I stopped by to grab a drink for a friend. I don't drink much coffee because I need sugar free and usually places only have vanilla. I ordered for my friend and got into a conversation with a young man named Joseph (I hope that's his name because brain fog...) and shared so much information about all their sugar free items! omg he was so nice and so so informative. he suggested a sugar free drink called the cookie....listen here! hands down one of the best coffee drinks I ever had!!! honestly probably THE best coffee drink I've ever had. the line moved quick and they were so busy. they allowed me to taste my coffee before pulling off, I apologized for taking so long with all my questions and they were just absolutely welcoming and told me no problem because they just walk the drinks out behind me. the open air area is clean and spacious. The young ladies working were also very nice. I live in Souther California and will be searching out Dutch Bros when I get home because of the level of care and service from this store! read more

The only thing i ever have gotten and get on a regular basis is the Caramel Pumpkin Brûlée freeze, and it is perfectly made every single time! Delicious and sweet! Service is always 5 stars here, and they keep the outside seating area clean and smelling good! 10/10 would recommend! read more

New mini figurine mystery drop at Dutch! Super excited so we Ordered our drinks(3), waited in line like everyone else and the the girl working the line taking orders did not give us a mini figurine. Clearly saw her give some to the cars in front of us and then the last couple cars behind us but not us. Okay no biggie maybe I'll ask at the window if we could have a figurine since we paid and waited like everyone else, but was then told we can't have any because we did not pay with cash. Super confused and didn't know that was a thing but okay and girl working the window told us to just get back in line but why wait when we already waited? Lol. Honestly, I've been going to this Dutch for a while and never had any bad experiences but with this experience probably wouldn't recommend anymore. :) read more

I know they are a chain but I think they have higher-quality drinks than Starbucks and they are so friendly. You have to go there to order and they chat with you about your day or the weather or something else that they noticed about you. They take the time to notice you, which is nice. Also, they are fast which is great when you are trying to get to work. Plus, fun music is usually pumping through the drive-thru speakers. read more

During my walk today I stopped here to buy a drink. I know the employees saw me waiting at the walk-up window, and there was no line at the drive-thru, but they still just ignored me. This is the second time I've been refused service at the window here just based on my appearance. I complained by telephone to Dutch Bros and was able to get my $30 in credit from their app refunded, but they did nothing to address this service issue. I guess I won't come back here again. Ok, so I have stopped twice in the morning, and with my luck, get the same rude girl! I asked for a sugar-free golden eagle (drink that is all over tic tok). I asked for extra sugar free Carmel on the cup she got so mad she got the Carmel and poured about 2 inches at the bottom of the cup. Just to prove here is the . DB's has quickly become one of my favorite stops - morning, noon or night! Every single member of their crew is happy and friendly and helpful and although the line can get long, it goes pretty quickly. I love that they have a drink to match my every mood - a hot latte, an iced coffee with soft top, a dreamcicle freeze, a coconut tea... goodness - SO. MANY. CHOICES! This particular location is a little tricky to get to if you're heading north so just keep your eyes peeled. Oh! Almost never a line, the folks at the window are really good about reading the room on how much small talk to make, and have given super good "hey, I typically like x, any other suggestions on drinks I should try" (which actually introduced me to the bah-nay-nay mocha, so good!), and the staff is always super nice. read more

The young lady with the ribbon on her ponytail was kinda rude:/ I've heard that Dutch bro employees are usually full of energy & very nice but when I experienced for my self it wasn't all that great. This was my first time at Dutch bros & ordered quite a few drinks but when I asked which one had red Bull shots she then told me "idk I didn't make them" & that was rude she could've worded it totally differently like "one sec, let me check!" We told the young lady in the drive thru that we had never been here before and she said okay you can look at the menu and order at the window and walked away. We waited in line over 15 minutes, never made it to the window when the same young lady came back and said are you ready to order.....I said no, I haven't seen the menu yet. She says "the menu is online". I TOLD HER I'VE NEVER BEEN HERE BEFORE! How would I know that??? The service is always good. but THIS location specifically does not know how to make drinks. I have been to dutch bros many times, in many different places. And this is the ONLY location that doesn't know how to make any of the drinks. Every single time I stop here, they make the drink wrong every time. I order it the exact same way at every other location, this is the ONLY one who has never ever made it correctly. They tell me that's how it's supposed to taste but it's very clearly wrong. Really like their coffee but they're so inconsistent! One day it's great , the next it's weak and lacks flavor. I get the same coffee and size everytime so it's easy to compare. Hope they teach the baristas how to be consistent. Their customer service is awesome! read more
