This by far has to be the worat Starbucks. I go on a consistent basis because I live near and I think today I've absolutely had it. Like last straw I'm at my Whitt's end. The straw that broke the camels back (see photo below) I picked up my coffee and though it felt a little light and I get home to put my coffee in the microwave because it's not hot and I see my cup is 3/4 full. No I didn't drink that much I took two sips because of the temperature. I have to ask for a sleeve for my drink every time I pick up my drink. My drink is hot why do I need to ask for a sleeve at first I didn't mind but it gets annoying because it's supposed to come with a hot drink. The people there are kind generally. There is an older guy who works there who isn't the nicest to me and I thought that was just his personality because I know older men are happy go lucky teenagers and they can be more reserved and direct which isn't a problem until I saw how he interacted with other customers when I chose to sit in one day to do some homework. From then I just decided if he's up front I'll order my drink from the app no biggie. Aside from asking for a sleeve my biggest issue is the order ahead and wait time for my drink. I visit 3/4 times a week. It has taken about 18 minutes on average for me to get my drink after ordering ahead. A few times I have order way ahead and then waited until my order is In progress and still having to wait 15 minutes. And occasionally I've went and the order said comepleted and it wasn't started at all. My order is a simple medium roast coffee with milk. They've made me late for work almost 3 months in a row and it's so unfortunate but driving to Dutch bros which is two miles away is quicker than ordering ahead even when they have a line I happen to make it back to work in time. read more

Attractive newer Starbucks across from the high school, not inside the HEB but a full standalone store in front of the HEB. I had trouble using mobile order so I went in and I am glad I did. Because! I live close to this Starbucks so it's convenient to go. But it's by far the worst Starbucks I've ever been to...always slow and my drink is NEVER made correctly. Got a drink today and there was at least an inch and a half missing from my drink AFTER I saw the barista top it off with extra ice which wasn't requested. It's so inconvenient to go to another Starbucks because it's further away. I always go back thinking maybe they'll get it right this time...nope. read more

I've lived near this Starbucks for more then 2 years and everytime I try to give them another try I regret it. This is by far the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. I have had to pull out of this line numerous occasions because after waiting ten minutes I hadn't even had my order taken. They are simply so slow. I wish so badly there was another Starbucks I could choose on my way to work. For example, I have made a mobile order 20 minutes before arriving and my order will still not be ready. Crazy read more

I come to this Starbucks pretty often and tonight I just wanted to stop by and grab a nice cup of ice water and I was told they will not be given out water if you don't purchase anything. I'm not sure when this odd "rule" came into place or how it would effect an almost 100 billion dollar company but it's just money hungry and not okay. The whole space was not created to try to grab every penny from customers. It's not okay and I would just not recommend this location to anyone if that's the space you want to offer to the public. Absolutely the worst Starbucks I have been to. The line was so long, the service took forever and they got the drink wrong that I ordered. The staff were not very friendly at all and overall a very bad experience. this Starbucks always messes up my drink and has horrible customer service. One of the times I ordered my drink and was specific in what I wanted the lady told me "you're gonna get what you get." Then another time I ordered my drink and they messed it up, one of the ladies had an attitude when I asked if I could come back and order the right one. when I got there she wasn't apologetic at all. luckily the guy that was working there was super nice to me. It's great to pay almost $7 for a coffee and a 1/4 of it is foam. Some of the people working the drive thru seem irritated when asking for a stopper. And believe me some of them will let you know if you show up a minute or two early for a mobile drive thru order with a snarky comment. I don't know why I periodically decide to return to Starbucks, it's convenient but how is it the same drink does not taste the same at every Starbucks location. read more

I switched back to starbucks about 6 months ago just solely based off the customer service at this location. I love using the mobile order as i'm headed to work in the morning and they are always so quick! Every worker i have encountered here has been so sweet but specifically Randy and Karen go out of their way with enthusiasm and kindness every single order. Stopped off for a few to go drinks.... The place is really warm and inviting. They have many comfy chairs and areas to work. My green tea and lemonade was refreshing as usual. My complaint is that service was slow. I was the only one in the store with an order in and I waited 10 minutes to get my drinks. If I had been in a hurry it would have really sucked. Only three people working and one was just sorta standing around while the other two made drinks. So if you've got time to burn this is the place!!!! read more

This is the first Starbucks I've every been to where a staff member came over and asked how I was doing and if I needed anything. That was a nice surprise and shows that management is really trying. I should note that this seemed to be motivated by a desire to offer genuine, friendly service. NOT because I was crying uncontrollably. Because I wasn't. Anyway, I've now been to this location 5 or 6 times and it's always been a pleasant experience. It's only been open a few months and I like that it's not crazy crowded inside at all hours, it's really clean and feels spacious. This location is a bit unique in that there are more big comfy chairs and booths that most. Fewer traditional tables. I'd especially recommend those comforting chairs if your life is rapidly spiraling into shambles and you can't stop sobbing. Or sitting with friends and chatting over coffee and pastries. read more

Absolutely one of the best Starbucks locations that I have visited. Staff is always very friendly and consistently gets my order right. Speed has become even faster over the last few months since the location opened. Inside is also clean - including both the sitting area, as well as the bathroom. I've come here to work remotely, although it seems like a good spot to chat / catch up with friends (more chairs than desk setups). Overall, I highly recommend this location. read more

Typical Starbucks in a good location. Larger on the inside but more lounge seating less table seating for studying or working. This location is slower than the typical Starbucks. If the mobile app tells you a time hen add another 5-10 minutes. The drive through line can cause congestion getting in and joy of the parking lot. read more

It is the third time I order Mango Drg lemonade and they have no fruit, the same excuse every time, we "just" ran out. Pricey drinks for those excuses. The Allen location across from the HS charges more for a Vendi Cappuccino than the Kroger less than a 1/2 a mile away. You'd think Starbucks would control pricing, as a franchise brand, for its customers. If you want to save try Kroger. read more

This location has THE BEST STAFF. Today I was in the drive through picking up my mobile order. As I was setting my drink in the cup holder, the lid popped off and coffee spilled all over me and my car. The woman at the drive through window saw and immediately gave me some towels and cleaning wipes to help. I felt horrible, but the woman at the window was very calm and kept handing me wipes. She asked for my cup and said they would remake it. I felt horrible, but she was very friendly and told me not to worry. To the woman who helped me, I did not catch your name, but I want to say thank you for being so kind, helpful and patient. We need more people like you in the world. read more
