Very fast service! We ordered a large order here from work and they made it super quick! I try something new each time. The menu is HUGE! Today I opted for the golden eagle with white coffee and a soft top iced. It is very good! A coworker got a blended golden eagle and she loves it too! Drinks are good, definitely alot of options have sugar so if that's not your thing you'd probably be really limited on options. But overall enjoy the drinks, pricey, similar to Starbucks expect $5-7 a drink average I'd say. Atmosphere is a drive up, but employees definitely have a laid back energetic vibe that makes it nice to see people actually enjoying the job and not being rude or super transactional and emotionless. We stopped here on our way home. We noticed it was busy so we anticipated a bit of a wait. When we finally got to the area where the girl was taking orders, she was nowhere to be found. We sat there along with the car in the lane next to us and watched the entire line clear out. At this point, 3 cars in the left lane just pulled forward to the window without ordering, meaning we now lost our place in line. We decided to just pull through and leave and noticed a guy headed back out to take orders. He was laughing and joking with other employees and not in any hurry to get to his post. First time at a Dutch Bros (kept on hearing the hype) and this place was PACKED. Thought that with only one Yelp review it would be a bit unknown, but naw the drive-thru line was out the parking lot and down the street. Like crazy peeps, we stayed in line for a good 30 mins before getting our drinks. This was our first time so we ended up ordering two drinks our friends told us to try, including an iced caramelizer cold brew with soft top...or something like that. Unfortunately, our drinks got mixed up and we ended up not getting the caramelizer which was a bummer. But I get it, they were packed and I'm sure in a rush to get the orders out. Drinks were still solid. And I will say the people there are very friendly. They got super stoked to see our frenchie and hooked him up with a pup cup and all the attention, so now he expects that kinda love everytime we go through a drive-thru haha. read more

Anyone else have awkward forced conversations with the barista at the window or is it just me? This has happened to me twice at two separate locations with two completely different girls. I think it's time to reevaluate their customer relations strategy. I understand wanting to connect with coffee drinkers to attempt to give them the most pleasurable experience possible so they'll come back and spend more money or leave a large tip but it's gotten to the point where I absolutely dread pulling up to the window after ordering. As any other caffeine addict can attest, I'm there for my coffee fix not to tell my life story to a complete stranger. Usual questions like, "How's your day going?" make perfect sense but this girl asked me if I was on my way to work when I'd obviously just woke up. And when I said, "No." She then asked where I work. Perhaps a question like, "What do you do for a living?" would've been less invasive but my coffee was ready and she was holding it hostage on the counter. Such forced interaction is not necessary when the product speaks for itself. Also, one of the best interactions I've had with an employee there was to try the Annihilator blended. Coffee recommendations, great! But they can skip the personal questions. read more

When this place first opened I thought the coffee was ok, but they didn't offer many sugar free options. I have since returned and the options are fantastic! I order a SF caramelizer nitro brew blended and it's delightful. My daughter orders a SF High Dive with SF peach only. It's so delicious, you don't miss the sugar. Plus the customer service is great! Friendly, young staff and the drinks are worth the long lines. read more

I've been a fan of Dutch Bros Coffee for a long time and it was always a "to do" list item when I was visiting AZ. Really excited to have multiple locations here in Albuquerque!! The service and quality is consistent across all locations. The drinks are fantastic and the menu is massive. Download the app for complete menu items and to earn points for each purchase! The only draw back at this time is that all Burquenos are craving Dutch Bros and the lines can be long. That is to be expected and I'm sure with time, will improve. read more

After being instructed to change lanes, the order taker went out of sequence, helping others who had arrived after us first. When we advised the window attendant, he listened to our concerns and then had the same lot order taker complete our order at the window, inexplicably. There was a verbal exchange and the drinks went from being visible in the window to being obscured by the lot attendant's back. We didn't feel confortable consuming our drinks and decided to throw them away. Normally stellar service and great drinks. Too bad. read more

( Not the attitudes of the employees, but it is slower every time I come) Today I was stuck in the line for over 30 minutes to get one drink the line wasn't even very long.
