I really enjoy this Starbucks by my work. I usually tend to always get the iced brown sugar espresso with vanilla foam on top and extra caramel and caramel crunchies. Sometimes I change it up though and get the caramel Brulé iced latte or regular latte its delicious and the chestnut praline latte is amazing as well. A yfew times when I have DoorDash it they have messed up my order but every time I call them to tell them about it they always offer to make me a new drink for free or reimburse me. Everytime I go to this location I order the same drink and it never tastes the same. I get a frappe and when they give it to me it's basically liquefied and nothing clothes to a frap. This is about the 4th time I've been here, I used to be a Starbucks store manager, with that experience I know when drinks aren't made right, Every single time I've come to this store the only milk alternatives they have is soy or coconut. Now granted, The times I've come it's been over a couple months. What does a customer do if they can't have either? My drinks have been "so so" every time I've gone. But this last time I got something... I had to write a review because knowing how high the Starbucks Corp holds the bar to how they make their customers happy when it comes to taking that first initial order. I am disappointed. I got a Irish cream cold brew one of my favorites and which is made with their cold brew that's steeped for hours which gives it that smooth bold taste, my drink was weak and super watery so it had to be an americano which is shots of espresso with water in it, topped off with the Irish cream cold foam and Cocoa powder. Definitely was not cocoa powder. It was nutmeg. Trust me I understand when it comes to those rushes, but accuracy should come first before speed. read more

I read every sign before entering this establishment. I ONLY entered because there were no signs saying no mask no service. They waited till I got to the front and started ordering before letting me know I would not be served based on not having a piece of cloth on my face. I asked for accommodations and the manager declined every option I laid out. By the end I just asked that a sign be put up or write it on the chalk board something! He said he would take it into consideration. The manager is trash and needs some training and it all could have been avoided with a simple sign just like the one they wrote up for their bathroom being unavailable. The decor in this place is super modern and has a very relaxing feel. Kind of dark inside, but I believe that added to the relaxation feel. I will absolutely return to this location. I like this location because I can stop here on the wayin or out of town to the south. It has a small corner area good for reading if the music wasn't so loud with a speaker pointed right down at you. Why does Starbucks do that? Rarely do I see anyone listening to the music. More often they have headphones on or they are attempting a conversation but have to increase their voices. It's the one annoying thing they could fix in not only this store but all of them. Loudest SB I've ever been in!! You cannot hear the person sitting next to you, employees slamming and banging things so loud it hurts ones ears. The employees are very rude and dismissive, I ordered a tea with honey in it and the cup was handed to be honey dripping all over the sides. I showed it to the girl behind the counter and she rolls her eyes and shouts out to her coworkers to make another tea with honey because this lady is unhappy seriously? I love Starbucks and was super excited to find that a location was opening close to where I live. I love to come and get my caffeine fix and the baristas are always so welcoming. The store is always so super clean the drive thru is convenient though I have never used it as I like to go into the store and interact with the baristas.
