I absolutely love this place and I can't express that enough. I'm not usually a coffee fan I prefer tea. This place has tea, sodas, energy sodas, coffees, milkshakes and smoothies. They have tons of flavor options that come in sugar free options as well. The customer service is awesome the line goes really fast. The area is pretty nice the line is functional for cars to come in and out which is helpful. Their landscape is nice and clean no trash. I'm upset with myself for barely discovering this gem! I have literally fallen out of love with Starbucks, and my previous go-to for scones was Dutch Bros, but it's too far away. Now, this will be my favorite place to go for coffee, tea, sparkling water, chai, energy drinks, smoothies, and so many other options on their menu. They don't have pastries yet, but hopefully, they will add them soon. Kayla took our order and was incredibly kind and patient, explaining the point system and that Tuesdays are double points. She was truly wonderful and excellent at promoting the products. I noticed it was only a drive-thru, and they process orders faster than their competitors. It's a very friendly and cheerful place! The drinks are larger; for instance, a small is like a medium, and a medium is like a large compared to their competitors. This is definitely my new go-to place! Even though it's a drive-thru, the ambience is still cozy and inviting, making it a delightful experience while waiting for my favorite drinks. read more

I love 7 brew! it is my comfort place most workers are very friendly and they are usually pretty quick!

Their tea really watered down and way back when they first opened the manager told me they can make it stronger, you just have to ask. Ok no problem. Well I guess it is a problem because the staff just stare at you like they have no idea what you're talking about. The last time I was there the guy at least asked another staff member and they got it right. Today was another story. The person who took my order was stunningly rude and acted like wanting stronger tea was a ridiculous request. This girl displayed the typical Albuquerque attitude (anyone who has spent any time here knows what I'm talking about). Not surprisingly, my tea looked and tasted like water. We came last weekend for the free "friends and family" coffee. I got the iced banana bread blondie with caramel and it was sweet (and tasted just like banana bread!) - just the way I like my coffee and didn't make me too jittery. Everyone else seemed to like theirs too (thought it was better than Starbucks or Dutch even). Can't wait to try some other flavors or the German chocolate this week. This place has gone completely downhill. I've been coming here since they opened, and every time lately has been worse than the last. The staff are rude, careless, and clearly don't understand the basics of customer service. Today, some rude high schooler handed me a coffee dripping all over the cup -- didn't bother wiping it down -- and got it all over my car. No eye contact, no respect, just a sarcastic "have a nice day" while gossiping with her coworker about high school drama. The drink was wrong again, like it almost always is. I order the same thing every time -- it's not hard -- and somehow they still mess it up. I asked for a medium, they gave me a small. I asked for cinnamon powder, like I always do, and yet again it was missing. How hard is it to follow a simple order? The coffee itself isn't even worth it anymore. The quality has dropped just as badly as the service. I'm glad others have had a good experience here, but personally, I'm not wasting my hard-earned money on some sad cup of coffee made by people who clearly don't care. There's only one employee at this location who actually seems to take pride in her work and consistently provides good service. But that's not enough to keep me coming back. This place is sloppy, lazy, and completely lacking in basic standards. I'm done. Total waste of time and money. read more

There's a lot of places to get coffee in Albuquerque but I am always down to try another. Today I tried 7 Brew. It's a drive thru place with very friendly and polite service. I had an iced latte with flavored syrup and my friend had a 7Fizz, their version of an Italian soda. Their large drinks are really large, too big for our cupholders! The drinks were both tasty and refreshing and I was impressed by their selection of flavored syrups, they have more sugar free options than any other places I have been to. A solid option when I am in the neighborhood and want a drink. read more
