we have 8 different flavors of bingsoo too.

Do you have an allergen menu?

We don't have an allergen menu but I would say we do have almonds, peanuts, and dairy in some of our products. I would suggest to ask an employee when ordering an exact drink or food if the one you want has any of your concerns. Thank you

They are notorious for having the newest trendy sweet treats. Their Instagram is very active and frequently posting new reasons to keep coming back. On this visit, I wanted to try their new hot chocolate with a toasted marshmallow rim, and it did not disappoint. It was a very rich and semi-sweet hot chocolate with a hint of cinnamon, just like my momma makes it. My sister had the Dubai-style hot chocolate, which had a pistachio topping; she had no complaints. We also decided to try the Dubai style chocolate covered strawberries; the strawberries were a bit tart, but the toppings were all delicious. Just a heads up, they are an outdoor-only seating establishment, so come prepared. They do, however, have good lighting and patio heaters to help. It tends to stay pretty busy, especially on weekend nights, so wait times can be a little long, but they are worth the wait.

I went twice to this location two days in a row because I enjoyed it so much. First with a friend and then I had to introduce it to my kids. The coffees and teas are delish and unique, as well as the smoothies and juices (I didn't try those but my kids loved them). We tried a variety of baked goods, the honeycomb bread is sooooo dang good! Filled with little pockets of cream cheese, drizzled with honey, and topped with toasted regular and black sesame seeds (I forgot to take a pic of this one, but I'll add it next time I go). We enjoyed all of the pastries we tried- not a crumb on our plates by the time we were finished! The decor is beautiful and unique. All of the employees super nice and helpful. I got the Dubai chocolate, manakeesh, mint mango smoothie (seasonal for Ramadan, not a permanent item) & a Vimto refresher. I've never had Dubai chocolate before but I am STOKED I had it here for the first time. Perfect size, perfect crispy texture & powerful flavor. I love that the pistachio isn't overwhelming. The manakeesh is my all time favorite. Flatbread with white melted cheese & the perfect seasonings. It's embarrassing how quick I ate it. I can't savor it because it's THAT GOOD!! Only $3!!! The Vimto refresher is my absolute favorite new drink. It has sparkling water with berries. Chefs kiss. I know it's going to hit hard in the summer when I'm needing a cold drink. The mint mango smoothie is PHENOMENAL! The balance of mint & mango is just right. I hope they keep this item around. The service was also wonderful. Kind baristas that are knowledgeable & definitely hard workers! They are a very busy business & they handle it with ease. One thing I do not care for (but it will not affect negatively on my review) is credit card payments. Your subtotal they tell you after you order is only if you pay cash. If you pay card, it is atomically more because of credit card charges but they do not say that. It will also reflect an even higher amount on the screen because it automatically adds 20% gratuity to your credit card charge. So it goes from one price, to another, to another. I always tip but if it's not a restaurant, it will typically be 10%. Be aware of the charges when you go. I absolutely love this spot. I can't wait to try new drinks & food!
