I personally liked that they had an array of vegan friendly foods (while not vegan, I sometimes do like to do 1-2 days of "clean" eating when I'm traveling). They also have a hot bar and a salad bar along with a deli. I appreciate that they have a wide variety of food, and on the hot bar they do change it up daily. The staff is very friendly and will definitely help point you in the right direction if you can't find something. Its a place I could see visiting over and over when I'm in town.

Key characteristics include a shiny, crisp crust and a soft, chewy interior. Bagel and Blenderz bagels: 2/10, no "chew" very dense and I can smell the yeast, definitely not a traditional bagel. Heck Panera has better bagels. These are more like very dense bread masquerading as bagels. I'm beyond disappointed. Additionally, no one in my house liked them. I don't recommend the bagels. Thumbprint cookies, I had high hopes for these, but they are rock hard. I expected a nice flaky cookie, similar to the thumbprint cookies from Smith Bakery.
