I waited for about 10 minutes until the worker realized I was in the business. The worker was a bit unenthusiastic and not friendly. So that was kind of a letdown. This a huge disappointment. I ordered the tango mango acai bowl; the girl didn't know if the granola was vegan so I opted it out. Let's start w the sad presentation; the acai bowl had bunch of fruit listed that I thought would be presented on top but I guess they were all blended so you have huge amount of cheap coconut flakes that were most definitely not raw nor organic & half a banana on top. And the "acai bowl" was nothing but a sad & tasteless watered down sorbet w chunks of ice. You are better off going to Costco & getting an acai bowl there. read more

It's a little tough to get to and the parking lot always seems to be pretty packed but the food and drinks are great. RYAN is very unprofessional and sadly unaware of the ordering systems that his company uses and then will accuse you of trying to scam him. Instead of correcting mistakes (at the fault of the company) he will BERATE, CURSE, and YELL at you, the worst customer service I have ever received. If I could put zero stars I would! Disappointed in my visit. The girls messed up my whole order and I was told there was no mango in one of my smoothies. I asked several times since the whole order was messed up. I like Squeezed Juice bar. Each time I visit, I enjoy the choice I've made and always know the ingredients are fresh and organic. However, the irony of using all disposable cups, straws, bowls, etc., is not lost on me while pushing their freshmade, organic juices. It would be great if Squeezed offered to go or in store options for their drinks. This would make this store top-notch in my book. The prices are high, but I understand why. This location seems to offer less that their Paseo location, but I haven't visited the Paseo location since 2014. I used to love their Quinoa bowls, which were absent from the RR location. They used to have a loyalty program, but after getting rid of Belly, I stopped going frequently and haven't been in a few years. It was nice to be rewarded after spending so much money. Great new cold pressed juice bar. I stumbled upon this place on my way to a pedicure. (It used to be a frozen yogurt spot) So many items to choose from and affordable for fresh organic cold pressed juices. The young man who greeted me explained the different types of juices and how long they will keep fresh as well as when the nutrients would start to break down. I love this location! Not the easiest place to access off the road but still doesn't put a budge on my stars! They always have fresh juice and quinoa daily and the acai Brazilian berry bowls are literally the bomb.com. I would recommend first starting off with the original bowl and also trying the replenish juice! Healthy and kills that sweet tooth! The staff are always super accommodating and helpful! Good concept, I love juice. But the price for what you get is absurd. I get it, it's organic, it's healthy and all that. But it's 7 dollars for a small juice. And than the bottles, which is usually bare to choose from, they are 9 bucks for a small bottle you could finish in one sitting, go down the road to sprouts and pay a lot cheaper for a larger variety. I used to be suckered into the hype of juicing, than I learned a lot, mainly that I can do this easily at home. So now this is more of a stop that I'm paying for convenience of someone making it for me. Staff is usually friendly and informative, it's always clean, but every time I have been in, it's always been empty. So I'm not sure how well business is for them. If you want customer service that investigates, questions your integrity and calls you a liar then go here. Extremely Poor owner behaviors and customer service only exists in the employees who can't follow thru. Lost my business because of poor service, directly from owners only, repeated times. Im was a regular patron of this establishment and got a bad (I mean bad awful) batch of juice which I reported and owners answer was, "I Don't Believe You" even when I brought it back and only wanted a replacement. I am a regular to this juice place past at least 3(maybe 5) years. I generally spend $60-100 a week here. 1 juice is usually $10. I buy many weekly. Even when juice is subpar I rarely say anything cus I juice myself and know it can change with produce. However, I purchase a growler at least weekly to biweekly with usually extra juices in between. I've noticed since expanding to other sites product quality decreased. But I've had a system all these years that works. Put juice directly into ice bath when purchasing until you get home and stays fresh. No problems ever. But 10/25 I got a growler $$$$ which isn't cheap that clearly had bad ginger in it. It was obvious. I got to my car poured a glass and began to drive to a patients I had to get to timely. But I called and Brought it to staff attention within 24 hours and was told something could be worked out to help compensate the foul juice. Owners response was "I tried others and I don't believe you. You let it get warm." Now I could see if I regularly tried to get my money back or something but that's not the case. I usually just excuse if something isn't right. How does a business expect to keep customers when it treats the loyal ones like this. I have only gone recently because of my Fibromyalgia and back injury keep me from being able to juice before I leave to see hospice patients daily. But when you're paying $10 a juice you expect quality and convenience. Also when I'm spending this much a week/month on juice it is an investment into my health and body. It is not prudent or beneficial for me to get a replacement juice when I am time constrained. If I got a subpar product anywhere else; Say Wal-Mart, Kohl's, Starbucks, even mom and pop store there answer wouldn't be, oh I investigated and I'm questioning your integrity and have concluded you are a liar so you get nothing. When I told the woman owner you are loosing my business because of how you handled this and she says OK. Real brains in that operation! Lol. Needless to say I will not shop here again. AND IF THATS YOUR SERVICE IT WILL ALWAYS BE A STRUGGLE TO KEEP REGULARS. read more

This stuff is amazing!! Anyone who complains about pricing has never juiced on their own and is someone who will probably pay $7 for a meal at McDonalds that does NOTHING for your body. The juice is "expensive" if you look at price alone and not all of the health benefits and the convenience of going in and picking out any juice you want and as well as the fact that you do not have to buy a bunch of produce (that usually goes bad before you can use it all) to you juice on your own, but if you factor everything in, you realize the juice is a HUGE VALUE! Been a long time waiting for something like this to come to Rio Rancho. It is a great concept for those who love juice and may not own a juicer. Great menu options with flavors, from smoothies to juices. I've been to their other location on San Pedro both stores are very clean and have good customer service when it comes to the staff. The only draw back for me is the pricing on products. Seems a little steep for the juices. I have been to other juice bars where pricing isn't as hard on your wallet or they have some sort of sale or happy hour.
