I was looking for a mid day pick me up and wanted something healthy. I decided to stop at Jamba and see if staff could help pick something. I was met with a young lady who clearly did not want to help me. The look on her face with each question I had was very unpleasant. I ordered a peanut butter banana protein. I asked what kind of milk I could pick from and what kind of protein I could choose from. Her answers were short and sharp. I also asked if the whey would expand my drink and was given a very hard sharp no. I asked if I could get it in a next size up cup because I wanted to add my own stuff. The reaction to this simple question was all I needed to decide to never return to this establishment. Every interaction with this young lady was unpleasant and made me feel unwelcome. The smoothy reflected my interaction, Tasteless and watery. The lobby was plain and had almost a thick negative energy. The ambiance was lacking and not friendly. It's interesting. How things work nowadays. When you can play some Mobile order when and establishment should be open, so the lack of Service, the lack of ambience, and the lack of food dream business hours. It's just a lack of caring for ones, customers, and essentially lack of caring for one's business, which is very sad. Unless it's because there's a holiday tomorrow, but there's no signage reflecting that which is again a sign of carelessness. What a shame. One star 0 effort given. read more

Pretty slow during the mornings it seems. At least for a Friday. Haven't been here in years but it was exciting to see how much more they have on their menus. I ordered the parm pretzel and the vitamin c booster smoothie. The pretzel was decent and although the smoothie I found out has sherbet. Which is crazy to add to a fruit smoothie. It was tasty. It's been a while since I've been to this location and I gotta say it's holding up very well. The store is very clean and well stocked. I was picking up an online order, but I was about 15 minutes early. Lety was the only staff member on site and graciously made my drink. I don't know how I feel as a customer knowing a female worker is alone in a store, especially given the surrounding area (a lot of homeless), but she seemed okay. Service and quality of beverages was great. I purchased two smoothies (not pictured). A mango a-go-go and a strawberry whirl. Both medium sizes. Cost me $18.50. Sheesh, a bit pricey--considering the mediums would be considered a SMALL elsewhere. But I suppose there is the price tag of it being Jamba Juice. Big shout out to Alyssa at Jamba... her service at 8am was excellent. I came in needing a drink to get me going for the day, she recommended plant based smoothie and I loved it. the customer service at this place was terrible. I walked in , the girl with glasses just looked at me rolled her eyes and kept doing what she was doing didn't speak or nothing.. this was my first time here may i add. then im standing at the counter she walks to the drink grab the other lady drink that just walked out the bathroom and passed it to her and says have a great day. walks to the register and says i can help you over here... so i walked over and said wow you guys are kind of rude here.. she wasn't helpful with the menu. Every now and then I grab a small treat for my boys. I'm not the biggest fan of JJ, but once in a great while it's a nice treat. My youngest loves JJ and probably would visit more often, but this place is kinda out of our way now that we don't live in that area. This particular location is usually clean and the place looks vibrant. The bright colors make you feel good about coming here and the citrus smells of the drinks definitely makes this place smell refreshing. For such a long time the only thing I would order was the Orange Dream Machine, which is still a favorite of mine, but they have so much other delicious drinks to choose from and nowadays when I visit I find myself ordering the PB drinks. They actually have 2 kinds and one of the PB drinks you can add protein, I don't ever add it but for those people who drink protein then that's definitely the way to do it! read more

The workers at this Jamba are always so nice! They are always so helpful when it comes to fundraisers and anything their customers need. The store on the other hand needs a full on deep clean. The tables and chairs are very worn and the walls look very gringy. read more

It was fine, not as busy I found than the other location by Kohl's on Rosedale. That other location is a pain in the butt, even to park there. Easier to park here but further for to drive. Young but friendly employees. Make sure you sign up for rewards and remind yourself to use it when you go in as they will not remind you there. I got a free energy shot from points in my Greens and Ginger drink. (Well, I trust they put it in there!) The place is not exactly cheap but hubby is addicted to some peanut better protein drink so whenever we go to Bed, Bath and Beyond, we will stop in here! I do not find it a meal replacement or anything but more of a snack and I keep the drink as healthy as possible. read more

Been a fan of the Jamba Juice franchise for awhile now. I have yet to try a smoothie at any of their locations that I have not liked. The smoothies are pricier than making them at home, but it is so convenient to purchase them at Jamba Juice locations from time to time. This location is farther from home, but happy to say that the service and cleanliness is as fine as my neighborhood location. Will return here if I'm craving a smoothie, and I'm in the area. read more

As far as the quality goes, I think we all know what to expect from Jamba Juice. I ordered the Peach Perfection smoothie and the Mega Mango. To be honest, they both looked and tasted very similar. Delicious but a bit too artificially sweetened. But still a nice afternoon pick-me-up on a hot Bakersfield day. The employees are nice and and tolerated me while I rummaged through my purse for my glasses (blind as a bat and can't read posted menus). I was in and out within a few minutes. I go to Jamba once a month every Friday before work and online it says they open at 7 am. I got there at 7:50 am and there was no sign stating they were closed or not even a note on the door. Ordered 4 Jamba bowls & the kid taking my order told me "for future reference" to "call in my order ahead of time". My family were the only people in the place. On Mother's Day. Stopped in for a quick snack. I've visited most of the Jamba's around town and we order the same thing every time. No one has ever told us we need to call our Jamba Bowl order in ahead of time. Mango Mantra is my favorite, but I have never tried a flavor I didn't like. The smoothies always taste super fresh and the restaurant is so spotless you could almost eat off the floor (don't worry, I don't plan to try it) I'm also a fan of their big fresh pretzels - toasted, of course. Apple cinnamon can't be beat! I noticed on the menu that they have branched out into gourmet coffee drinks, chai teas, and even flatbread pizzas. I have not tried them yet (my heart was set on my mango mantra and apple cinnamon pretzel) but I'd definitely come back to try them. Now that they are branching out into wraps, sandwiches, and salads, they are looking more like a convenient lunch option. If they turn out to be as good as the pretzels, I'll revise this up to 5 stars! read more

very bad experience here waited 20 minutes after the 10 minute grace period for my pre-order I put through the app well other people getting their orders in a timely matter also asked to use the bathroom but was not given a code due to another employee being in there I had to wait and ask another employee for the code for the bathroom, very drab energy and no one was friendly drinks were given out before mine was even though I pre-ordered it I had three young children with me who are demanding their drinks that were late employees were barely apologetic about the situation left me feeling like I was treated someway because I'm black won't be going here again. read more

This Jamba Juice is really hit or miss. Went there today and they shorted my size on a drink. I paid for added boosts, they make the drink bigger, any Jamba will tell you that. Every Jamba Juice I go to, including this location before today put it in the next size cup, or at least fill my cup and put it on the side in a smaller cup. Today I was shorted a size and watched her throw enough to fill another cup full away. That is part of my boost and drink, half of my $7 drink that I watched get thrown away.
