This was my first visit to the cafe and it was really fun! It's a cute, clean, aesthetic shop. The menu has a lot of classic and different types of options to choose from for drinks. I had a matcha lemonade and a mangonada slush and both were perfectly sweetened and flavorful. It's really cool that the have a variety of ramen packs to choose from and then you can add on your toppings and hang out in the cafe to enjoy your food and drink, that also have a little board game station to use while you're there. I didn't get to try a ramen option but I did get a chicken siopao and that was delicious! Hannah was very kind and patient, she walked me through some drink ideas and recommended her favorites and gave honest feedback about other options, which helped guide my drink selection. I believe they've rebranded and the concept is really cool. Love the vibe and how clean and organized everything is. The customer service was amazing although it was really slow. Came here for the Halo-halo and it felt like it took forever as they were understaffed (only 2 employees) and helping out the people who were at the ramen station. The Halo-Halo was good but it wasn't the authentic filipino halo-halo I was expecting. Also tried their Sweet Ube Bun/Siopao and it was delish just like before. I'll probably give their ramen station a try next time. I've had their drinks before they rebranded and they were good. Definitely give this place a try! read more

First time here, very disappointed in the matcha. For over $11, I got a pale green, VERY clumpy matcha that made every sip bitter. This is the first and only drink I got so just wanted to leave a review on how to make a matcha better. 1. Why is there an up charge of $3 for a matcha when it's done very poorly? 2. Use more than 2g of matcha so that it feels like we're getting our money's worth. Maybe at least 4g to give a rich green color, especially for a large. It mostly tasted like sweetened milk with clumps of bitter 3. Using an electric handheld frother is very ineffective to mix matcha powder. Bamboo whisk is probably the best way, but even blending it like Starbucks does might go way better. I really have high hopes for this place so I hope to provide constructive criticism instead of bashing it down. The employees are very nice and helped me with great suggestions to improve the taste of my drink, so they deserve the recognition. read more

Just coming in from a long weekend and decided to grab some bubble tea before heading to home saw this. It was in a new location that we haven't been to and thought it would be a good thing to check it out while they were not busy for a Sunday afternoon, was actually a really good drink. They didn't have the variety that I'm used to having. I had various other bubble tea locations, but the drink we had was really good. My kids had the strawberry Boba and I had the Thai tea. I do like my Tate a little sweeter than what they suggested, but it was still really good. The strawberry Boba was not caffeinated which made me even happier. The service was really nice and the store itself was clean and very pleasant to be in phantom interesting things that you could buy some Ramen and had in conjunction oven heated up for you which I've never seen before at a restaurant, but it was kind of cool the manager owner of the restaurant also gave us a coupon for the next visit, which was really nice of him to do. We decided to have a mother son date and chose this neat place. The host, Andrew, was so kind and informative. He answered all of our questions and helped us make our custom fruit teas perfect. He even told me about a special going on to where I got an extra free fruit tea (I saved it for my other son who was at a sport event). My lil guy and I decided on a ramen and toppings for it. We paid and then Andrew told us how to cook the ramen using the boiling machine. It's really cool. There are instructions by the machines too so if they are busy and you don't want to bother them you can read how to cook your ramen. We got chicken dumplings and green onions as our toppings and let the machine do its thing. We played uno while it cooked and had a blast. Andrew made the fruit teas perfect. My son wanted another one but I asked if we could just have a water instead and Andrew was happy to oblige. He even told me about some cool K-pop events they host at the cafe. Im disappointed in today's visit to Bumble Tea. The drinks are still okay, but I went in to use their facilities and it was off putting how I'll-managed the bathroom was. The liners were on the floor, the toilet was horrendous and the paper towel dispenser had the rolls of paper stacked on top of it. I understand nobody wants to clean a public bathroom, but they should really have "adult supervision" if these young kids tending the store aren't willing and able to manage the store well. Today I wanted to try something new besides regular coffee. I stumbled upon this cute bee themed cafe. The ambiance was local honey bee. The cafe offers honey in a container for around $20 each. They have many seats to hang out and work of computer projects to chill with friends. The staff were super helpful and excited to share their products with me. They offered me a coupon and a sample before I even ordered. With the help from staff I ordered a matcha milk tea with strawberry. I ordered it with almond milk instead of whole milk. I got a large and for the price it was more than enough. With tip it was just over $10 . Compared to Starbucks that's a deal. Home made local company the product was made with love and compassion. I came here between college classes and wow was i pleasantly surprised! The Ube milk tea tasted wonderful and the ube quality was amazing and so full of flavor! Theres a wide selection of different instant ramens you can choose from and you can purchase additional toppings. I got a gomtang ramen packet with fried garlic, chicken dumplings and a boiled egg (which was boiled right there and was done by the time my ramen finished). The ramen station was very interesting, it has several settings for soupy ramen or stir fried ramen and there are two devices that can be used. cook times are about 4 minutes and the ramen came out great! This was my first time visiting, and I had a great experience! The customer service was friendly and welcoming, and the boba drinks were amazing. There are plenty of options to choose from, all at very reasonable prices. If you're in the shopping center with Chick-fil-A or Chuze Fitness on Stockdale and California, definitely stop by -- it's in the same plaza. The menu was on a display on a tv screen. Wish there was a full menu by the counter. The first few drinks we were attempting to order... they were out of some of the ingredients to make it. No strawberry for the strawberry drinks. Bummer! Was confused whether they had boba or not... sign says they were out and worker said they did. Just wish everything kind of matched. Bumble Tea & Cafe was not the place we were expecting when we took the family here recently. Mom and my Wifey were craving Boba so I took them here expecting it would be Teaspoon. To my surprise, it was no longer called Teaspoon. This shop is now called Bumble Tea & Cafe. Happily, they have boba drinks too. In addition, they have Halo Halo which is pretty darn fine also. The day we dropped by, there was only one staff member on duty. She was quite busy. In addition to the four of us, there were also several other customers she had to assist. She did everything. She was fast, friendly, and helpful. 5 stars for the customer service!! After we placed our orders, we found a nice spot to wait. Shop was very clean and decorated nicely. I like my drinks without boba, but that day I had boba. Have to say that the boba did taste good and fresh. I liked my Thai Tea drink too. Mom, Dad, and Wifey were all pleased with their drinks as well. Banana Bread, Red Velvet brownies, and Siopao were available the time we were there. Tried them all, and they all were tasty. We approached the staff and all they said is they had already given us our order when they hadn't. They said they would redo our orders because someone else must have taken them which was great. I absolutely loved the flavor, 100% sugar of course! Might be sweet for some, but I loved the level of sweetness mixed with the creamy milk and chewy boba that they did not definitely skimp on! We also ordered an ube siopao and we were given a free one! The siopao was soft, filled with a good amount of ube inside. The best part of all would probably the service. Went here after dinner with the fambam for dessert. Because we heard they serve Halo-Halo and other Filipino treats, we wanted to give them a try! Service was prompt and friendly. The ladies at the counter were very sweet and patient with my undecided son to make a choice of what to order. Love the decor as well. Yes, this was the old Teaspoon and now Bumble and serving other treats. Loved the Halo-Halo! A sweet reminder of home! The taste was spot on... and love how big the serving was. I would like to see them serve it with a little bit more goodies/ingredients in the cup. We also got some pork siopao (also known or called pork buns or bao). My daughter liked it. They said it's Goldilocks Siopao so it's not homemade. Can't comment on their other products until we go back. I would like to try their boba drinks and smoothies.
