They always get my order wrong. Even if I just order tea, they either get the wrong tea or forget if it's iced or cold

There was a long line. Like long long. And it moved slowly. The drinks and food were good though. The prices were average compared to other Starbucks, which is high lol There's a drive thru! I definitely like that convenience! There's also plenty of parking, and nearby shopping. read more

As far as Starbucks go, this is a pretty solid one. There is plenty of parking, a drive-thru, and lots of seating inside. They got my mobile order correct and it tasted exactly as it should have. Not all Starbucks locations are created equal, and this one is truly a gem! Right off the main freeway in a strip mall that has seen better days, this Starbucks offers drive-through and indoor ordering (but no seats, for obvious pandemic reasons). There were about 7 baristas working on a weekday morning, and they were busy! But got my order which I placed in-store quickly and correctly, and everybody was very friendly and wearing masks. What really gave this location 5 stars is how clean the interior seating area is (again, you can't sit but one can admire) and they have really great visual merchandising for their products and personalized chalk boards. read more

This location is by far the best in town! It's convenient for me because it's near my house. They never get my orders wrong, and get everything out within efficient time. I love going to this location every morning. Mainly because they are just so nice. Management is very nice also. They jump in to help their team and that you don't see in every location. This location is a bit further for me but because they are so nice I make the drive. read more

After waiting for order and being told they were making it, they incompetent staff couldn't find it. When asked for my money back was told they couldn't and I would have to go on line to do it. I had to interrupt the managers meeting for him to figure out my two drinks were in two different spots and they never made my sandwiches. read more

I always go to get my coffee at this Starbucks it's really nice next to my work and not to far away the only problem I have is that they always put a whole bunch of ice when it's not needed like way to much half of the cup is just ice so that's why I gave it a 4 but other than that good store read more

This must be where all new Starbucks employees are trained. After 20 minutes of waiting I asked if my order was lost. The guy who helped me told me he was sorry and it was coming right up. Well 15 more minutes pass by and again I asked about my order, this time it was a gal who told me she was sorry and it would be right up. After waiting another 5 minutes my "warm" Carmel macchiato and my pink drink were finally ready. Stay away from this s*#thole! read more

This place was a favorite of mine but the last 5-6 times I've gone they've messed up my order and it's so frustrating.

What a horrible experience. I came off the freeway to get coffee and the drive thru was packed. You would think it would be faster to go inside. There were 6 employees working and it still took over 20 minutes to get my drink. If you want a quick stop--this isn't it. If you want to hear people complain about being short staffed while getting a coffee that is partially full--this is the place to go. read more

Horrible, took 20 minutes to drive thru. The lady in the car in front of us had one drink made maybe three times. We patiently waited each time she gave new instructions. When i got to the window my stuff was not ready and I had to wait then ask for a straw. This is NOT a vegetarian friendly Starbucks. For over two weeks they didn't have the mozzarella/pesto panini. I finally inquired as to why they do not have it, and I was told by an employee that their manager does all the ordering. As a service to asking my barista made sure that my chi latte was watered down and cold. Eventually, on a separate visit, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of this store who told me, "I order them, but for some reason they never get delivered to my store". On that visit they had them in stock and he happily sold me one that was still frozen in the middle. I mean, I know when I come to Starbucks I am willingly paying for overpriced food and drinks- but make sure you also want your warm food frozen and your $7 hot drinks watered down if you come to this location. Sadly, I expected more since this is such a new location, but they behave as if they are worn and tired. I suggest taking the trip a few miles down I-40 off 12th street for Starbucks that is worth every penny. read more

Highly impressed by this Starbucks location. I'm in Albuquerque visiting from L.A. and I go to several different Starbucks, and this one impressed me. My brother and I made a Starbucks run and had an order of 11 drinks, the guy taking our order ( we did drive thru ) was very patient. By the time We pulled up to the window there were 4 drinks already made and got all our drinks out very quickly. I honestly thought there was going to be some issue or a wrong drink but nope the employees got all 11 drinks correct the guy at the drive thru (young guy with braces) was so nice. The manager is one of the rudest, most entitled people to work at this location. He rolls his eyes at customers, gives hand outs to certain people but not others, and is incredibly bad mannered at the window. He's constantly on his phone and never paying attention to the customers or even his own employees. Have come to this starbucks numerous times and have had a bad experience every time the manager is there!!! read more

Incompetent staff! Manager is rude and thinks he can roll his eyes at customers. They take their time even when it's not busy.

An associate from the this specific Starbucks made a rude gesture which I felt like it wasn't polite or greeting after asking to correct my order that was only three drinks. I don't recommend purchasing at all to places where they don't treat U welcomed. read more

These guys haven't let us down. When we go in the morning (at least twice a week) they are very efficient and friendly. Not to mention they actually fill a grande latte to the top whereas other Starbucks mostly fill the cups with foam. Way to go 98th and central location. Keep up the great work! read more
