This location executes my favorite drink perfectly, the matcha iced latte half coconut milk half oat milk, light ice, 1 pump brown sugar 1 pump honey blend . Not only that but the staff here know me by name and they start punching in my order when they see me walking through the door. Where else are you going to get this kind of service? The dining room is usually fairly empty so I sometimes take advantage of that and drink inside or meet a friend or co worker here for drinks. The cleanliness is great here; as soon as their rush dies down they are quick to clean the tables, counters and floors. I'm watching them clean this very moment as I type the review. If something happens and you don't like something you ordered they are quick to suggest replacing it. The level of customer service is awesome. There's always parking available outside because most people seem to prefer the drive through over here. They are usually well staffed so even the drive Through line goes quickly enough. read more

Yeah, you know, it's a Starbucks. They have everything you've come to expect from a SB, and that's a good thing. They got my order correct, the atmosphere was nice, the store was clean, and I enjoyed my visit. This location is particularly close to where I live or work, so I don't frequent it often. Love this new space!! Super open space with lots of comfy seating. Unlike some other locations, this one has a clean line long bar for orders and pick up so you'll never feel cluttered and claustrophobic here. A few days ago we were in Old Town. On the way home we decided to stop here. I'm a Starbucks fan, so like to check out any Starbucks I've never been to before. This is a good Starbucks. It has what I like to see in a Starbucks; lots of electric outlets for laptops and phones! Plenty of those. The staff were helpful. The place is really nice. The location is great. I'm sure that its fantastic for commuters both going to work and coming home. I intend to revisit here when I'm in the neighborhood. read more

I'll state this, if this place was directly across the street from my high school, I would've spent all my expendable income here, and I would've been so wired in class. And that's exactly what you'll find in the seats, as well as behind the register, lots of students from Saint Pius. I've never had any issues with staff, I've found the tables and floors generally very clean, and the coffee predictably Starbucks. Which is my overall impression of the brand, nation-wide. Maybe they knew they would eventually lose me. Maybe they couldn't care less. But as the metro coffee scene has expanded and greatly improved, Starbucks has seemingly doubled down on high-calorie, syrupy drinks and an emphasis on slangin' drive-thrus in the suburbs, rather than creating a cafe experience that forges interpersonal contact. I am so excited that we have a drive thru Starbucks close to home! The staff is always friendly and fast! It is a little busy at times and the line can move out to the side road. Ask, the last couple times I have went, they have been out of the things I wanted to order (which was a bummer). Great location on Coors. Perfect for the before work coffee or the after work refreshing drink/snack. Easy access to I-40 means a lot of traffic and it's handled well from the drive through to walking in. Great atmosphere and friendly-ish staff. read more

This is my neighborhood Starbucks. I am always treated very well and all the people who work here are very nice. I come here often but not like every day or anything. Wi-fi isn't great hence the 4 stars instead of 5 because sometimes I'd like to rely on it to get some work done but have found the need to go home instead. This is the second time I have used this Starbucks and it will be the last. Ordered two white chocolate mochas that pretty much taste like watered down crap. Both times that this has happened it was not very busy so I do not understand why there is such a rush to make a coffee incorrectly. The coffees were ordered on the mobile app. When I came in to pick them up I just waited by the counter since I had just ordered them and knew they would not be ready. I was approached by a staff member (name unknown) and rudely asked "What do you need?" I stated I was waiting for a mobile order; to which I was sharply told "it is not ready." This is the absolute worst Starbucks in ABQ, which is a shame because it's so close to my house. Every single time I've ordered from this location there has been an issue - they forget a drink or a drink is made wrong entirely, or I'm in the drive thru and they ask me to go inside to pay. The drive thru is also insanely slow, so if you're in a rush don't even bother. The staff isn't very friendly, and I've been ignored on numerous occasions. Just make sure you don't need any help from the staff and know what you want, because all you will get is attitude and a look like, you should know what you want. Not helpful at all!! My favorite Starbucks in Albuquerque! Amy is amazing y'all! I've been going here since they opened and only she can get I, my mother, and sister-n-laws drink down perfectly. For reference we get iced shaken black/green teas, sweetened with 5-11 liquid cane sugar, extra ice, and double blended. No one, I mean no one can make it perfectly like she can. So Amy if you do end up reading this, thank you girl! Also service is usually spot on here. Everyone is nice, and time efficient. Bottom line is we've never had an issues, and this is the only Starbucks I'll go too. read more

This is my go to Starbucks on my way to work and on the weekends. They are super friendly especially at 6am in morning. My coffee always taste great even when they first opened. Typically new Starbucks has new baristas too. My favorite barista there is Wesley. He's super nice and is patient with me when I forget to load my rewards card. read more

I did not realize before coming here that the Internet bandwidth per average person was so scant and practically dysfunctional. To get to this web page here was the digital equivalent of crawling on my knees across 100 miles of blazing desert with no skin left on my kneecaps. The space is a small cube that offers little in terms for plugging in. It also has the (dis)advantage of being across a Catholic high school. This may account for the crappy bandwidth and the sudden shrieks of hormone-fueled five-footers commandeering one of the few corners this particular Starbucks has to offer. I know people come to Starbucks for the victuals (food and drink) and this is where the positives come in. The service is actually pretty good and they seem abundant on items that are usually hit-and-miss on the availability chart. Outdoor seating is available if you need to get away from the group of sirens rushing in at 3 in the afternoon, or just pick up your order at the drive thru. Again, the service working this shift seems consistently alert and friendly throughout. Now if you'll excuse I'll be using my receipt as a Q-tip to soothe my eardrums with something less irritating. read more
